This is all great but they just cut the delivery times but I don't know what percentage but I've got two contract violations in the last week at 5:30 in the afternoon during rush hour traffic. How do they not factor in rush hour traffic. Ridiculous. By the way I'm a platinum driver with a 84% acceptance rate 100% completion rate 94% on time with like $3,000 deliveries under my belt
Scheduling in my market is not available NYC i have to move to another zone to get on
De is the one who don’t take us seriously sending offers of 2$ for 9 miles…
Stop being a dd clown.
FACTS
Just say no, damn! In almost all cases, those "2$ for 9 miles" don't exist like that. It is not "2$ for 9 miles" even in earn by time. Just this once, folks would like you to be able to whine with some accuracy.
Has anyone had the issue when you complete a delivery, the money does not show up.. it's happen to me several times. I have to call for them to adjust my money. Good thing I was paying attention.
Scheduling gets closer to just being employed.
you mentioned having a goal for a day or week which i think is genius yo. especially for your nervous system as it helps regulate your nerves the closer you are to your goal. i made 1k out in riverside county off 25 hours spead through 6 days
Who cares what DD does. Their app is trash
@@foldormanup then why do you for them?
Why do they keep changing things ? And it doesnt benefit the driver. I am so sick of doordash
Flush the sewage. Take EVERY order. That's Doordash. No matter how ridiculous the pay for the miles. You will ONLY be able to Dash if you are willing to blow up your car and work for far less than minimum wage. Thank me NOW.
The new ubereats tier program needs to be stopped. Its putting artificial slow downs now worse than ive ever seen it
For me dash now is beneficial because the area I work is on the edge of 3 zones.
*Thank You Sir*
im stuck on bronze because I still cherry pick. this will probably screw me over
@@Mdxfiend yes it will, if you want to cherry pick and get on Schedule then do what I do, get your AR up(EBT would be great to get numbers up) get them up to about 80-85, then cherry pick to your area min AR, then EBT back to 80-85. Thats what I do. And it works out well for me
I don’t know about you guys area. But mine, when I was diamonds I only make $20 per hour or just make $150 per day. But now my AR is 48 and im cherry pick, I can make $25 per hour or $200 per a in 8 hours shift. Im happy with that. I rather schedule 7 days in advance.
@@itravelalone9464That's what he is saying. The new scheduling system hit my area and if you don't have platinum you won't be able to schedule more than 2 days ahead. And the shifts that will be there will be crap shifts. And unless you're area is busy all the time you won't get on let alone schedule ahead if you're not silver or higher
@ I honestly I don’t really care or listen to what these youtuber saying. I’m just here to read every one comment that’s it. Lol. And I could careless all I need is that I just need to dash until the end of the month and I’ll going to Thailand for 6 months and come back to find a W2 job. All the gig jobs are shitting right now.
I will be gone in January..Dd is a joke
Will help most productive drivers? I was Top Dasher, then Platinum tier for over 18 months. It only got worse over time. Is there evidence that what they claim is valid? Most unethical company.
I just met some Asian dude who just botted the system and bypassed the waitlist and got all the schedules on the app. Sounds like a scam to me I guess.
It’s time to end the bs if you don’t take it seriously find something else
Dont ride me for this, but you think I can make more if i schedule vs. dash now wk by week. Scheduling has always been hard if you dont do it the day it goes live you will miss out. Ill give it a try
So be an employee
So are they getting rid of dash now???
Honestly bro an algorithm based on acceptance rate shouldn’t determine wat type of offers i should receive smh 🤦♂️ shit needs to go back to the old days
Bro if im busting my ass and you’re not…I don’t want to be competing for the same orders as you. That’s not fair to me
@ wat about the people that were in the large order program before this tier shit we got ghosted due to the tier rewards how is that fair u tell Me? If I have 7k delivery and John Doe has 500 deliveries with platinum he gets catering over me ? Tf
Lois like these so called rewards need to be re evaluated fam
Looks *
Times change fam. If they want to stay in the program they’ll have to keep up
My car breaks down all the time so I dont know about this.....
Can’t say i like this too much just seems like a way to benefit people who don’t tip. Also seems like its screwing over people in less densely populated eras it puts me where i have to accept shit orders.
DoorDash is for the birds.
That old ass strategy they’re using is really for the birds!!
This program sounds like nothing new here in Greenville, SC. I've been complaining about oversaturation for quite some time, although the past month has been very good.
With base pay being 1.00 $ and 2.00 $ it is pretty impossible to keep your metrics high, accept rating high, at the end of the month your gonna be dead even if not out money. I have tried it and it it just one huge lie. and I'm in a decent market, college town, 200,000 population. Who wants to work for free ??or lose money. I can guarentee that will happen in any market when the base pay is basically 0. working for only tips, nah bro.
81% acceptance rate and 100% completion. What you meant to say is with your current mindset…
Willing to adapt on everything = employee
🤦🏾♂️ adaptation is a part of life in general….but go off
@ it’s ok to have to adapt sometimes to certain things but to basically have to follow rules that belong to W-2 employees while having ALL expenses on yourself and DD not contributing a dime to those expenses, is not fair. We should have some kind of say right?
No not at all. All they are asking is for us to deliver food. The rest is really people being dramatic
Stop blaming the drivers
No!!! I have been doing this for 7 years. When we started we had free range buts it’s because of the abuse of SOME DASHERS that we have the constraints we do now today. It’s a lack of accountability for the people that work right beside you that has led us here!! PLEASE WAKE UP!!!
Have Anyone Heard Doordash Are Dropping Base Pay To $1.00 Soon ?
The on-time/early metric is broken.
This is either old news or new in your area.
They don't care about dasher they job is to pimp you 💯
Jeff Bezos made billions but the average Amazon workers makes $17 a hour…pimping comes in various forms including your previous employer
They been rolled this out in my area
How do I know if I’m using an old strategy?
So then, they will encourage full time, deliver it all , personal profit be damnned?
So doordash only wants you to use one app........them
Lake Norman area
Your such a liar, the only way to have a better experience on the app is to not accept any orders that don't pay enough to cover basic operating cost of the vehicle, let alone make any money.
You’re gonna lose more money sitting in a parking lot continuously turning down orders. Complete waste of time
Yes sir!!@
Your so far up door dash's butt you could check for pollyps !!!
🙏🏼👍🏼I like 👍🏼 videos
Thank you Bentley!
Why did I just start seeing a banner at the top of my app saying “refer a friend and earn $900” if they’re over saturated?
They want new dashers who actually want to work…and get rid of the old ones trying to game the system
*They want new unsuspecting dashers to take trash and be a slave instead of taking orders to make profit.
Or they don’t want crybabies….who don’t want to do the job….cry while sitting in a parking lot…doing the job.
It’s time to cut the dead weight. I’m here for it
Lmao
Stop blaming the drivers
No. Some of these dashers are trash and need to be addressed.
