The ASUS TUF 14 gaming laptop is fantastic and I think the best 14-inch gaming laptop in 2024! BUY IT HERE! howl.link/963r4hq0j9f1e (affiliate) #bestbuypartner #affiliate
I've had this laptop for over 2 weeks and honestly I love it. I love that it's so compact and small. The 4060 has been able to handle DB Sparking Zero without issue. I love that it has another SSD slot. I don't like that the ram is not upgradeable but at least it's very fast. I wish the screen was a bit brighter. Overall I do like it and it feels it's one of the better 14 inch gaming laptops you can buy.
watching this vid on my TUF A14. Bought this today. So far so good. Just some backlit issue in the display. The battery seems to be really great. Turned off Dgpu(RTX 4050) and been scrolling in the browser. its been more than hour, only 6% has been drained so far. Amazing.
@@amankumar-ft2ck It's been great so far. Really quite. Nice display and good brightness. backlight bleeding is only noticable when I use it in a dark room. Speaker quality is decent. Cant handle too much bass tho(expected). Overall, I'm happy with the purchase. If you are looking for portability go for A14 otherwise G16 I guess. On a side note, 780m igpu performed really nice. I, once played bo6 on battery mode at my uni, got 60+ fps with some tweakings.
I think you can achieve a higher battery life on 8845HS with 73Wh. I believe the random stuttering might be due to asus's power management driver which keeps ryzen working constantly to hit peak frequencies and hard throttle. Always seen this issue on OEM model when there's a similar Intel counterpart available. Turbo boost can be disabled on battery since 8845 has higher base frequency and thermals will be under 55c. You can also enable Aggressive efficient which is similar to Intel speedshift values of 150/180 which prefers battery life over performance. 32GB/48GB should be the ideal size if you want faster davinci resolve export and effects with nvidia studio driver
This is the one i can get my hands on, will this laptop do good with very simple 4k video editing? Just normal vlogs and walking videos in Thailand, no special effects will be used. AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS-prosessor RTX 4060 32GB LPDDR5X RAM, 1TB M.2 SSD
I'm more interesting in travel vlogs and gaming content as well when I'm not traveling. Right now, I haven't created any meaningful content so to speak. I used to follow you about 3 years ago, then got busy with work. Now started following you again after iPhone 16 release. Keep up the good work man!

Glad to hear you're enjoying it
Sir how's the display and speaker quality? I want to purchase a 4060 version and am confused between the G16 and this.
Do you meant backlight bleed ? i was hoping this wouldnt be an issue

Just bought the one with the AMD 370 processor. It's perfect
Did you get the 16gb version?
I heard so many good things about this gaming laptop. I almost bought it! ❤
The tuf series has evolved from one of Asus's ugliest looking machines to one of their best, this looks so good!
yes from the poll to the video awesome
lol. Thank you
@@TechOdyssey your welcome you deserve the credit bro

Small foldable stand would lift it up a couple of inches would bring the sound out.
Correct

AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS-prosessor
RTX 4060
32GB LPDDR5X RAM,
1TB M.2 SSD
Solid. Can you increase the ram to 16gb?
What you did with your msi creator?
This one is 16gb already
Can you do a review for G14?
I tried to get one from Asus but they said they didn't have one to send me. They are sending me the G16 though!
The real question is will this be able to do 60+fps in skyrim se with 4 400 mods?
❤... Asus

You can remove stickers 😂
Would recommend getting 32 gb in 2024
10 to 12 hours is good
Everything is fantastic with this machine until you discover the ram is not upgradable.
16gb is enough for 1080p gaming. Maybe if you're using it for more than gaming, you need more ram, but from a gaming standpoint, it's enough.
can i increase the ram to 32 GB?
No. The ram is not removable. Asus does offer a 32 gb version.
In my book g14 is obviously better
Obviously? How?
apart from the cpu being much worse and the no hdmi 2.1
Get the G14 instead, it's cheaper on sale and is far superior
in 2024 i wont consider a laptop if it doesnt have oled display
Once you go OLED there is no going back
@@sebs30v yep
Ummm. No.
Asis tuff makes shit. Unfortunately, I can’t agree with you on this. That’s like bottom of the bin laptop shit.
You clearly have no ideea how this laptop is built :))
Does playing while charging impact FPS?
Also, should I buy a laptop or PC for let's say low end content creation?
Non it doesn’t impact performance. What kind of content creation and are you currently creating content?
