Thanks for the tour of the yard. Love looking at the old iron. Hope you find the rear clip you are looking for. Keep up the great videos. Now waiting on the freight shaker to show up.

Love those old White Freightshakers. As a kid I loved the trucks and the Cabovers in particular looked so enormous from the back of Dad's and Mom's car and I always thought the most impressive looking up the grill of them, was those White Freightliner's back in the 60's and 70's. Made me want to drive trucks as a kid. King of the road way up high... lol Want to bag the frames on those cabbies though for the kidney's sake lol

Treasure for sure. Yesterday I found 5 Mack cabovers of the late 60 s . And all the short trailers to match .

White Freightliner, first truck I ever drove 892 Detroit, with a 13 speed, also spent a lot of hours on that passenger seat, you could say those W/F were environmentally friendly, if it snowed outside, you had a small snow drift at your feet, if it was raining, it dripped inside, that's why I love PACCAR, best truck made.....................period.

Mike all you really need is just a housing for your rear differentials as long as your gears are Good you can change them out and keep your same suspension

I love that you are finding things for Kenny I hope they make you a good deal on the things you are looking for without breaking the bank make sure you set a budget and stick to it and keep all of the paperwork and stuff that you are putting work in on Kenny if one day you need to get something different or something you have recorded of the work you put in him

Porter greetings! 🤩 I like the T2000s. They looked so appealing on the 18 Wheels of Justice show. I liked it just a smidgen less after driving one, but I still really like them still! Would I own one…Most definitely! 🤩 Hey, I would encourage you buy the whole cabover there. There are many parts that appeared to be good. It would be nice to have the cab just sitting in the back of the garage for when you need that odd part. Have you inspected the doghouse yet? Someone mentioned years ago that theirs had some structural damage and he had to rebuild it and even improve it to some degree. Just thinking out loud. I love the junkyards. Went to several with my dad while I was growing up. He was good in that way. But I really dig going to truck junkyards. I always see parts that I either can use or may use in the future. I once thought about just buying a cab of a cabover or conventional just to have in the play area for my boys to pretend that they’re driving a big rig. I had that growing up and thought it was so COOL! 🥰 There’s a saying…If you seem something unusual the best time to get it is when you first see it. It may not be there the next time you go back. So you have another project coming????! Bring it on! If some of those trucks could talk about their journeys! And that 2020 Pete sitting there…I would snatch that frame up in a heartbeat. That would be great to extend a frame! Good stuff! Looking forward to more! 😳🧐

The best truck i ever owned was a 98 fld 120. It looked rough when i got it but i polished up all the chrome and aluminum wheels and tanks and and touched up the fre amdengine with paint and waxed the whole cab and sleeper . It looked like a brand new truck amd got lots of compliments on it. It had a 430 hp cat and a super ten in it and would run 85 or 85 plus all day long and get 5 &a 1/2 mpg .

Kenworth here in Australia had two American T2000s to test on the roads and my dad was on of the lucky ones to drive it but sadly the T2000 didn’t meet Australian road standards

We're waiting for the find.. a 57 Autocar.Just the cab, I just know Matt would be elated to get a reasonable shape cab. Truefully his hood is fine but the fenders could stand a little love but don't they all. I drove new ones that had some dings in them. Hope that you have some fun and still have enough to buy a burger when you return to where you park your toys

They used the standard White cab. Autocar, western star, white, Reo all used the same cab. In 74 they went to the “top hat” cab which was 4 inches taller.
