    what I learned from your channel is, it is not about weight loss but it is about you and yourself, first I was like people will judge me they will tease or bully me because of my weight and now I know that nothing matters it took me some time but now I can tell you if I am losing weight it is not to impress anyone it is for ME. it is all because of you sis

    Actually I quit doing workouts for about a month cause I was sick and I'm feeling depressed to do exercises again. But working out too hard everyday didn't show me a great result, thanks for ur video Zoe

      This is what’s happening to me right now. I run everyday but I haven’t seen the results I wanted and instead my legs hold on to more water. Would anyone recommend not working everyday but instead every other day or 3 days a week? I’ve heard about this being more beneficial but I’m not sure if I’ll see better results by not working out everyday:

    Day 1 of asking Zoe to make this recipe
    (I don’t know if it fits with your diet, so I’m sorry. This is super easy and my family learned it from my sister.)
    - beans. We use canned beans, but you don’t have to. We use black beans and kidney beans.
    - corn (canned, optional.)
    - canned tomatoes
    - *important* taco seasoning
    - *important too* ranch seasoning
    and bam! Mix that over your stove to warm it up and top with cheese and seasoning of choice. :)

    Zoe i just wanted to know if u get cold easily or your period has vanished. Im so happy for your weight loss journey because it seems like something youre proud of but for some people like me, i practically did everything you did to lose weight and i ended up losing 30 lbs real quick. It felt amazing but 1 yr later and i dont have my period (amenorrhea) my hair falls out and i get cold easily. Everyone in the comments, good luck on your weight loss journey but dont feel pressurwd to lose weight so fast. Gradually and healthily is the way to go. And dont become too food obsessed otherwise you might get orthorexia or some other eating disorder. Have an amazing day everyone:))

    You guys iron can feed bad bacteria in the gut because it’s not fully absorbed. I take Slow Fe right before I go to sleep (that’s the best time to take it in my opinion) and I’m also on antibiotics so you can imagine I would be constipated but I started taking a fiber supplement by the brand Whole Foods and it is really good, I go regularly now. If you guys are looking for a probiotic then ONLY buy the micro encapsulated ones (aka time release is the same as micro encapsulated I think) because the ones that aren’t micro encapsulated; the bacteria will die and not make it to where it needs to go. The Fiber supplement I take also works as a prebiotic, and a prebiotic feeds probiotics.
    I also started eating more fiber in general as well so it isn’t just the supplement helping but I don’t want to imagine not taking it.
    The fiber supplement I take has 4g soluble fiber and 1g non soluble fiber. Also you guys there are protein bars out there with lots of fiber.
    For a while I thought I was so fat but turns out I was just so bloated and now I’m hardly bloated for days like I used to be. I still do bloat when I eat sometimes though 😳

    Tip for my fellow acne sufferers: if your dermatologist tells you diet doesn’t affect your skin, and also prescribes antibiotics, just leave :) i ruined my gut and now everytime i eat my skin flushes red from sensitivity. I don’t trust dermatologists anymore.

      some people’s diets really don’t make that big of a difference w their skin though everyone is different for me i’m vegan and take health very seriously and take vitamins and eat the correct macros but i had to go on accutane because my acne was hereditary and hormonal

      I saw a dermatologist about my acne and she looked at my diet first and since it was overall pretty good she prescribed me with antibiotics as like a last resort because nothing else would work. But diet is definitely the biggest underlying factor to look at first when it comes to treating skin issues.

    Hello.
    Hope all is well.
    Im new here and I do have a question.
    I have type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance.
    No matter what I try to do to loose weight, I just cant seem to get the weight off.
    I even tried the Golo diet I saw advertised on TV.
    It didn't work for me either.
    Im not a big eater at all, just always thirsty, especially during the hot summer month's.
    Im not a meat eater, instead im into fresh fruit and salads.
    I love watermelon & my greens.
    Do you have any tips how to reverse insulin resistance?
