My parents are into township rental properties they have 16(R1.5k p/m) bachelor rooms fully rented around isando and Kempton Park because it is a industrial area and people want to live next to work. I've already started building 2 bachelor rooms we are looking to build even more because the demand is very high this side so we are looking to increase the supply chain.

Do you have to follow construction standards, or do you just have to trust your construction company? I ask because I see this as the future market for black communities, and somehow I know our government may start regulating these. Also, do you have to pay tax if you own, let's say, a few blocks of rooms within your yard?
