I would use mine for rughooking and other crafts. It is Nov 2023. I appreciate the whys and where fores. The what happens when etc. A delightful discovery today. I now understand what we were aiming for in the experiments we did this summer. I'll be checking out your other videos. Thank you for teaching a senior new things. I'd like to try this with my cotton embroidery floss. I love how you over dyed the gray yarn. My friends used varrot tops last summer and they can't find the yarn. I have the colour imprinted in my colour memory chip. Wow now I can go play and stitch. Lol
Oh lovely, I hope when I’m a senior that I’m still enjoying learning new things! Let me know if you have any questions. Have fun with the switch! Which game are you playing?
Such a good question… these were super bougie carrots I would not normally have bought. They’re grown locally by an organic farmer. Maybe $3 (Canadian) per bunch? Much cheaper to grown your own for sure. They were super delicious! I felt like the Martha Stewart of vegetable dyeing. 🤣
Thank you for the nice historical note. I loved it
This is so cozy. Researching for a short story but I'm staying for the crafting :3
Awesome - let me know if there’s anything I can do for your short story. :)

How much did you end up paying for those carrot tops? The roasted carrots looked delicious.
