at 23:20 was there a possibility to retreat Bax and attack with Kingdra ex for the win ? I answered myself - Wellspring Ogerpon attack Sob doesn't let you retreat and he was out of switch cards.
Question, why in pokemon tcg live does Kingdra ex's first move not allow me to put a Pallafin ex or Garchop ex from the discard pile onto my bench! It does not specifically say a basic poekom it says 'ANY WATER POKEMON'
Palafin ex has an ability that is always active that says it can only be put into play with Zero to Hero. You would need an effect like Garbotoxin Garbodor or Hex Maniac that shuts off abilities in the discard for you to be able to put it into play with that.

1) He wanted to attack with Greninja. He only had 1 energy in the discard, so he retreated to put another energy so that he could potentially recover it with a Superior E. Retrieval, but he ended up missing what he needed 2) He didn’t have enough energy to KO Dragapult, so he conserved some energy for his next turn

There is a 1 prize Poliwrath that can do 240 to take out a raging bolt- it was in twilight masquerade
Instead of a one prizer, there is legacy energy. This also allows you to play an iron hands.

Palfin ex will not go because of its ability. I thought the Garchomp would work though. 🤔
