The difference between the red pack and the brown pack is about twice the sodium, still tasty tho btw; 3 mintues is too much 2 mins is en masse it can cook the last minute in the bowl same for the soup base, add it to the bowl & stir a little = more flavor.

I tried Sapporo noodles for the first time last week, and after eating only Mr noodles for ramen for over 20 years, I found out what I've been missing out on. So flavourful. Easy 10/10 for the price.
I’ve been eating it since the 1970s. Back then it was impossible to find in America unless you lived in a major city and even there it was really hard. Asian grocery stores were extremely rare back then.

These are the BEST Japanese instant ramen (imo!!) So much flavour and soooo filling. As a uni student I loved to make mines more Afro-Japanese and mines up with this Cameroonian pepper sauce and sardines. Very filling student meal

@@BESTNOODLEREVIEWS that's crazy!! I think Sapporo ichiban is the highest sodium noodles I've had but they're so satisfying. I think it's the fear of msg that makes them add more traditional salt. Msg is only bad for a handful of people but it's got a bad name for itself. Sometimes I take a little baggie to work with my noodles filled with frozen corn, peas, sesame oil or chili oil and spices to offset the fact that I only use some of the base packet. Saves on the ol' ticker
This isnt a cheap 1 its and its soya flavored you can dress this 1 up all day pork chicken seafood and vegies ,,,, .89 cents is a killer deal . Love it and this channel . Cheers !

I bought these from target yesterday and I don't like them. The flavor packet is maybe a step above top ramen but the noodles are awful. Target also sells noodles called momofuko. Have you tried those yet? They are 11.99. Don't want to buy it before someone tells me if they worth it or not. Love the content.

I was told to try mama noodles raw, but it's been too long since this was usual for me and wound up putting the whole bag under my Keurig lol (BC it was salty)

This is just noodles with some powder, with the time and effort to make them taste better you can make real soup instead of something that will give you a painful diarrhea, there are many western instant noodles that already have vegetables and meat

Not mine I hate oriental flavor. The noodles are slightly better than Maruchan but the flavor is the same as the oriental flavor

I just picked up this brand a couple of days ago. OMG I agree that the flavor on these are definitely Ramen Shop good. That broth is so good!!

I found these to be way too salty, while i love shin and jin and neoguri, this brand missed the mark with me.
I gotta try them again but cook them with less water lol, haven't had these in a while. Neoguri is one of my faves as well
