Made this last night. Eating a piece right now no lie. Just follow this recipe and my god will you be happy. Mine was a little dark around the outside but honestly those parts just taste like a banana pecan cookie lol. Middle was sooo moist. Thinking of going to the store again... Out of bananas and the loaf is already half gone 😥

I made it yesterday in 2 smaller pans. When I mixed butter with the other ingredientes fot the streusel it looked moistened. The bread was fine but The streusel was crispy didn't browned.
Hi there, i make this recipe all the time and it is soooo good.. however i always find the problem of having an undercooked lower middle of the cake.. my pan size is 4x11.. could this be the reason? Or is there another reason?
Nicole da Silva i think it would be less delicious BUT STILL delicious. If you’re allergic just leave them out and enjoy ❤️ you wouldn’t be missing much
When my 4 year old granddaughter helps me bake cookies I tell her you always make a mess when you are baking. Also I have 5 ripe bananas on my kitchen counter so time to try this recipe. Thank you for sharing!
In America, butter is commonly sold in quarter-pound (113 gram) sticks. Each stick is a half cup. 1 Tablespoon = 14 grams (113 divided by 8) 1 cup = 225 grams (Two 113-gram sticks)
Is Everyday Food in the mixing bowl selling and time wasting market? Three seperate wet ingredient bowls to clean is so inefficient, but then Sarah probably doesn't clean up afterwards! Mash the bananas and add the sugar, eggs, etc...wet ingredients. Measure the dry ingredients and wisk together and then add them to the wet ingredients. Same results, but Much easier cleanup!

How do you measure butter in cups and tablespoon?

Look up flax egg or chia egg online and try that. I've made a banana bread before with that for a vegan friend and it turned out.
1 egg can be substituted with 1 tablespoon of finely ground flax seed plus 3 tablespoons of water, stirred and soaked for several minutes
