      @@TamaraJ-k8v Yes, these were way more tolerable than the Red, but flavor wise, I ultimately like the Red better. I think my spice tolerance has increased a lot since this video too.

    Hands down the best packaged Ramen out there, I like to mix 2 eggs with a little gochujang, kewpie mayo, fresh minced garlic and all the seasoning packets then slowly temper the egg mixture with the water from the noodles to create a super rich broth. It honestly beats some Ramen joints I've been to in terms of broth taste, although nothing will replace fresh made noodles.

      Man, that sounds REALLY good!! I have to say, the Shin Black are awesome, BUT, Public Goods Ramen taste so "clean" by comparison. If I mixed the Public Goods and Shin together, I'd probably pass out....😆😆😆

    We're addicted - heck, even my in-laws in South Korea say the Black are their go-to Ramyun. One of my cousins-in-law in Seoul likes spicier, but since he loves the broth of the black the best, he adds a spoonful of Gochugaru and is happy. If you make a two packs, try one Red and one Black for a nice little spicy treat. For ME... I stick with the Black. Just too good.

    • @ireallycancook5849
      @ireallycancook5849  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The Black is really good, but I think I like the Red! It's the spicy kick for me, but I love your idea of doing one of each together! Imma hafta try that for sure! Thanks for the suggestion!

    I've also tried these recently, after having heard sooo many people saying how good these are, and that they're better than the OG and stuff like that....
    And yea, not in my opinion, sorry🤷‍♂️
    They're good, absolutely, but I do prefer the OG actually way more, because I just love the spiciness that it has.
    It's just perfect imho.

    Many of these Korean noodles are super spicy. In fact, out of all of them I've tried, I think I've only encountered 2 or 3 that aren't spicy and I've had a LOT. For anyone that is new to spice or can't handle too much, these are usually too much for them. I can handle a lot more, but I usually don't because they are almost all on the borderline of being too spicy to enjoy. One I really like is Samyang Original. It comes in an orange pack and just says Samyang on it. Not sure if you've tried it, but it's super good. Tastes like spicy barbeque.

    • @ireallycancook5849
      @ireallycancook5849  ปีที่แล้ว

      Samyang sounds familiar. I would definitely try it. But yes, these were borderline painfully spicy.

    • @apictureoffunction

      These noodles are barely spicy at all, I add cayenne pepper to these. The original (aka shin red) is the one that's actually spicy

      You leave on 2 table lamps with 2 different kind of bulbs. You wait to see which type of bulb burns out first after a while and how long it takes for each one.
      Would you consider this example to be a scientific experiment ?

    How long did it take for your lips to grow back 😂. I made the mistake of eating something with hot ketchup one winter morning, and my lips were already in bad shape from the cold, but when that spicy ketchup hit, I felt my lips disintegrate. I threw the cheese steak on the ground, and a stray cat came over to eat it, and singed off damn near all his whiskers. I know your pain. i know.

    • @Ahm-Creative

      That is flippin Hilarious 🤣🤣🤣. Crazy thing is, a lot of ppl complain about spicy foods making their stomachs hurt, but I felt no change in mine, but my lips.... yeah, GONE Lol!

      i love the shin ramyun black, i'd love to make my own version of it someday, like have the broth stocked up in my freezer. i love using chopsticks with this ramyun. i hate that it's like $8 for 4 packages of these noodles. so i thought maybe it'd be cheaper (in a sense in the long run) to make your own version of shin ramyun black and you can have lots of leftovers.
