Hey man THANK YOU for this video. I am going in blind trying to repair someone's SurRon X that had no throttle response. Found a couple sheared wires on a mystery connector by the motor and hey guess what: Hall Effect Sensor connector. Much appreciated!
Hey coolwatts! I was hoping you could help me. So I’m using all surron wiring for a non surron build. And had a question. The “battery in” connector the small grey one. Is that connector the equivalent of positive and ground ring terminals to give the harness power?
@@CoolWattsYou're the only guy that I have found that did this! I'm actually trying to figure out how to get a dirt bike sproket on. Do you have any tips on that?
Hello, maybe you could help me. I want to install a new taillight, it has 5 cables, 2 is for signals, 1 positive, 1 negative and 1 for the brake light. the signals I don't care about, the positive and negative is obvious, where do I need to add or to weld the brake light for it work when I'm pushing the brake levers?
The sleeve that covers all the cables looks tighter and made of different material then the harness that comes on a brand new bike, I have ordered the same harness as shown in this video, but I am concerned it will restrict my bikes top speed again
Very helpful! And another question ist also answered.. Obviously the dc/dc can handle 80V (92V) input voltage. Thanks!
Omg amazing vid this helps my horn problem a lot! Thank you dude!
EDIT: I also found your review on Ali rn. Great job!
Thanks very much. I'm currently editing the full Surron build video, it should be published in a couple weeks.
@@CoolWatts Can't wait to see it!
Great video! Thanks for your time!
@@andrewvercillo7584 thank you! Already working on a 2nd Surron build, for the street.

Hi, yes, that is battery voltage in. 60v, 72v, 80v, etc.
@@CoolWatts you just saved me so much time wondering why my harness wasn’t receiving power lol. Thank you and your finished build looks awesome!
I’m trying g to figure out which is ground / 12 volt power off the converter. Got all my new lights wired just need to know where to splice 😅
Great video! Really helped me with my edirt bike build!

Dude.. I love you.
Where did you get the frame??not available in Scotland
AliExpress, all links are in pinned comment in my full build video
I bought one on Amazon and I can’t find the green and black wire you know why
I have the same problem my bikes screen doesn’t work either
@@m16mvpyou have to make sure it’s the same one but I ordered a one from Surron and everything worked
Does this still have the green loop to cut to derestrict the bike? by the top of the battery
I didn't see it on the new harness I got, purchased from Ali 12-2023.

@@shawsie9462 if so, you just cut the wire again or connect a clamp with wires cut.
