I unintentionally ran the battery down to zero and could not get it to charge. I saw the cost of a replacement and was hoping I wouldn't have to spend the $1600. After watching this video, I was able to get it to work the first time I tried. Thank you for the quick and easy solution.

i have the newest talaria sting r and the battery charger is different than the ones of previous generations but when i try and charge the bike it says that the battery is already charged when it is not. Any recommendations?

My battery was at 64%, and was outdoors at 30 degrees F. I connected the charger and it charged for 5 minutes or so. I unpluged the charger 120v to move to a different spot, and when I pluged in the 120v, all I got was the flashing red-green-red-green. I tried this, but could not get the charger to go red. I took the battery inside, as well as the charger, now that its warm, its working fine......

Michael Vodila i had the same, unplug and inplug the power again as soon as you see the red light go on for the second time, always works for me, when its not working cut off the power on the charger with the bike connected for 10 minutes or more and try again, should always work.
I tried that but my charger fan turns on for a second or 2 then turns off then it turns back on and then off again idk what to do my battery is at 0% but now I see the problem I didn’t let it blink solid red you need to wait till the it blinks solid red on time then it will turn solid red it’s kind of confusing. Did you know you can also just charge it using my power supply 0 to 100v 0 to 20 amps and literally just connect the positive and negative to the power port on the bike and just hold it there till it says 2% then remove it and use the regular charger, because all it needs is a path for the electrons to go it doesn't give a shit about the voltage but just make sure your voltage is capped at 67.2v as there are 16 cells in series making it 67.2 as 4.20 x 16 = 67.2, also set the amps to 20 If you want as the cells in the bike can take faster charges

It’s starts with a yellow that flashes maybe twice if that helps. My bikes brand new basically, not even a month old. I never was able to get 40 miles of range either but am always in sport mode, full throttle. This shouldn’t be happening in a brand new battery.
@@Markdacosta Yes, there was a way to get it to reset but I forgot. Contact support they'll know. It only happens if your battery charge goes down low. I barely use my bike anymore and forgot sorry. I think I just messed with unplugging/replugging the charger in.
