After buying the property how do you keep it safe from being vandalized? Or how do you keep the building material from being stolen?
After buying the property, you hit the ground running and do what you want to do with it or get somebody to temporarily live in it to guard it against criminal activities. In our case, we got somebody to live in it while construction is still underway. The live in person is part of the construction team.
