    Hi, Eylem! I am a silent follower of yours and I do some of your workouts. I just want to make a little suggestion, since I've noticed that your workouts don't have a rest/pause. I feel like I am chasing your workout since I have to move from one to the next and I get pressured because of it. I just hope that you somehow put 5-10 seconds of rest since we need to get ready for the next position without over spending the time for the next exercise. Thank you! I love your workouts, they are great and they helped me a lot! No hates. Happy New Year! 💕

    You really gave me habit of zero break so bad that when I do other workout and they give 5 sec break I'm like "NOOOO I don't want it!! " 😂😂😂😂😂

    Tüm vücudu zıplamadan da bu kadar etkili çalışabilmeyi çok seviyorum 😍 Büyük bir motivasyon ile başladım ve tekrar senleyim, şimdi kasları uyandırma ve o fit vücuda dönme zamanı 🎉🤍
