Thank you everyone for the positive (and negative) comments. The before photo was taken 6 months prior to the after, and I agree with those of you who noticed my hair was styled differently. That’s my error and I apologize to anyone who feels deceived by it. It was not my intention, but I understand the disappointment some have expressed. I do believe in all the treatments I’ve mentioned in this video, and have not tried PRP injections for myself. I do not use minoxidil but would consider it if the other options didn’t help. Although I still have some thinning on top, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the hair thickness after starting these treatments mentioned in the video. Much love and thank you for always being honest with me. 🥰🥰
You are a doctor. You should know better. You have an ethical OBLIGATION towards yourself and people. You basically presented a small case study and totally falsified the results AND used a totally bs pill to sell people pills that have no actual scientific real life evidence. Minoxidil is the way to go and it is cheaper and has best studies for it. Point. Blank.
I agree. If the results were that good why not take both photos with clean hair. I am sad because I don't know if these things really work. I thought he was honest and this is a little fishy.
It was more than that. Greasy hair might make strands clump together, but there wouldn’t be extreme patches like that. Trust me I have thinning hair I know
I agree! I hope no one is mislead. Even his before and after pic, the before pic his hair is wet/glossy. The things he mentioned aren't a flat out scam, but they are like pouring a cup of water on a forest fire. Please please if you are balding, use minox and fin ASAP (after talking to your doctor). You can even get fin in the form of a mesotherapy once every 3 months instead of pills. (Source: I have a degree in marketing, so idk what I am talking about)
Nutrefol helped me. I also use the light therapy. I lost over half my hair from stress and these products really helped. There are science based studies too. Double blind studies.
@@Virdelet Finasteride is bad for men though, can cause ED or other male problems. Minoxidil is not permanent either and that too has some long term risks
exactly what I noticed and for six months you can keep nutrafol I bet he would have better results using the woman's version as I have noticed my results with woman's romaine were better and I didn't get dark circles around my eyes as with the mens version , just very strange but true
Using natural oils for scalp massages actually helps in hair fall reduction. Oils such as coconut, onion, as well as rosemary can be particularly good. I combine a few drops of rosemary oil with my liitleextraaa cocconion shampoo and hair oil set, which this really helped in getting good hair growth.
I was looking for hair oil which is not too sticky and contains natural ingredients. This liittllextra coocoonion oil has proven to be excellent and will order it again. Its natural ingredients like rosemary and coconut in it have reduced my hair fall.
I have become a big fan of the cocooonion kit for hair fall control and reaactivaate hair growth serum.. combination of those reduced my hair fall and increased new hair growth
Yeah I started getting suspicious of him a while ago when he started promoting homeopathic 'doctors' and appeal-to-nature type bs in his videos but this is the last straw for me.
Yeah, I’m on the fence as well now. He had some funny content and some good advice, but just like Dr. Mike the sponsorships and social media high versus accurate and reliable information seems to be becoming the focus.

There is zero change between those two photos. One has oily hair that has gotten parted, the other has freshly washed voluminous hair, styled to cover up the balding.
I adore you and don't want you to think I am trying to be critical, BUT the before and after pics are pretty different. Before, your hair looks like it hadn't been washed in a week causing it to flatten out, stick together and look like you have a lot less, while in the after, your hair looks super shiny suggestion that it had been recently washed. I do see a tiny spot there but you do address the fact that it was a 50% regrowth. Next time you want to convince us of the differences please make sure the pictures are taken under the same conditions!
The after photo also just looks as if he combed/blow dried his hair back to cover up the hair loss. Which is very misleading. I also feel like he’s promoting these expensive products for profit, because it seems too staged and a bit fabricated. Not trying to be mean, just came across as dishonest
He has an endorsement deal with iRestore. He sells the rosemary oil. He probably has a deal with Nutrafol aswell. This whole thing is an ad. And yes, the pictures are manipulated. Also, as I wrote in another comment, right now a lot of people are still experiencing diffuse hair loss after covid infections. It's called telogen effluvium. Dr. Dray has some videos on it. It is just your body sending more of your hair follicles into the shedding stage of the growth cycle after a stressful event like a more severe viral infection. They see it go up since Covid. It starts usually 3 to 6 months after the infection. That's wenn people start to use more hair than usual, not in patches, but a little more all over the head. It lasts for a few months and then reverts back on it's own without doing anything. It could well be that he knows he has a bout of that right now, that will resolve on it's own and he can use the pictures to sell his stuff. He also once said in a video, that the fat that is removed by crylipolysis ("fatfreezing") leaves the body by pooping it out. Which is completely bonkers and devoid of any medical or biological knowledge. How would it go from your blood stream into your intestines and into your poop? Once the fat cells are destroyed and the fact has entered the blood and/or lymph, it is broken down in the liver and secreted out by the kidneys and breathed out as CO2 by the lungs.
In the Before photo there is no attempt to comb hair evenly. In the After photo the hair is combed to hide bald spots. This is a universal and blatant trick used in the "hair regrowth" racket. I defy anyone to show me before and after photos for this product in which I cannot easily identify accidental or deliberate bias.
I put 10 drops of essential rosemary oil and -pepperrmint oil each in my Shampoo bottle, shake well and try massage properly in my scalp everytime i wash my hair. It didnt get thicker, however my hair grows more than twice as fast Edit: i meant to say 10 drops of each PER 100ml of shampoo! My mistake. I had started out with less drops, bc i didnt know how my skin would react or if my hair would get greasy faster (i have fine, thin hair). Also the strong smell of oils dont last long after you wash the shampoo out And a little Update: Ive doing this for 3 month now and recently my regular-daily hair loss has decreased a little.
@@brandon137 no. I had cut my hair very short a year ago and got impatient with the growing process. I really dont know if it can help with hair loss, since that can have many reasons. I have female pattern baldness and i am 31. A mix of oils like castor, rosemary, amla , bhringaraj, coconut and a few others helped me in hair loss. I am from India so availability is not a problem . The magical remedy in my case is onion juice. I apply it on my scalp where bald spots are appearing and then wash after 15 min . Results are not tremendous but covered my baldness. I still have thin hair but no scalp visibility.
my co worker told me about this because she has really thick hair when is in her 50s. she said onion juice and rosemary herb. she put it on her hair and scalp for an hr or more and cover it and rinse it afterwards
Thank you for this, I will try it! I am Caucasian, 24, female, and I’ve been balding for a few years :( my scalp is easily visible, it’s embarrassing to put my hair in a ponytailx
I had sudden hair loss and I didn’t know what I was going to do, so I went online to look into hair loss solutions. I started taking biotin supplements and using rosemary oil with caster oil as the carrier. It worked, my hair is back where it was before the loss with lots of new growth. The other thing a person could do is add rosemary essential oil to their shampoo, but I always left the oil mixture on my head overnight. It worked for me, it might work for you.
@@izzatkhan2771 use them at the same time. Rosemary oil should not be applied directly on the scalp as it can cause itching. Dilute it with a carrier oil like olive oil or almond oil. @@YourBoyDany thanks alot ...another thing is that i've been doing it for 2 weeks now and couldnt see much diffrence ...so is it too early for me to expect results or keep waiting ?
I checked the ingredients in the Nutrafol, its mostly saw palmetto (50%), collagen peptides(20%) and the rest is curcumin, ashwagandha, a little bit of some complex alcohol... seriously comparing Nutrafol to getting the collagen and saw palmetto individually is a lot cheaper (90% cheaper) and no monthly subscription. Come on doc, you are a trained scientist, give us the breakdown and research studies.
A few years ago I began having a serious problem with thinning hair. I actually had some bald spots on my crown. I did used to disguise this with hair fibre powder, but it reached a point where it could no longer be disguised. I had been using a chemical dye but changed it to henna. I stopped blow drying my hair and let it dry naturally. I began using rosemary and peppermint essential oils on my scalp. Then I found out about micro needling treatment. I had 5 sessions professionally done and my hair began to improve significantly. I bought a micro needling pen and use this on my scalp each week. I do take biotin regularly. My hair isn't as thick as I would wish, but has improved significantly. My bald patches have gone. I am continuing with this regime.
@@tini96 The treatments were £250 per session. The micro needling pen was around £40. I also take kelp tablets and vegan biotin gummies. I joined a yoga group, as yoga was recommended on this video. My hair has been steadily improving and is much thicker. th-cam.com/video/pXtLnUX16_k/w-d-xo.html
Kudos to you for creating such an informative and engaging video. There are completely natural recipes for preventing hair loss that anyone can make at home, and they are very effective. What's best about them is that after you stop using them, your hair remains the same, it doesn't start falling out again. I believe Norlest has all these recipes and products. Check it out.
You scalp is wet or greasy on the first pic, this always makes hair loss stand out … on the 2nd pic your hair has most likely been washed with a thickening shampoo and then brushed once it was completely dry. Out of all the advice you’ve given I would say minoxidil is the most proven treatment for regrowth but it won’t stop hair loss.
My hair began falling out big time after a very stressful time in my life so I researched the internet and decided to try the rice water method. It really really worked. Now at 75 I have long thick dark hair that has grown down to my waist and cut off three times since I started. Simple and cheap. The Hua women use this and women in their 80's have thick 8 foot long black hair they have to wrap like a turbon on their heads to control. Also, just as good is massaging your scalp - it stimulates the growth. A handful of plain white rice in a glass jar then fill with water and let sit for 24 hours. It's smelly but there are three nutrients in it that stimulate everything. I spray it on and put a cap on to leave it overnight. You only have to do this once a month. Pretty soon you will see short hairs growing in. Lots of videos on TH-cam about this.
@@Rebecca-zm9ri Is Nutrafol a scam? It is an online fraud and not genuine in almost every sense. However, in reality, this is just an advertisement. Regarding rosemary oil, it's not comparable to 5% minoxidil but rather to the 2% version. Additionally, its research is considered shaky; if I recall correctly, it was conducted in Iraq.
In the first photo, the hair is greasy and tangled together and the hair is not all combed back, over the balding area. The hair hangs more over the side of the head. In the after photo, the hair is washed and therefore not greasy and is carefully combed back, over the balding spot.
Dr. Youn, I purchased the iRestore helment, and Rosemary oil. @@shereens7374 Not true. Constantly washing off the natural oils with nasty chemicals is what’s causing your oily skin, oily hair & all your hair & skin problems.
Water washes away some but not all dirt. You still need something to really clean your scalp and hair from environmental debris and particles. Maybe if your hair is super thin it could work, but it wouldn’t for the majority of people. A lot of people would be left with very dirty hair at the end of the day

I can’t believe that I’m going to spend $1,000 on myself but my hair loss is extreme! I went through early menopause and I’m still going through it! It’s BRUTAL!!! My gyno put me back on BC pills because they can’t seem to regulate my hormones. I’ve been losing my hair for about a decade. I loved my hair and so did everyone else. Everything that I ever liked about myself has been taken away 😢 I’ll try and I’ll tag you.
When you said everything you’ve ever loved has been taken away I hope you’re referring to more than your hair. Trust me - hair loss is painful - but you have more to offer than that- if that’s what’s you meant
Sorry to hear about this stressful situation. I lost my hair from COVID (twice) and did PRP once a month for five months and as I’m peri menopausal my doc also put me on an alpha 5 reductase commonly known as finestaride. I also had an iron infusion as I was anemic and have been taking vitamin D as both iron and D provide the building blocks for hair growth. All the best!
Red light therapy is great for opening up the follicles, people should also check their iodine levels. I had a ton of hair fall and when we checked my iodine levels, they were in the super low numbers.
Thank you for this video, Dr Youn. Twenty years ago I was involved in a motor vehicle accident where I was hit by a car that ran a red light as I was crossing the street. I sustained a large hematoma on my head that took about a month to heal, and in that spot on my head I lost every single strand of my hair down to bare skin. My doctor diagnosed alopecia but could not explain why it happened as the result of an injury rather than stress/emotional trauma. Today it has grown back about 75% but there is a still a patch that has just never regrown and is visible.
My brother hit his head, and years later he still has a blonde spot about the size of a silver dollar at the spot. I'm glad at least you recovered from the accident.
The hair is not styled the same in the second picture. The longer hair from the front seems to be combed over the area. It would be nice to see the hair styled EXACTLY the same way so that we may see the scalp.
“As you can see there’s a pretty nice change here” yeah in the way you comb your hair, can’t tell if there’s more growth at all though 😑 I was actually hoping to see results I can trust. Also since he did all those things at once I don’t know which ones will work on their own if I don’t want to try everything

Here's what i did and now i have long rock star hair. My hair and nails started growing like crazy after doing this. To address nutritional deficiency i did Psyllium and bentonite clay shakes once a month for a year. My reasoning was to remove micro plastics from my gut that could be blocking my vitamin uptake. I also took micro plant powder from hemp USA. Lastly brush your scalp to stimulate the hair.
The shampoo with some rosemary in it will not infuse your scalp with the rosemary enough for it to have an effect. You need to massage the scalp directly with rosemary oil blended with other oils and leave it on scalp for 30 minutes before you shampoo hair.
I had followed you for years and I really trusted you with everything but this pictures are deceiving, on the first photo the hair is dirty and the second is clean. I’m so disappointed ☹️ it feels to me you just want to promote the products. Sad
Yeah disappointing this guy is a Nutrafol shill. Nutrafol is getting sued. It’s an overpriced multivitamin, but they’re trying to market to alopecia patients. Their studies actually exclude genetics based hair loss. Total deception.
Those vitamins are too expensive! Stop selling things it takes away from your credibility. Finasteride works great and is cheap. Nothing completely stops hair loss.
It is the "head and shoulders" shampoo fallacy all again: when you use the product, it reduce follicles greatly in a few days; but if you stop using it, it worsen the problem x2 in a few day too... and then your are dependent on the product; which is very useful for the company, that has no incentive of "curing" the problem because you will stop buying it. Simple, mercantile.
One of my friends noticed my hair was thinning and recommended 10,000mcg of Biotin daily. After 2-3 months, I actually started seeing a difference and a few people have said my hair looks fuller than it used to. Can't believe such a simple over-the-counter supplement made such a big difference, it's also made my skin softer/smoother and my nails grow faster. I think what happens is most people who start losing their hair just don't do anything about it.
@@oaoJ69Joao First ones were Nature Made, the ones I have now are Spring Valley, both just simple over the counter brands. Should note, it seems to be helping my existing hair more than making missing hair grow back again (although I see baby hairs in those areas), thankfully I decided to start trying to do something about it before it got really bad. Feel lucky to still have as much hair as I do at 40. it's only been about 4 months or so but I continue seeing a difference. Will update here if anything changes for sure though. I hope it works for others like it's worked for me so far, biotin's supposed to be safe in large amounts too. Important to note it's mcg and not mg, it also says to take with food which I always make sure to do. Haven't exceeded 10,000mcg daily.

Everything he recommends, he's selling. I just watched another derm not selling Nutroful called it "throwing the kitchen sink at your problem when you don't have a diagnosis". Always be skeptical of experts who are also trying to sell you something, guys, with everything. ANECDOTE: I remember going to a dermatologist who diagnosed me with the temporary rash called Pityriasis Rosea. The diagnosis was definitely correct even when I hadn't found that on Google: I thought I had a fungal infection. Problem is, the Dr. sold me 2 expensive bottles of their house-made supplements. Well, many will know that most supplements usually take multiple months to take effect (including hair supplements like Nutroful: 3+ months)... but PR goes away by itself in 6 weeks+. Suffice it to say, the supplements did not work and I wasted my money. I treated myself with topical Curel Itch Relief which GREATLY diminished my symptoms until the rash (herpetic reaction to a flu or flu shot) finished it's course.
For a doctor, I'm really surprised he didn't mention any of the risks or concerns of taking the supplements listed on that Nutrafol site. The male balding supplement has 3000 mcg of biotin per capsule and 'recommends' 4 capsules. That's pretty close to the upper limit of extra strength biotin just by itself, which can potentially hurt you. You have to go out of your way to see what's in their ingredients on their site, which is a little annoying. There are better options than that laser helmet, but it's a good option if you don't have an existing red light therapy device. If you're going to go down that path, I recommend drinking a lot of water, and only doing that for about 10 minutes or so, max. Also not mentioned/listed is investing in a professional shampoo that has keratin in it. Lastly, because he ignored prescription medications, for those who have different health issues or are losing hair at a faster rate, there's solutions out there for you as well that combine steroids to aid in re-growing your hair follicles back.
I am familiar with this brand and it's not dangerous but I made comment above as to what is in it. It is good stuff but if you understand ingredient science, its better to do you own recipes b/c you are mostly paying for the marketing and as you mention, you can adjust what works for you. I don't take excess biotin. Not because its bad, but it grows hair all over your body, so if you are a middle age woman, that is the last thing you need 🤣
Not to mention the fact that their are people that cannot afford expensive vitamins and laser treatments. He should have endorsed healthy foods that contains vitamins including Omega oils and essential Fatty Acids and Good protein sources. Love the doctor, but disappointed in the video
I have tried PRP and that has helped. I found out about it from my Dr.. She practices eastern and western medicine and her husbands hair started to thin.He is also a Dr. and he has a head full of hair now for the platelet rich plasma treatment.
Rosemary oil made miracles. I use essential oil in my shampoo, I wash my hair each other day and I use it as if my life depends on it. 🤣 I put 5 drops of rosemary oil in my shampoo, mix it and I let it sit in my head for 3-5 minutes. In 4 months I had some results, and I saw some thick hairs on my head that I didn't have. Also...something that I did not like and all of you should be very careful about it's that I let that shampoo fall over my forehead and not clean it and I started to have many hairs on my forehead.🤣 But I prefer it that way to being bald as a woman. I went to the dermatologist and she gave me Minoxidil, I started it but I continue with rosemary too, now more hair starts to fall and I felt like all my progress will be gone, but I read that Minoxidil does that a period, and all the hair that it's already dead will fall in a short period. I also take supplements and I saw huge improvements in my nails which made me think I had some deficiency. I still have many analyses to make given by the dermatologist but til I finish all I will stick to this routine. Btw...if you wanna try rosemary, try with less rosemary oil. I don't have a sensitive scalp and I can use more, no one told me to use it like that. Minoxidil's easy on me too, I have a little itchy sensation for 2 hours then I am good.
Do you mean you take whatever shampoo your going to use for that particular use and put 5 drops of rosemary oil in that ... or you put the 5 drops in the WHOLE bottle?
@@hobosmellsbacon6019 it's been 5 drops each time I wash my hair but it starts to not work anymore. After I saw it started to not work anymore I tried to change the brand and nothing. But in my case ( I think I have a tough skin) at frist when I saw my crazy results I felt a little itchy and after it started to not work I didn't feel a thing. Was it my first bottle of oil a magical potion? Probably :)) But letting the jokes aside... What I did was purely an experiment on my skin which worked amazing for a short period. I guess my body got used to it. Now I am back to where I started. I saw my alopecia has phases too, I have like 6 months where it is getting worse, and 6 months where is getting better, I am very confused because of it. But what can we do? I'm blessed with naturally thick hair but my sister does not. I exploit good haircare as well which intensifies my hair. I used to take a lot of biotins and encountered the adverse effect instead. Recently I wanted to dye my hair blonde but after watching the struggle of people living with alopecia, I changed my mind because I have seen many people who were born with genetically thick hair and they lose their hair due to excess dying and styling their hair. Therefore, I will embrace and appreciate my medium brown hair. 🙂

Since these are holistic methods most have low risk. But be careful of excessively high biotin dosages because that can have negative effects on heart rhythm/function. I don’t think people understand that thinner hair is generally more greasy and that’s part of the reason for the difference in the photos. Maybe the before could have been more recently washed or he could have used dry shampoo to achieve a similar level of greasiness but actually these photos are more representative of the before and after with controlled/same conditions in terms of how the hair is treated. The reason thinner hair is greasier hair is the scalp produces the same amount of oil but you have less hair to absorb it before treatment. Maybe this could have been explained as a disclaimer, it could even be a whole other video perhaps. But those casting doubts over his whole credibility are suffering from their own ignorance and ill-will towards those providing information. Stop and think before making such nasty claims, even if you are doing so regrettably.
Thanks for this info. After my sole bout with covid19 in June '22, my hair began coming out in August. It is still shedding in lesser amounts. So far, about 50% loss. Many baby hairs growing, but so much scalp visible. My silver locks were waist length. Even at >70yrs, it is painful.
that happened to me too! I had to chop off about an arm's lenght of my hair, and when I was how thin it was I almost cried. It was thinner than my pinky. I used to have so much hair, and even after two years I'm still recovering (I got it in 2021). Being able to see all the top of your scalp in your 20s is traumatizing, but as you rightly said, it's painful at every age.
Another Dr is saying Melatonin, but I know 2 people who put melatonin lotion on their scalp and end up having bad dreams from it but not a lot of hair growth. I use my Infrared once a week and have maintained by full head of hair plus the rosemary oil & black cumin seed oil.
Thankyou for the informational video as a woman it’s the worst when your hair starts thinning and can be VERY embarrassing. I will start using some rosemary oil if nothing else it will smell good. ♥️

I've been loosing my hair for 10 years. I won't try Rogaine it can cause more hair loss , wrinkles, and facial hair. It does work on some people though, but wrinkles aren't a risk I'm willing to take. I took Nutrafol for a few months. I noticed my hair stopped shedding . So it definitely works , but the pills affected my hormones and made me gain weight in my stomach and thighs. I wish I could have kept taking it. Laser lights can cause shedding at first too. Hair loss is awful, and trying so many things to help that fail sucks too!
The before and after photos are NOT like-for-like. His hair is wet on the before photo, wet hair always reveals more of the scalp. He has dry hair, that’s styled and combed forward covering any potential thinning.
@DoctorYoun Come on. There is no way that you expect people to not notice the difference in the condition of your hair in the two photos. Either take both photos with clean combed back hair or both with at the end of a warm day greasy hair (actually, that grease clogging your pores is probably what is causing the hair loss).
The doctor (who we supposed to believe) advertising chep (not money wise) , overpriced misleading knowledge. Thats so disappointing. I thought they had dedicated class in med school about ethics.
How long have you been using Nutraful? And how long have you been using the laser light treatment? How long is the combination of both treatments simultaneously? Lastly, how long have you been using the combination of all treatments together?
People. Use natural aloe vera, the pulp, on the head half an hour before bathing. In two months or less you will have new hair. Cheap and natural 🤷🏻♀️
Point. Blank.
I'm glad you posted this explanation because as soon as I saw that photo I was going to unsubscribe.

On the before photo, the hair is just closer together because it's wet, oily, you name it, and in the after photo it's freshly washed and dried.
you are absolutely right don't see much change
It is also combed back in the 2nd photo, which helps cover the scalp a lot more
It makes me wonder about his honesty overall.
I agree. If the results were that good why not take both photos with clean hair. I am sad because I don't know if these things really work. I thought he was honest and this is a little fishy.
It was more than that. Greasy hair might make strands clump together, but there wouldn’t be extreme patches like that. Trust me I have thinning hair I know
Sounds like a paid commercial for overpriced, ineffective Nutrefol and IRestore.

I feel a bit cheated :(
Yeah this was all just a big money grab. Very disappointing.
You can totally be critical and don't have to feel sorry for that!
5:17 Doc the photo on the left, hair is wet therefore exposing the scalp=. Photo on the right, hair is dry and brushed to cover the thinning scalp...
I put 10 drops of essential rosemary oil and -pepperrmint oil each in my Shampoo bottle, shake well and try massage properly in my scalp everytime i wash my hair. It didnt get thicker, however my hair grows more than twice as fast

Do you boil the water? Do you rinse the rice before soaking it?
No cooking. Just let it sit and ferment. Watch videos.

The after photo is just a comb over.
Those vitamins are too expensive! Stop selling things it takes away from your credibility. Finasteride works great and is cheap. Nothing completely stops hair loss.
This seems more like a commercial than his 'journey'
You mean you dried it for the after picture? Wow! crazy how wet hair looks less full than dry hair 🤯
But the downfall to using Rogaine is that once you stop using it all the hair that grew will fall out. It's just a patch to the problem.
The holistic way with no medications: take four pills at dinner and lasers
The rosemary oil solution is actually only equivalent to 2% minoxidil and not the standard 5%
No the after picture is basically a combover. All the hair from the front is covering the patchy spots
Only way to stop androgenentic alopecia is to take dht blockers
ok so the video is just a giant ad to some very expensive products that most of us can't afford. thanks for the help
In the study you referenced they compared Standardized Rosemary Oil to 2% Rogaine not the 5% Rogaine formula you have pictured.
What brand did you use?
Just eater healthier/ greener (more veggies, fruits, omega-3s). Foods high in biotin include eggs, legumes, nuts, liver, sweet potatoes, bananas, broccoli.

As a doctor, you just took the supplement for combating deficiencies without even checking for those deficiencies? You don't even know if you were deficient at all?
Tip:- I took carrot juice and beet root juice 3 days in a week and Finasride every alternate day and exercise daily from an hour, my hair density became 3times thicker. Just wanted to share this so that it would help other . And exercise will really play a important role .
Note :- I do not have any chennel to share this , but this ll definitely works guys follow this , I want everyone to be beneficial by this comment.
@@mralex070 yea kinda felt like it's fake adverstisment :v
What are the medications I’m so curious because I know my doctor won’t tell me anything but regain ????
LOL oh my gosh the hairs on the forehead must've been so scary 😭
Do you mean you take whatever shampoo your going to use for that particular use and put 5 drops of rosemary oil in that ... or you put the 5 drops in the WHOLE bottle?
@@hobosmellsbacon6019 it's been 5 drops each time I wash my hair but it starts to not work anymore. After I saw it started to not work anymore I tried to change the brand and nothing. Idk what happened...
Btw...people recommend 10 drops of rosemary in a bottle because it can irritate.
Minoxidil is not an option for me...
Now I started dermarolling but I can't say something about it because I've not seen a difference yet.
@@hobosmellsbacon6019 The minoxidil that was easy on me at first now gets my scalp on fire and I instantly make contact with dermatitis. Many things have changed...
I am on thyroid medicine and have some thinning so I bought some rice water on Amazon and really works great and fast!
Does rice water actually regrow hair on your thinning spots or does it simply lengthen your existing hair faster than normal?
I have spent almost a year taking Nutrifol and saw absolutely zero improvement. I suffered with horrible heartburn from it, as well. Lesson learned the hard way.
I finding regular scalp massage is working for me. Thanks for all your videos Dr Youn.

i understand your decision completely just know that a one time thing won’t do much harm 😊
Between years of coloring my hair and menopause my thick hair is no more 😥 I'm going to start putting rosemary oil in my shampoo, if nothing else it will smell good!
@@parkerchapman4536 Thanks, love. I believe part of it is genetic though. My sister and my dad never had thick hair, but I noticed a legit haircare is paramount too. I oil my hair a few times a week before I take a shower, and it helps with hair growth. ❤️
@@SuperDrLisa I started oiling my hair a few times a week before showering and it helps with hair growth immensely. I also suggest using natural shampoos that have oil in them like Calia. It makes my virgin hair super shiny so my wavy hair becomes super soft and smooth with just brushing. I don't even use heat or hair straightener so that helps a lot with maintaining my hair. Look into natural shampoos like the one I mentioned above. It worked for me. Maybe it can help you too. 😋☺️❤️🐭 Follow holistichabits on TH-cam. She's amazing.
Since these are holistic methods most have low risk. But be careful of excessively high biotin dosages because that can have negative effects on heart rhythm/function. The rosemary oil study had significant limitations and I do not believe it has been replicated- correct me if I’m wrong. But hey- it’s oil- might as well try it
come on, it's so much biased and not accurate, sponsored and the before photo is of washed hair brushed from front.
I have consumed NUTRAFOL for 6 months.. it did really help for my hair loss! After that I changed my life style.. I am on my IF n regular exercise.. I am healthier than I ever be
nice commercial
Right? My thought exactly. It’s supposed to be holistic but then there’s this and that links in his bio so he makes commissions. Smh 🤦♀️
Well that was just a 6 minute long ad for bs lol
No way, bro discovered washing hair!!! 🤯
What I saw was wet hair and dry hair.
Surprised you didn't mention PRP injections Doc. I've found those helpful.
So this was just a NUTRAFOL commercial, got it.
You should mention in your video that you're doing sponsored content, so that I can skip . I didn't expect this from you
Rosemary works! Slowly but it does. I use rosemary and make it like a tea and put it on my hair and make my own rosemary oil.
I bought it for my husband, is has been 7 months since he started taking them but it didn't help, he still losing hair, we're so sad, they aren't chip
Nutrofol?
I think of course after washing and combing the hair looks fuller, otherwise I don't notice any difference.
Yes this is horrible to experience but I'm sure that it's just telogen effluvium, and you'll gain all your hair back! Lots of love!
Use castor oil and/or rosemary.
that happened to me too!

Rosemary tea rinse can also help. And if you have issues with excessive shedding a clove rinse saved me (hair loss from severe anemia).

I used Nutrafol for 1 year, and it didn't do anything for me
I've been loosing my hair for 10 years.
Minoxidil doesn't cause or affect wrinkles at all. Stay out of the sun and wear sunscreen when you're in it, exfoliate and keep skin moisturized.
stupid ad products dont work dont buy... go to a hair specialist every person is different
Been on Nutrifol for about 3 months now. Har has stopped falling out. Maybe like 1 or 2 in the shower. No regrowth but thats fine.
Update: I have regrowth on my temples
Hair on left is wet, hair on right is dry. Dry hair has more volume and texture so you can hide spots better.
I’ve been using the herb called he shou wu for hair darkening and growth
The before and after photos are NOT like-for-like. His hair is wet on the before photo, wet hair always reveals more of the scalp.
He has dry hair, that’s styled and combed forward covering any potential thinning.
You combed it differently and covered all spots.
