"Pet the priest or kill the priest??" That poor demon seemed painfully indecisive in the end. 😅 Games based on cultures other than my own are always interesting to me.
That poor table try to kill it self...you crack me up Chris 😂😂😂😂😂😂
You know, I'm surprised it took this long for a horror game set in India to show up. We've seen Indonesian, Thai, Chinese, Taiwanese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese... Given the rich spiritual traditions, mythology, and folklore from India, and the massive influence it has had in those other countries, I'm surprised it not used more often for settings in games like this.
It is gonna be great. Distinct fashions, music, folklore... New settings and archetypes to explore.
@@agathoklesmartinios8414 as an Indian, I know, a huge percentage of Indian Audience Prefer Action Multiplayer Games Like PUBG or Free Fire rathar than Indie Horror Games. But Nowadays some of the Huge Indian Gaming youtubera are promoting Indie Horror Games. So now there is a base for Indie horror games.
maybe it is difficult to make a game/media without offending someone, got to be careful
Exactly the above comment. Plus Games are only being Mainstream Famous in the Country in the recent years
In that shrine, the off white stuff you see in the bottle is pure ghee (clarifed butter) or mustard oil, both of which are used for ritual purposes and lighting earthen lamps as offerings.
The fact that you remember how to get though that maze of a place is crazy! You always map these places out so well. This wasn't half bad. I really liked that ot had an ending and finally an ending that wasn't death and despair is refreshing. It seems like everything ends on a bad note these days. Thank you Chris!
I love the games based on folklore (or different cultures). They give such a different way of looking at life. Yay, Chris!!
I really enjoy these Indie games covering a variety of folklore from all over the world
I don’t see any Indian games shining as much as this one did. I want India to bring its creativity and potential out to its fullest
thanks for the clearing up the misunderstanding chris! we wouldn't have figured it ourselves. i really thought a priest was gonna exercise with a woman.
So nice to see an Indian game for once.
Just a cultural info:- Hanuman Chalisa is basically equal to a Pope reciting exorcism verses from the harsh old testemant. I mean thats how powerful it is.
I always enjoy horror games from other countries and cultures. I just find it fascinating to see what other folks find scary, what their monsters are, and how they face them.
Then again, I was that weird kid who would go on the museum field trips and actually read about the exhibits.
Y'know, not enough people talk about the disadvantages of getting possessed.
I used to have amazing eyesight and now this vessel wears glasses :/
Thank you for spreading awareness ❤❤
Fun fact :- That white arrow next to the main gate says not to pee on the walls 😂
You won't believe i was just going to suggest you about this game.. Oh my god i am not indian 🇮🇳 but i am Bangladeshi 🇧🇩 the neighbor country of india... So if the things are about India we Bangladeshi also feel the happiness.....
A big BIG Thanks to you 🥰
Lmao I had this thought of cju being an actual detective, firefighter, priest who does exorcisms in real life showing up to crime scenes, disturbances and exorcisms …. Seeing the danger and turning around and trying to leave the scenes like he does in games bc he doesn’t want to mess with that 😂 maybe it’s best those of us with that mindset are just playing these professions for games lmao
Thanks for accepting my request ❤️
@@JeffReamsyeahhh 😂😂 50 person like but ….😂😂 what is the request 🤣😭 🇮🇳🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷🤷♀️🤞
Lot's of love from India
I want to remove evil spirits from my body, thanks!
It's not Bracelet CJU, it's the ANKLETS.
The priest only able to run for only 2 steps is a bit weird tbh. But the atmosphere was still nice.
🤣🤣🤣 i died when you hit your head on the bell ahahhaah 🤣
Handsome. . I-I mean the game, have a good one and a nice day
Very entertaining. Thank you for playing, CJU!
I have been watching Cju since 2015 and as an Indian, I saw him play an Indian game for the first time! thanks a lot, Chris!
The sign on the arrow says “dont piss” in Hindi on the menu screen
Thank you for the new upload. I absolutely love watching your play through!! Sincerely, they make me happy and make my day so much easier. I know that sounds stupid but it’s true! so again thank you so very much for your time effort and energy. It does mean a lot.❤
Games from other cultures always fascinate me.
However I’m cool with the demon possessing me. We’ve made friends and are really doing great but thanks for the offer, Chris. 👍🏻
Ohhhhhh! The fact that I wear glasses is the result of my demonic possession! Got it. Thanks for the heads up. 😂
Your map memory never ceases to amaze me 😊
Whoa, I just wondering will you ever play this game. You have good insight, perspective and respect of any game works. Thanks for playing this :)
Love from India sir❤
Omg I thought that said “Kamala” on the thumbnail at first when I was scrolling. 😂😂😭😭
I'm happy that CJU is covering an Indian Game at last. Thank you for covering this rough ride. Welcome to the world of Indian Horror Myths.
You really should try to do your own audio/video book with scary stories and this kind of art at the beginning. 😇
39:09 yup like yr demons run away from holy cross, our indian demons run away from Hanuman chalisa
It's funny how it's called Indie game and it's actually take place in India.
The concept of this game sounds so intriguing!
From the pictures of the intro story I would think you'd be using someone like Donovan from DarkStalkers. 😆
Whole big house is practically windowless, no wonder someone went mad.
It was interesting, I like to watch horror movie with indian folklore, it's always intriguing to see people's local beliefs. Thank you for the video Chris 🤗🤗
I don't know why but for some reason when you opened with "Hello" my mind went straight to "and welcome to moviefone." But when you continued "and welcome to another indie horror game" I was snapped back to reality; couldn't help but laugh at myself. 😂
I am an Indian and have been following you when you had 10k followers. Good to see play our game finally.
Thanks CJU.
yeay I knew I can count on you lol Was hoping for this one today
oh geez, haven't excpected for kamla to be possessed by an evil spirit such as a *man eating monster* 😅😮😂 but yeah anyways this game was fun and i loved the intro as always. cju never dissapoints! ✌🏼🤍
Great video!!😁👍
Kamla must be sick of counting chickens for math homework and decided to go rogue. Moral of the story, don't do homework 😆. Nice gameplay, really enjoyed it!
"This spirit then fully took over Kamla, turning her into a horrifying man-eating monster."That usually doesn't happen until after the marriage. 😂😂
I'll have one spirit removal from my body please, but no exercise :-p Thanks for playing Chris 💗👍🏼
Loved this one !!
Thank you for playing a game based on Indian origin. Thanks Chris
The spirit looks a little....smudged?🥁🥁 *wink, wink* *nudge, nudge*😅
Beautiful game, great atmosphere and jumps, thanks for playing!
I love watching Chris play
I always like the ethnic one's. This one looks rather interesting. Thanks for introducing it.
Lookin good Chris!
I'm frigging crying at the table trying to kill itself bit.
My inner urge to correct cju about how to pronounce kamla. Yes sir u triggered me so much whenever u said that name... Still love u sir and yr work. Thank that u played a game from my country
I am not much knowledgeable in this matter but i think my country may be excelling in software stuff but they still lack in games development (i have not much knowledge so u r free to correct me)
I have been waiting for this one ❤🇮🇳
thank you for accepting my request..love from india
Looking at those eyes, I'm guessing they hired Kratos
Oh Indian theme game! I love their myths and most of their cultures
We Indian are happy to see this...
Dude, your intros are getting more hilarious by the video!
Hi cju!! Thank you for playing.im very happy today for Kamala.. please play faith
Kamla not Kamala. Asking Chris all the time to play faith doesn't mean he will. Pestering is annoying
@@Kairii-KylieI'm assuming you're more of a viewer than me, so my mistake, apologies for being a c*nt.
This was genuinely creepy. I enjoyed it quite a bit.
Quite interesting I like to see different cultures in games and tv
i apreshiate horror games that are set in different cultures and how those cultures deal with evil spirits; i hope there are more of this type of games in the future.
I love seeing new games based on other cultures, and i love all the asian and east european ones weve been seeing, but what ive really been craving for years is an african one thats not egyptian or if its egyptian at leaat have it based in the desert and not some artifacts brought over to the west or europe
ThankU bro for playing this one, however that late.. but I really want you to play that and give your honest feedback ..❤❤
WHOS WATCHING CJU AND IS A FILIPINO SAY PRESENT UNDER MY COMMENT AND CJU U MAKE THE BEST HORROR GAMES
Yes I want more Indian horror
Another day another game from CJUGames ❤
The stress comments are pure gold 😂
Ooooh haven’t seen Indian horror before!
You got laugh so hard I almost choke on my wiskey ...... " the table going to hag itself lmao ... 🙂
i quiet like my evil spirit thanks chris lol
I said the same thing when i heard the intro lol😂😂 'id like to keep mine thanks!'
I randomly came across another youtuber who played a game called, Crawl by Sole Rift, a cave exploration game. I think you might enjoy it. Not so much for your claustrophobic fans
Like the puzzles on this one
That was a rather ambivalent ending. I wondered whether everything needed to get the/a good ending was done? Maybe there was something missed? What that might be, I dunno tho.
For example, I know ye explored the "basement" but I got this distinct feeling ye didn't check the center of the area.
Same holds for the house itself. IF I were the game dev one possibility I can think of is to have Kamla hang around an important area, possibly the area that holds the keys to the good ending. I noticed ye tended to go outta yer way to avoid her. Perhaps there's an area off to one side or corner of the house you haven't explored yet?
There's 6 ritual items and 8 positions around the fire, what of the last two places, or is that where the two statues came from?
And there's the question of WHY did ye need a safe zone created by the Ganesha Statue (the elephant-headed deity). Ye went STRAIGHT to doing the ritual. There MUST be something else ye could've done that needed a safe zone. I wonder what that was?
finally you started calling bluffs.
If you play nighmare mode, Chris, I would be nice to see some highlights from that perspective. (Shorts vid)
Love u Chris!
I like this one. 🥰🥰
Hey I am an Indian and I love you videos❤
Who else wants Chris to play The Classrooms? I’m shook he hasn’t played it yet 😞
try playing horror noodles! it’s similar to egg fried rice! ❤
when you expect a 616 game, something different can only be better. so average seems good.
Yay!
Lettsss ggooo!!!!
Finally a game about the origins of Kamala Harris 😂
Have you been skiing, Chris?
Remove an evil spirit from my body!?! *smashes that link*
Nice game
this was kinda cool i tried to watch hayden play it he was making too many jokes
The chase music feels out of place, and a little familiar.
I've got pancakes and I'm ready~☆
My first thought was, Why is the exorcist so close to the ground 😅. Is he crouch walking 😂 or maybe army crawling 🤣
The story for this was thrown at you in thr start so quickly it was as if someone just wanted to make a horror game, strong story and developments? Nope. Just a horror game
If your house is falling apart, just get yourself haunted! A horror protagonist will come, fix the pump, put out the fire, find all the fuses, refuel the generator, find the key, solve your puzzles, pay your bills, find and organize all your scattered notes, do your taxes, restore your altar, wash your dishes, and maybe even exorcise the demons if you are lucky (or exercise if you are not)
😂😂Facts.
Literally
The idiot doesn’t even bring his own tools though. I bet he threw in some hidden fees for all those extra services
