These can either hold really small values at very high precision or really large (10^308) values at dogshit precision. So basically until you get to that insane number it will not roll over and it'll probably just be stuttery due to a lack of space for proper precision. The 32-bit integer limit only applies to 32 bit integers which aren't used for player position. I assume they use a long (64 bit integer) somewhere in the code, possibly for shader values or stuff like that which could be why the 64 bit limit did matter.
with cheats you can give you'reself health boost 255 for a infinite time and give you'reself regeneration 255, then you SHOULD be immortal in the void, ill have to test it out however
