This was really incredible! Creative and interesting. It's rare that a game actually strikes me with genuine horror, but this one did.
Man, I liked the colours and how the story goes gradually making sense around the pranks. Yes, your game remind to me some sort of the Chilla's Art games. Pretty cool. I wish a big successful. Congratulations making a simple children stuff in a horror possibility. Cool and good taste in this horror game.
I think Johan put Agatha's inhalor in Filip's cupboard to blame the girl's death on Filip.

This was truly disturbing. Children can be ruthless and home lives can be an absolute dark mess. This was good, in a really bad way.
At least they didn't have to hide behind a car to avoid gunfire. Growing up in North Memphis in the 90's was battlefield prep.

I’m only halfway thru but the way they handle antagonization vs being like.. a class clown, is very well done. It’s unnerving with the reality of the serious nature of things. Agatha’s situation, the teacher’s… that’s not everyone’s life, but it is for some. Thing is, you just never know. Yeah. And when you’re a kid at this age, it’s like you have a sense of mindfulness and awareness.. but you’re not in that little kid bubble anymore. There’s such thing as malice and consequences. Really liking it so far
...& later he started committing crimes based on the 7 deadly sins only to get shot in the head by a detective
7 Monkeys had something to do with the title and some idiot in Hollywood made it into a movie.
Some half decent actors played parts in it too.
What disturbs me most of all is wondering how/when he got Agatha's voice recording. . .

I started watching true crime when I was that age. I would have told someone that that kids going to be a serial killer sometime.
Well yeah it always starts with animals.
Dark as hell! But the kids can be cruel like that so it fits with the story.
I also want to say how BIG effort devs have made to construct working "language" from using russian, serbian, slovak, czech, ukrainian and polish words to make working dialogues. Some good philologist must have wrote this!
It is indeed an existing constructed language called Interslavic. I didn't know about it before but it's so cool.

Hey, as far as I see nobody in comments knows about “bober kurwa” meme. So, basically it’s popular polish meme - there’s I video of it where Polish lads found a beaver and yelled something that literally translates to “Oh fuck! It’s a beaver!”.

This one is so good and unsettling! Pretty much everything could have been prevented if Filip did what Agatha asked and was a bit less of a pushover...
I can't be the only one (right after the nail part) that actively hopes that Johan got hurt for being a little PoS. I am really sad about the game's ending honestly. I want some resolution and more story.
same! i especially wanna know what happened between him and agatha's dad, the way that was brought up made me expect some sort of reveal later on.
Kids can be really awful, so sadly kind of realistic.

i really want to know what happened in the aftermath of johan in our wardrobe. it's such an odd cut, wouldn't we have to run into him? honestly if my mom said he was waiting in my room my first thought would be that he was probably hiding to scare me or whatever, so do we check the wardrobe and find him? or are we supposed to believe the kid went 'oh well he's not here anymore i'll just go to bed without opening my wardrobe (where he probably keeps his pajamas)'. the 'game' really succeeded in the unsettling atmosphere and the cruelty of children/real life, but that one cut just confuses me.

One of the better ones in awhile, honestly. I'm usually not a fan of the "child protagonist" games but there was something raw about this one that made it work. Graphical style added to it, as well. Very memorable, very disturbing!

The Bober meme caught me off guard, oh lord. At the beginning of the video you mentioned the game is set somewhere in Eastern Europe, but upon hearing the dialogue I was like ''nah, not Poland'' but that moment was specifically Polish. 😭

I think it's collective Eastern Europe. I can hear words in Russian, especially strong ones, and Ukrainian as well.

Great gameplay cju! I work with kids from all walks of life for a living and johan reminds me of some of my really tough ones from over the years. There’s typically a lot of trauma going on at their homes. Not that it excuses any of the atrocious behavior, just gives some insight/explanation. Its often a horrible generational cycle that’s very difficult to break but gosh I sure do try to do all I can to help break it.
Basically all the adults in the game are either abusive or neglectful if you kind of read between the lines.

Sort of disappointed with the ending, I liked that the horror aspect came from the reality of abuse and neglect. The storytelling was kinda good, dropping hints about what goes on in the kids' life but from the lackadaisical perspective of kids who just don't know any better, and there was build up about Agatha's dad and stuff. But then it went down the typical, 'your best friend is actually a psychopath and will kill you' route and threw all of that narrative juice out the window. But hey, maybe this was the best they could do in the time they had.
Johan went too far I saw him do terrible stuff and he just kept doing worse until someone died because of it

As a bulgarian I'm dissapointed that Panslavic barely includes any south-slavic vocabularry, but I speak Polish, Russian and some Ukrainian so I uderstood most of it. Still a weird choice for a game language, but nice to see some central/estern Europe representation
