If you build this things you should be able to say how much they cost to build, as well as duration.. You only addressed the varying durations not the varying total costs.. Your video was good and pretty helpful, but you didn't answer it's own title question

Sir, I don’t mean to bring any negative energy, but I watched this with an interest in understanding more about the actual costs, as suggested by the title. However, I feel like my questions weren’t fully answered. It seems the title might have been more accurately phrased as, 'What It Cost Me to Build Rentals.' If possible, could you provide a version that explains how much it might have cost without the privileges you had... how much would you have paid if you hadn’t received discounts from your brother or the staff discount at the hardware store? That would be very helpful.
If I may ask, how much did the land cost coz it came to my attention that land is not bought to be called for in budget mentioned . Yes I know land differ but It would be nice if you bought it to topic because some people are getting land over priced.

4k Is much affordable for such apartment, I pay like 3k for a bachelor in Spruitview that I can't even fit a couch or sofa nyana nje. Which is madness nje. Thank you brother for sharing this 🙏🏽

My parents are into township rental properties they have 16(R1.5k p/m) bachelor rooms fully rented around isando and Kempton Park because it is a industrial area and people want to live next to work. I've already started building 2 bachelor rooms we are looking to build even more because the demand is very high this side so we are looking to increase the supply chain.
