I feel for these guys, I am a 25 year old woman but for some reason my hair has been thinning around my hairline, I feel like I have many missing areas of hair, and I don't feel confident to wear my hair up, and I wear bangs to hide my receding hairline. 29. Had shit thin hair for about 3/4 years now and hated it. Always wore hats and combed it over using bottles of hairspray. Been watching these videos over the weekend and finally said fuck it. Shaved my head and it feels so fucking liberating, quite like how it looks. Thought it was going to look much worse, can grow a good beard so thank god for that. Just want to thank channels like this because I really struggled with it for years but seeing other men say fuck it gave me the bravery! I’m happy to be a bald fucker 😂 thanks!
My fear before I shaved my head was "what if I'm the one guy that doesn't suit it?" but it wasn't bad at all. I'm 27, my friends and family liked it and I'm rocking the bald look and you can do it too if anyone is going through it and ready for change
I've been blessed or cursed with going bald very early but slowly. First noticed it at 16, and first had someone comment on it at 17 then started shaving it short. Funny thing was at my 10yr high school reunion my hair was pretty much the same and I noticed that he was very clearly balding. I pointed this out but he didn't get it, so I kept trying to point it out the whole night about 6 different times. He ended up leaving early, not sure why.
I love these videos. My hairline isn't the best and I'm thinning on the crown. I have a lot of hair but I just notice those two things about mine. I literally get up earlier than I need for work because my hair takes the longest to do. I can never do it in one go. I spend too much time styling it and then applying powder to hold it and hope for the best. That includes rain, wind and sweat. When I work and walk around a bit faster than normal, I can feel the hairs on my crown lifting from the draft/breeze. In that moment I just completely focus in on that. It becomes something I get anxious over. I overthink it. I do have plenty of hair, I buzzed it before and saw just how much my hair is covering up some of the thinning. I did it and went to where I used to work and the reception for it was me just getting verbally battered. I had one or two positive comments, but the other comments just destroyed my confidence. I'm at a new place now and I've told a few of them I intend to shave it all off by the end of the year or by the start of the new year. Even telling them and thinking about doing it just gives me anxiety. It's baffling how much this stuff can mess with you. These videos just show you the weight it takes off their shoulders. They look so free. The idea they can walk around and not worry. The weather not being something that hinders anything. When you put pros and cons together, the pros outweigh the cons way more. It seems like such an easy decision but yet here I am still struggling with it even though in my head I intend to shave it soon. I love this channel for the message it curates and for how it brings us all together on the matter. I thought I'd get something out there hoping and maybe even knowing I'm not alone on these kind of things. I love the videos Harry and appreciate everything you do to promote positivity around the subject and breaking the stigma of it all. For all you guys in the video, you look absolutely brilliant. I'm so happy that for all of you it alleviated all the stress/anxiety. Take care all

Some of those men had very little if any balding, the long blacklhaird guy was crazy, his hair wasn't bad at all and well worth saving . If you can save your hair save it with fin and dut or you have the option of Turkish hair transplants. You could even combine all hair saving modalities. I would not resign to going bald so easy, I would do everything to save it
That’s the thing, if losing your hair bothers you, try the medicine. You don’t need to take it forever either. Just take it as long as you care. I wouldn’t tell anyone to immediately give up and shave their head. Especially if it’s only mildly thinning
The thing that ages every one of these guys is not buzzing it all off. It's leaving the beard or mustache. Nothing ages a man more than facial hair, and/or excess body fat.

just be yourself and don't fixate on your bald head or show insecurity about it. That would make you look bad and unattractive. A nice guy who has a sense of humor and confidence is a huge win, especially if he looks harsh on the outside. Actually, just approach her like a guy with hair, I don't think there is much of a difference...
It's sadly because a huge part of them could get back amolst all the hair using minoxidil and fina, and most of them dont know anything about they can recover that loosed hair
For pretty much all of these guys it’s not about that dude. It’s about not being dependent on a drug, a routine and hair to be confident etc and just accepting things and moving on.
@@josecalvo9730Some of them probably know but either don’t want to commit to a routine or have been scared off because of fear mongering. I just recently started having issues and I’m going on Fin immediately. If it doesn’t agree with me, at least I tried.
In reading the comments, it seems like a lot of people are still missing the point! ( which is annoying lol) some of the comments are like, " he still had hair, he coulda kept it or got minoxidil or let it grow." And for these men, it's a much deeper issue than just growing or restoring your hair. It's about self-acceptance and loving who you are and not letting something like hair that is societally deemed as the most important thing control their lives or confidence. As men, we still want to be accepted or not feel like outcasts because we dont meet whatever beauty standard that there is for a man. ( Yes, there are beauty or masculinity standards for men, whether you agree or not) So when people with well-meaning intentions, i suppose, say just do this or that, your apart of the problem, you are rejecting who they are or who they are becoming. People can't control their hair or what happens to it, but we can control our response and support we give to those people. Alright, im done, lol.
I think we are taking this way too seriously, both men and women. Yes, there are beauty standards but so what? I mean I get it that girls are obsessed with beauty and making a fuzz about it but we guys? Come on! We can stick to some standards but I think we have some more liberties and options here. I have my hair but recently decided to shave it all off because why not? Am I feeling like not accepted or having no self-esteem? Nope, it is just hair and it only becomes a problem if we put attention to it and think too much about it. I know what you mean, I felt a little nervous at first when going to work the next day but I noticed that it is pointless to be nervous since I can't change the outcome and has to face people. So I passed the front desk with confidence and the girl there was surprised at first with saying "Oh, you went for a bald look?" Followed by "Looks good on you!". It is not about having hair or no hair, it is how you sell it towards others.
Bald or shave head gives insecurity for one main reason : unprotected scalp from falling object. That s why hair should always be here. But of course it sucks if genetics force you to be bald.
@@kennywallace3517And there is My Maternal Grandfather Who's Having Thick hairs in his Early 70's ( White Hair though) and He looks so Young Than My father in his 50's... He looks like someone in their late 40's damm 😂
This channel made me feel confident enough to shave my head. However, the reality is that doing so has ruined my life. I now get no attention from women in day to day life (whereas women checking me out was not uncommon when I had hair) and I receive zero interest on dating apps. I recently started dating a girl who I met through a friend but her interest in me is minimal. Especially when compared with the level of interest previous girls demonstrated when I had hair. Getting old and becoming less attractive is a very difficult thing to confront. All the more so when you go from 7-8/10 to 4/10 in just 2 years due to hair loss. The impact is profound. Much in the same way that women have a biological clock that necessitates that they factor having children into their lives at a certain time in their lives, men who are going bald should prioritise intimacy and dating. Because these things simply won't be obtainable in the way they were once you go bald. You might be able to get a girlfriend but you will never evoke that visceral feeling of attraction that all men want to be the object of at some point.
why is it coping? If hair is life, why do some people go bald without a choice? Kind of a paradox if you ask me. And no, fin and other stuff sometimes don't work for people, be it health reasons or financial reasons. Balding is not a bad thing and no one needs to feel ashamed. It happens to some and it is natural.
The dude from 0:27 still had a lot of hair and a killer hairline. I had the same issue as him in the top of the scalp (diffuse alopecia) and topical minoxidil did the job to cover that area in a few months. I think some people are taking too far this thing of going bald. Another thing I notice from these videos it's that a lot of these dudes have really shitty hair like if they never took care of it or even comb it everyday or cut the tips once in a while. I wonder if they could have prevented going that bald by taking a better care of their hair, like using the right shampoo, massage the scalp, comb it, cut the tips once in a while if you want long hair, take biotin supplements, etc. I was once like that and my hair was long but look very shitty and when I started to take care of it it became fuller, more brilliant, thicker and the white hairs stopped to appear

He looks like a young guy who went bald, have you seen what an old man looks like.
The best thing when you shave your head is that you stop thinking about hair. Full stop!
@@Baldcafe yeah I know, but for others could be a good solution if they knew
@@josecalvo9730most people know. The meds have been out for over three decades
@@josecalvo9730Some of them probably know but either don’t want to commit to a routine or have been scared off because of fear mongering. I just recently started having issues and I’m going on Fin immediately. If it doesn’t agree with me, at least I tried.
@@BaldcafeThey just switch to being dependent on their bald head to be confident instead.
I'm 15 and balding as a kid i always had like the perfect hair i don't know what to do should I shave it
When you're 18/19 you can start finasteride. For now you could use minox to try to curb the loss.
Go for it!
Most people are still confused in thinking that the “problem” of balding as a physical appearance issue when in reality it is an issue of body image
They look better bald
Bald or shave head gives insecurity for one main reason : unprotected scalp from falling object. That s why hair should always be here. But of course it sucks if genetics force you to be bald.
Dude hair wont protect you from a heavy object like a falling brick. Lol
As long as you can grow a beard, you are fine bald.

Wahl home basic pro 👍
@@Baldcafe thank you. How is Wahl Beret for shaving head. Heard it gives a really close shave like a razor!
0:30 his hair are absolutely OK, why would he do this?
Same reason we all do it. To confront the insecurity of going bald.
Lol, way to miss the point of the entire video. 😂
You might be able to get a girlfriend but you will never evoke that visceral feeling of attraction that all men want to be the object of at some point.
number 14 was unnecessary again.. looked good before
That second guy is one handsome mofo either way...
A channel devoted to baldcoping lmao. Hair is life, get finasteride and hair transplant or a hair system
why is it coping? If hair is life, why do some people go bald without a choice? Kind of a paradox if you ask me. And no, fin and other stuff sometimes don't work for people, be it health reasons or financial reasons. Balding is not a bad thing and no one needs to feel ashamed. It happens to some and it is natural.
Shave head lift weighs 🎉
Why does a person need to lift weights if they shave their head?

No it wasn’t that deep I just wanted a good title.
Most of these guys have beautiful wifes/ girlfriends and I'm sitting here single with a decent head of hair.
It's not about your hair guys.
I bet 99% they met before balding.
SKIMPY EPISODE
Did you watch it all?
@@Baldcafe yes,all of IT
if i ever come close to this im going on finasteride
So biotin reversed your gray hairs?
balding is scary
I think you're kidding yourself and I think you've given up on yourself when it comes to hair. To put it another way: *YOU LOST!*
