@@GlenGillen nice! I try to log my food on MyFitnessPal but find it hard to log when your out having a pub meal etc. even at a chain restaurant. Even if they provide the calories. Anyway thankyou mate for responding it’s much appreciated
Why so many carbs? I would be in a sugar coma if I even attempted eat that many carbs. I do eat that many calories a day but its mostly protein and fat.

they actually have their meals you can dial in and track, i would just add an extra 60-80g carb because it doubled in each meal
