I give you all a quick look at the 1924 86ft Thames sailing barge Repertor where i am currently doing some maintenance work.

So you have a set of really big doors and in one of them you have made a set of pretty big doors. In one of those you have made a normal door, so the only thing missing now is a cat flap in that to round off this doorception.

Another Awesome Video Finn!! Glad the barn survived that bit of a blow, obviously well built. Been having some high winds down-under as well. Some poor bugger in Sydney was killed by a flying gas bottle of all things. Lesson: never detach the bottle from your barbie, except for filling of course. Greetings to you and yours from a hot and humid Queensland.
The Barn is great! Wish to build one for my projects too. Only Building Code is way too restrictive in Germay and there are to many naysayers arround...
Hey, I really like the artwork !! Just so happens that I've been a Blacksmith for over 20 years, including for the National Park Service, so I can appreciate the metal work. Looks like you did a good job on the barn, it held up to the storm!!

👍👌👏 Great video again, Sir! What a wonderful barge. Really nice door skin too. Please kindly allow me a suggestion: In my opinion you should cover it with clear coat urgently. Otherwise all those unique/different metal looks will be 1 rusty colour soon.

Finn you're brilliant but wear safety goggles. If a grinding/cutting wheel shattered it would end your lifestyle as you know it and stop you seeing all the beauty in the world. It doesn't take any imagination to think what shards of a wheel spinning into your eyes from 18000 revs would do to them.

Hi Finn, have watched you with Leo so nice to see you extend yourself on to TH-cam as well.
My uncle bought and converted Kitty, an 80ft+ Thames Barge, into a successful restaurent in the 70's and had th epleasure of laboring at the time but more importantly enjoying Kittys Food. It used to race at the annual regatta and make a pilgramge across to Cowes week each year. a beautiful heavy weight brick of a ship but with full canvas simply stunning. Good luck with this and will be keeping an eye on your progress.
Does this mean no more trips to washington state?
Aw, that was deceptive: I got the ideer the door was going in the BOAT, not on the SHED. (Makes much more sense, and if you put those massive hinges on the man-door side, it should handle the weight "a treat".)
