The only thing when redirecting a charge you need to make a leadership test. The new target can only do two things Hold or flee. They do not have time to stand and shoot. Per the rules page 129. =)
2:05 tenderiser is only one hand actually. But so far I haven't found a way in which this is useful. You can't use an Ironfist alongside or any other weapon. So it only uses one hand...but WHY?XD

There is a thing, i'm not sure is later addressed in the video, but the fighting rank cannot contain more characters than rank-and-file models.
With panic, it's more than 25%, so the ogre units would not take panic from suffering 1 casualty from unit of 4.

When you panic from shooting you just fall back in good order! Only if you get shot under 50% you proper flee
When you charge a unit and the unit flees, you still go the full distance, cause it doesn't count as failed even if you're not making it in
