Dude yes, this stuff is the bomb. I found a ton of it at a local Mennonite grocery for like 12 cents a package. They had the shin black variety as well. I'm sitting on like 200 packages of this stuff right now. Bought every single one they had.
Edit: I just realized this video is like 2 years old. 😬

here's a tip for not puting too much water (works if you don't rip the whole package apart, just the top):
drop the contents in the bowl, fill the bag with water about 75%(3/4) of the way, and put the water in the pan... that should be enough 😋

These are my favorite pack of noodles. I prefer to use the microwave method and I put the sauce packet and veggies in right away. This way the noodles can absorb the saucy flavor as the water soaks in. To make it a meal, I might add some costco canned chicken or beef about a minute before it's ready. I've also added some leftover chinese bbq pork which is also really good.

This is the Shin Noodles in a cup I had yesterday afternoon 🇿🇦 and it was... 🤯🥵 8/10 spicy for me! The cup did say gourmet spicy. The soup sachet is a little bigger than the Maggi brand 🍜. There were tiny cutlets of dried shitake mushroom and scallion(green onion), which is actually more flavourful than Maggi 2min 🍜. I do feel a little sweaty and running nose from eating the 🍜 and broth. It only costed ZAR37 per cup at Kwikspar near my house. Maybe I would have Korean 🍜 like once a month or every two months? Try the Samyan by Buldak. Those are from Korea. THOSE are spicy. The 2x spicy is 10/10, the black bag is just right if you can handle it- that's like 8.5/10 in spice, 10/10 in flavor, they are my favorite. That Nongshim bag is like a 7/10 spicy quit playing.

I urge everyone to divide each ramen pack in half. It's way too much carb for one meal.
Add 1 egg to every half pack.
I eat it with a chicken salad for veggies and protein.

Ramen by itself is not healthy.

    I went to a noodlehouse in Chalfont,PA.
I chose pork broth, sliced pork belly, thin Ramen noodles, Scallion, and Snowpeas,
    Plus a can of gingerale. $21.00 !
I don't see these noodle house restaurants staying in business very long charging that kind of money for noodles.
$2. In ingredients and charging almost $20. $12. Would be appropriate not including drink.
