And i said it that way bc at the moment I can not use mine bc it pulls too much power in my apartment and it knock out the power. But however Sis you are going to love it!

Hi! Have you tried 3 gallon jugs? How do you adjust the straw? Thank you.
Hello! I haven't tried that size however I have use the 4 gallon and it worked great no adjustment needed. But not sure for the 3 gallon. Thanks for watching 💜

Do you have any tips for removing the drip tray? I am having trouble removing and I don't want to break it.
Husband tried to remove it but to no avail. Its almost as if it was designed not to be removed.....which is weird. There's two points of securement on either side of the tray, but we can't get them released. If you figure it out feel free to let us know. We may need to get in there and clean it at some point.

Does this work with standard jugs?
We used the Sam's Club 4-gallon jugs when we first got ours so I think it can use a 3-gallon jug and up in this water dispenser. Hope this helps and thanks for watching.

Omg yes my husband never reads the directions 😒🤣 But I love the idea that the water is dispensed at the bottom and you don’t have carry or see the jug of water at the top.

I have had mine since 2020. I'm having problems with dispensing water. Primos customer service doesn't help or provide a list of service people I can hire to fix.
Hey there, Husband here. We have been experiencing this as well. What we found is that the water is freezing up inside the cooler. I actually opened up our unit and found, for lack of a bigger term, a water reservoir that cools down the water topped with a Styrofoam lid. The water is getting frozen here, so when you go to dispense water, nothing comes out. What we have been doing for a few months is turning off the unit for a few hours, which gives the water time to thaw out and hopefully ready to dispense. We sort of have a schedule to turn it on and turn it off so that we don't experience this as much, but it can be a pain when you've got your mouth turned a certain way for water....and you can't get any. I hope this helps!
