What a must watch video and the best I have seen ever on knowing your Pinay. Seven weeks in Manila and giving up here, and have a one way to CDO this Monday. Its on my short list for a long time and hope to find a place close, but with cooler weather. Great work!!!! Easy to see why channel is doing so well.
I am a most unusual 79 year old guy married twice and widely traveled and have lived overseas…I am seeking someone who is my intellectual equal and who I can share my cultural and community values as a retired Allied health professional where should I try to find such a person as Chrissy with her grace charm and wisdom is there a professional organisation for x teachers?
I understand why you say that Arizona Camper. For me though it is the combination of two smart hardworking people who are most definitely in love. Chrissy's gestures, her singing, and her dancing are magic. Rob's thoughtful framing of ideas and issues, plus recommendations for action are spot on. Love the chemistry between them as well.
This was one of the shortest 47 minutes videos ever. Chrissy is *clearly* a Bingo prize and not just for you but for everyone who could get to her first. Very nice replies and reasoning.
You know, Rob, I normally don’t care for videos beyond 30 minutes, however, this video seemed like it was 15 minutes long to me. Chrissy’s answers were so sincere and from the heart, which is very uncommon on TH-cam. As usual, I learned a lot. That’s what I come to TH-cam for. Keep up the good work and I thank you both for another five star video. Godspeed my friends.
I have made similar comments also. The videos have potential to be of value, but honestly, I give up on most half way through. But, each to their own. I should point out that I watch all YT videos on 1.5 speed and even then I think some drag on for no real reason.
@ReadySetGo113 You are correct Sir. "Some" videos do drag on and on, however, that assertion cannot be made for any of Flymetothephilippines videos. I find that they are well thought out and consistently provide pertinent content for those of us who are making our plans. It's hard to please all of the people, all of the time, and this is an example of that.
It always makes me smile when the province Filipina talk about the virtues over say a modern city Filipina. I’ve dated literally plethora of Filipina, in my opinion the sweet spot is the middle class professions Filipina. Middle class…uni educated(all education standards are certainly not equal in the phil’s, say a quality Manila uni is preferred) single never married no kids. I personally did not date governmental workers ..only corporate Filipina say bankers. I will premise that the quality city girl will be have higher standards hence why it’s easier for the older guys to date the province girls.
Over my lifetime having "dated" perhaps 1500 women (tried to count one time, gave up after about 20) and been in maybe 50 serious relationships, I can attest that Eric's comment is 110% spot on.
It is possible for a Filipina to not have Facebook or Instagram or whatever social media that most people seem to can't live without . Not all Filipinas are into taking selfies and posting it on a social media platform.
Having just gotten back from 3 weeks in the Phillipines, this was gold.....47 minutes well spent on digesting all that Chrissy had to express. 1st time going to Phillipines is very overwhelming, in a wonderful way... so being back home with more clarity, this information is spot on! Thanks to the pair of you, and best to your journey of love & life 🤙🏽
This information was gold, especially coming from a Filipina, and even more so coming from Chrissy. Chrissy is so sincere in her delivery, and by pausing before her answers, it is indicative of true and deep thought before answering instead of giving canned shallow responses. This is a must see video for anyone wishing to meet a Filipina. Your video was well thought out, well presented, and deeply informative. I personally liked the length of the video as it allowed for non rushed answers and an easy and relaxed delivery. Anyone who is serious about learning about a Filipina, appreciates this video. Quality takes however long it takes. You learn just as much from Chrissy’s body language and pauses as do you learn from her choice of words. I see sincerity, and as such, Chrissy is setting a high standard for other Filipinas. But if you meet someone with her characteristics, you will know you had found a gem.
I totally agree . This is one of the best channels for great information on what to expect if wanting to move and retire to the Philippines. Rob and Chrissy are Awesomely good people
Perhaps because you have expressed my thoughts in reaction to this interview, I believe you've described succinctly the success of this interview. The questions are accurate for men seeking Filipinas for a relationship hopefully leading to marriage. Rob and Chrissy, if I had your guidance back when I was a young man, my life would have been entirely different in every aspect. Now, I'm certain your interview will provide positive results for others.
I saw it quite differently than you did. For example, Chrissy, according to you, was "... sincere in her delivery, and by pausing before her answers, it is indicative of true and deep thought before answering instead of giving canned shallow responses." What I took from her pausing was that she, IMO, appeared to be speaking like she was walking on eggshells to protect the image of Filipinas and didn't want to take a 'shot' at them. Also, IMO it would be better to ask the man. For example, I found Filipina Cupid to have a very large percentage of scammers who were easy to spot. On the other hand, Christian Filipina had fewer scammers, but within three weeks, I started to see a lot as I narrowed down the best potential women. Unfortunately, well-intentioned men must deal with scammers on every dating site, regardless of country. I rarely use the word "every," but in this case, I mean every dating site I've ever been to. Finally, CF tried much harder than all the other dating sites I've used, but they charge significantly more for this service; however, I want to give them credit for their effort.
I found this video to be very informative. It is so nice to hear the perspective of a thoughtful, intelligent , almost 31 year old filipina who can articulate her thoughts. Thanks guys.
OMG - you struck GOLD with your Beautiful, Educated, Personable, Articulate wife. Taking a chance with her as a single mom was a bold move and your openness to her situation was your Win. Congratulations. I hope you have a long and happy life together. 😊🙏💕
Wow. Chrissy is such a well spoken, thoughtful, feminine and kind woman. I think your channel is about to bring a lot more Westerners to the Philippines Rob... Well done on finding her as a partner and on good luck with your channel.
00:16 🇵🇭 Western men seeking advice about bringing a 25-year-old Filipina to their home country should consider the speaker's personal advice later in the video. 01:39 📱 Filipinas, particularly those with local knowledge, can often detect fake profiles on dating sites due to their familiarity with typical Filipino appearances and behaviors. 02:34 💄 Filipinas commonly use filters in their online photos to appear more attractive, but Western men should be cautious as these filtered images may not reflect reality. 05:08 💬 While tattoos on Filipino women may indicate liberation, Western men should approach the topic with sensitivity and consider the context of the individual's background and values. 06:26 📚 Verifying a Filipina's educational background can be important for Western men seeking a highly educated partner, and requesting professional IDs or educational documents can be a helpful step in establishing trust. 07:46 🚩 Western men should be cautious if a Filipina sends risqué photos early in the conversation, as it could indicate a lack of sincerity or potential involvement with multiple individuals. 10:54 🥚 Western men should avoid putting all their focus on one Filipina when dating online, as exploring multiple options can lead to better decision-making and finding a more compatible match. 12:26 ⚠ Red flags for Western men when meeting Filipinas online include reluctance to video call, lack of time despite not having a job, and requests for financial assistance. 14:21 🕵♂ Investigating a Filipina's Facebook profile can provide valuable insights, and reluctance to share or discrepancies in information can be red flags. 17:05 📸 Western men can make their dating profiles more attractive to Filipinas by including recent photos, being honest about their preferences, and showcasing their real selves. 19:33 🛐 Understanding the importance of religion to Filipinas can help Western men in their interactions, as shared values can facilitate mutual understanding and respect. 21:18 💬 Making a good impression on Filipinas involves being thoughtful, respectful, and patient, avoiding pressuring for intimate photos too soon in the conversation. 22:10 💕 Engaging in emotionally and mentally connecting activities, like the 36 questions game, can help create a strong bond with a Filipina beyond just physical attraction. 23:37 👀 Physical appearance is considered a bonus rather than a primary factor by Filipinas, who prioritize personality, values, and moral standing in a partner. 24:10 💬 In the early stages of a relationship with a Filipina, avoid discussing intimate topics like sex, religion, and politics. 25:44 💑 Romantic gestures like writing letters during holidays or sending daily greetings can impress a Filipina and make her feel loved. 26:37 💝 Giving simple gifts in later stages of the relationship signifies trust and commitment to a Filipina, not necessarily materialism. 28:24 💍 Filipinas value faithfulness, support, understanding, and romance in a man. 29:15 🏠 Family is crucial for Filipinas, and they expect a man to be attentive, supportive, and accepting of their family. 30:08 💰 While some Filipinas may expect financial support from foreign partners, it depends on individual circumstances and pressures from the environment. 32:17 🤝 Building trust and confidence in a long-distance relationship requires clear communication, consistency, and mutual support. 33:54 ⌛ Filipinas may not necessarily two-time in a relationship, but it depends on the strength of the connection and individual circumstances. 36:11 📱 Common dating apps for meeting Filipinas include Filipino Cupid and Christian Filipina, but caution is advised due to scammers and fake profiles. 38:51 💬 Filipinas respond differently based on the approach of the Western man, with longer messages often leading to more engagement. 40:31 🚩 Excuses or sudden departures during conversations could be red flags indicating lack of interest from the Filipina. 41:11 ❤ Signs of genuine romantic interest from a Filipina include consistency in communication, sharing personal stories, and introducing the man to family members. 43:29 🌍 Dating a Western man has exposed the speaker to Western culture and lifestyle while still living in the Philippines, providing a blend of both worlds. 45:31 🛑 Exercise caution when considering relocating a Filipina to the man's home country, and build a strong relationship foundation before making such a move. 46:29 🏡 Testing the strength of the relationship by bringing the Filipina to the man's country temporarily can help assess her adaptability and commitment before permanent relocation.
Ensure your potential pinay partner is not married by requesting a CENOMAR. A person may say they’re separated from spouse but you can still be arrested because of Adultery laws in Philippines. There is no divorce in Philippines only annulment which is very hard to get. Protect yourself guys.
I spoke with a Filipina who stated her husband got their marriage annulled so he could marry another woman, which he did. However, she appeared to be making a case that she'd need a separate annulment if we were to get married. This makes zero sense to me, so I'm hoping someone will be able to confirm the correct answer?
Chrissy is an amazing woman. She's obviously very smart, well-spoken, and her English is very good. You're lucky. Great to hear a Filipina's take on all these subjects. You're alright yourself, brother!
Smart as a whip! Fresh views and clearer put. Stop putting Chrissy up there's gonna be a flood of guys heading that way!! 😂😉 Good video guys many thanks from yet another wanna be expat.
A great video on both of your parts. Lol. A special thanks for Rob not talking so much. This is one of the best tutorials for anyone thinking about a relationship with a Filipina. Thanks!
Trust is something that is earned. Boots on ground is best. Nothing like seeing their eyes with your eyes in the flesh. Actions speak louder than words. When the gut bell goes off, pay attention! Ironclad prenuptial agreements are imperative. Good video. As others have mentioned, it is long, but worth it.
I have listened to a divorce attorney discuss prenuptial agreements. He stated that it's essential to get a separate lawyer for each party instead of one lawyer for both since he believes it's easier to convince a judge that it's unfair when one lawyer helps both parties.
@@FlyMeToThePhilippines YOU ARE BOTH VERY WELCOME SIR, I THINK YOU ARE BOTH GREAT VLOGERS AND YOU BOTH TALK VERY NICE, AND interpret ur videos so we can all understand, and explain things very well, many thanks sir.
Rob, you may be the luckiest man in the Phils. Chrissy is a classy, beautiful, intelligent woman and it's refreshing to see an interview with someone who gives such thoughtful, sincere, and unrehearsed answers. The topics are so relevant and important to those of us coming soon to the Phils. Oh...and she plays golf too! And...btw, Rob..Chrissy is also a lucky woman. You two make a great couple. Great vid as always!
I have made less than 5 comments ever but I wanted to say I really appreciate the time and true effort you make here to give good honest advice. I can see you take the time to understand the issue you are discussing before you answer and give thoughtful responses. I hope you are proud of what you have done here, you are giving great advice that is honest and from a true indigenous (local) person. Thank you so much.
Rob & Chrissy - love the channel. I like the chemistry you both have and the great topics you talk in detail about. Chrissy is a real catch too Rob - lucky man!
I think you're lucky to have found Chrissy and 2 1/2 months later be living together. Chrissy is quite the special lady. That's contrary to all the stories I've heard. They advise at least six months before cohabitating. I'm going to visit for 3 months next year before I make the move, and now, after hearing your story, I'm not sure how to proceed. Enjoyed you both and look forward to viewing your future videos. 😄🌹❤️
Hey brother, happy Sunday from Florida to you and Chrissy. Within the next couple months, I do intend on planning a trip there. I might need a few pointers from you. Thank you for the content Rob ✌🏽
Really well done and great advice. One thing i would recommend is to make sure to use the security measures on Facebook. I was very naive and learned the hard way. Block access to your contacts/Facebook friends at a minimum. Thanks again Rob and to your lovely filipina Chrissy for so many critical insights towards having a positive relationship and starting off on the right foot.
This is a great piece. Chrissy's answers are spot on and well expressed. Too bad the comments start off with a knock about length. There IS a pause button, Bookmarks, Playlists, Watch History, etc. Long form content has a place (besides you can slice it later). Great work from both of you.
What a thorough and thoughtful review of what Western men should watch out for if they are serious about finding a life companion in the Philippines rather than just getting inside of her. Great questions and clear responses from Chrissy. Great info on the traits to look for and also how to discern what is real versus amped up, or outright lies. I have been married to a lovely Filipina for 8 1/2 years now. We met online on Filipino Cupid and I went to meet her a month later after a business trip to Malaysia. We became engaged within days of my arrival after having spent hours chatting every day for the previous month. I filed for the K-1 visa shortly thereafter and she moved to join me in California in early November.
A bit more info on my experiences. I set the Filipino Cupid filters to require at least a bachelor's degree. Education is important to me and I wanted to find someone who it was also important. My profile was long and detailed and I looked for ladies who had more than they "Want to get married and have children and take care of a husband" on their profiles. I went through probably close to 1,000 profiles over months and was contacted by at least 200 more Filipinas during that time. I chatted with at least 40 Filipinas during this time and spent a chunk of time online with 5-7. I first dated a younger woman who was only 26 (I was 55 at the time) and flew to the Philippines to meet her. It felt great, but when we got more serious discussing things she decided that getting engaged wasn't in the cards as she already had a Nanny visa in hand for Canada and was just waiting for the paperwork to come through. It's a good thing it didn't progress as reflecting back I don't know how it would have been long term. Then I dated another woman for over a month and had a trip planned to the Philippines, but she was totally fixated on us going to Boracay while I was there and I was more interested in getting to know her. It also became obvious that she was estranged from her family which made me uncomfortable. Go with your instincts and use your brain not the middle of your body to guide you as there are scammers, and there is outright fraud with some Filipinas, but there are others just desperate for a new life and chemistry doesn't matter to them. "I love you" can fall off the tongue way too quickly sometimes. I broke that second relationship off and a month later found the lady who would become my wife online. While we became engaged quickly it came after a month of very deep calls lasting hours almost every day. Finding the right one means avoiding the ones who will expect you to support their whole family. My wife never did that. We supported he mom when she was dying from cancer two years later and we do provide a small amount of money every month for her dad who had retired before we met, but that's it. My sweetie blended in well here in California, undoubtedly helped by living in a city with more than 25,000 folks who are Filipino, so there are a couple of markets and of course a Jollibee in town. We have been able to get back to visit her wonderful family on average once a year. We fall asleep at night holding hands. I am a very lucky man to have found my darling.
You’re approaching mine sound very similar similar experiences. Also, I’m so happy that you can provide a data point of success. My viewers and myself should be encouraged.
@@FlyMeToThePhilippines you and Chrissy are both lucky to have found each other. My ex was a good person, but my darling Mylene is so much more the person I needed to be alongside and I think she would say the same. Is life perfect, hell no. I have learned that Filipinas can have a hot temper. But we work with each other's shortcomings, and I think we make each other a better person. Plus we have fun along the way. We may head back to the Philippines to live one day. Mylene is close to her family and we miss them. I do miss the daily massages we enjoyed in the Philippines, but for now, my new job and our sweet 140-pound Newfoundland who has a double fur coat mean that it won't be for a while. Thanks again to both of you for putting out the most intelligent and thoughtful videos out there for foreigners considering a relationship with someone in the Philippines to live there or in their home country.
Generally speaking, this is an excellently prepared and created video. Rob, your questions are deep for relationships, especially for the beginning stages of introduction possibly leading to the completion of preferred matrimony for the remaining years of life. Chrissy, your answers were contemplated and therefore considered sincere. So, this is perhaps the very best video available on YT as a guideline for Westerners (mostly) describing preferred and sincere attitudes of men aspiring to find a rewarding "couple" life with a Filipina. Now then, as I watched you, Chrissy, struggle to be as accurate with descriptive words and sentences reflecting both your own values as well as what other Filipinas might be thinking AND FEELING (two important and different concepts), I realized that your basic values are the same as what Western women (and girls) USED to have when I was a young man, but today there seem to be very few women left here in the USA that still have those values you expressed as I might find in most Filipinas. Of course, there will always be exceptions. I praise you, Chrissy, for your honorable values and your courage to stand by your core beliefs. You are an example of the kind of person I had always searched for here in the USA, alas, for some reason was never able to find. After a marriage lasting 10 years, my wife surprised me when told me that she did not love me, that she never did love me, and that she wanted a divorce. A divorce followed in about 2 years, despite my continued efforts to thwart her intent. Decades later, I am finally able to put all the pieces together to understand what happened (or didn't happen), I know what to avoid and how to protect myself from future disastrous mistakes again. Unfortunately, time is my enemy and I am now too old even for a willing Filipina. However, I might just be the ticket for a fortune hunter from any country since I won't live much longer with no one to leave my modest fortune to. As the French author Camus said, "Life is absurd."
Xavier- You might be surprised about finding someone even if quite old and ill. My darling was in her late 30s already and there are many wonderful Filipinas in their 30s, 50s, and 60s who could be a wonderful companion and positive life force. There is a sweetness to almost all Filipinos, both women and men that is special. Similar to the Balinese as well IMHO. Only go down this path if you have figured out what you want and this path makes sense.
Down here in the Philippines, you might,...just might, be wonderfully surprised that a Filipina will still appreciate you and be with you despite your age. You can even let her sign a prenup if you doubt her intentions. I suggest you look for her at the Catholic church or the schools (grade school, high school, or the higher education teachers)...
@@romeodeguzman9041 I would advise against dating any girl under twelve years old (just kidding). I assume you mean the teachers. My first experience though with a Filipina was in San Francisco when a good friend from work had started seeing a girl from one of the provinces when she was fifteen years old (he was in his 50s). For three years he would visit her and her family (the mom fully supported the relationship), then brought her to the USA to marry when she was 18. He was a good guy and the very young lady was certainly sweet and pretty, but my reaction was “Yuck”! There is young and then there is too young. Try and find someone with whom you can have conversations with about anything and everything and someone you can grow with. My friend and his lady did have a baby girl a year or so after marriage, but then eventually got divorced. No moral to my story, but think out ten to twenty years into the future, what will it be like then, and do try not to get arrested!
Chrissy mentioned in passing "Monthsaversary." Guys, this is a real thing in the Philippines. Early in the relationship, marking the day you two met monthly is important to many Filipinas.
Great and informative video, Not really interested in Filipinas, but this Lady is smart, and her personality is very attractive, it changes my perception of Filipinas.
Nice to see both sides off the story, think Rob is not so into addaption but at least he is honest about it, not like vloggers that say they look fore a simple life and then only show fancy hotels and expencive places, keep up the honest and good work👍
Hello, Nice video. This video is one of the best I've seen of a Filipina responding to an interview. The questions and answers are very interesting. Thank you to do it.
You did well, Rob! Chrissy looks like AI. In all seriousness there are a few beauties with pure hearts. So congrats! And, there are still a few of us that are honest, serious and moral. We’re not all looking for a party! Bible says don’t be unequally yoked.
I met my Filipina friend on Filipina Cupid in April 2023. We have maintained our relationship through regular video chats and texts, usually twice daily. My Filipina is an OSW in Hong Kong to support her family. She has three kids: two in college and one still in high school. At 62, I worry about the time it will take for me to visit her. However, I do my best to show my support by sending her money when and if she needs it. I have met her whole family through Facebook. Her significant other passed in 2015.
Great informative video, guys. Rob, you have found someone very special. I don't know if you are married yet or have any plans, but if you take this step, you will want to bring Chrissy back to the US for a total of 3 years or more (doesn't have to be continuous) so she will be eligible for your Social Security survival benefits when you're gone. This would be about what you yourself are getting now plus cola adjustments. Check into the details and fine print at SSA.
Thank you for all the informations. I greatly appreciate it. The videos are done very professionally. I’m visiting CDO. Hopefully I bump into yall. You have a lot to do with why I’m coming there.
Hi Rob & Chrissy, 😎😉👍🏼👋🏼, Wow, another one, knocked out of the park, and into the parking lot, 😎😉👍🏼👏🏼⚾️!!! Rob, you really ask great questions. Asking Chrissy what to do if a Filipina is in an LDR (long distance relationship), and she meets a potential great man in the Philippines, is a million dollar great question, 😉😎👍🏼!!! And OMG Chrissy, you’re so incredibly awesome, ☺️👍🏼👏🏼!!! You’re intelligent, very well spoken, and what I especially love about you, is that when Rob asks’s his million dollar questions, you don’t just say the first thing, that comes to your mind. You pause, process, & evaluate, before answering. You truly are, “ The E. F. HUTTON”, and queen of what we consider, a good, Godly, traditional Filipina woman. When you speak, we’re all listening, 🙏🏼😌❤️. And Rob, Rob, Rob, when you ask your million dollar questions, you allow Miss HUTTON, lol, to express herself, and finish her thoughts, “before” moving on, to the next question. You guys are truly, the “JOHNNY CARSON, and ED McMAHON, the ❤️Hari, and Reyna❤️, of vloggers, 😎😉🙏🏼👏🏼❤️.
You’re truly blessed brother; your wife is very pretty and pleasant. The Philippines & SE Asia in general is one of the few places left for Western Men to meet & eventually marry an attractive conservative or traditional Lady.
another great vid Rob. my experience talking to Filipinas is pretty much in line with everything Chrissy said. i video call Filipinas in whatsap when im at the gym, grocery store, Chinese carry-out place, meeting my sons for dinner, everywhere. Filipinas are so jealous, they think you are cheating on them when they cant see what you are doing. its kind of ridiculous really. why is that? do Filipino men cheat on them all over the place. im not sure i can handle a woman monitoring my every activity all the time, even if she is 25 years old and gorgeous😂 i like my space. i have been single for the past 15 years🤷♂️
Hello, fantastic video, I would love to get to know a woman like you. You are a very lucky man, this video reveals an important amount of characteristics of personal value in her. I wish you a long life together, building the love of a couple.
Myself im not getting on a dating site i much rather be there in person having the ladies screened in cebu i feel that in person is better and feel much more comfortable doing so should be the same for them its a overwhelming circumstance for both i want to know everything about them as well they should know everything about you
Hi Rob & Chrissy, See, this is “EXACTLY”, what I’m talking about, 😉😎👍🏼!!! When Chrissy shared that, some Filipina women are tattooed. They’re announcing to the world, they’re “liberated.” It might not be that big of a deal in the west. But in the Philippines, it more likely than not, should be consider a huge red flag, as disrespect towards their parents. What I love about Chrissy’s common, is that it is an opinion shared by many, many, many 👍🏼Filipina bloggers 👍🏼.” Please let me say it again, Chrissy is a wise, an intelligent woman, who tells it like it is. This is why I, and every other American subscriber, should consider Chrissy, the 😉EF HUTTON😉, when she speaks about the Filipino culture, and what men should consider, before dating a Filipino. Rob, it’s not just about her, it’s also about you. You are a great, down to earth, and intelligent man, because you know how to perform a great interview, in the questions and comments you contribute when talking with Chrissy, in your blocks. Once again, you are the Johnny Carson, and Ed McMahon, of bloggers. Rob, you are an intelligent and resourceful man. Please find Johnny Carson, examples of TH-cam, and EF and commercials, so that Chrissy can truly appreciate, the compliment. I’m trying to give the both of you. as always, keep up the great work guys, and God bless, 😉👍🏼😎❤️…
@@FlyMeToThePhilippines Really!!! Thx Rob, I wanted Chrissy to really appreciate the big compliment I’ve given you guys, when I call you the Johnny Carson, and Ed McMahon of all the bloggers 😉😎🙏🏼❤️!!!
It gave me some veluble info. thanks You two. I have thought of this lifestile for the last 10 years, and You two made me thought of it in another way. So where do we come if we need your assistance in doing it right the first time around ?
@@FlyMeToThePhilippines That's why you provide FB with an additional email and cell phone number if you wish, so you can recover your account. I've changed my password countless times over the years without knowing the current/lost one.
Thank you for doing this :) the one thing I can say to you is I just am not a fan of tattoos on women. I can handle them on the arms or legs but not on the main body at all in fact that's a deal-breaker for me.
Crissy, Rob....I just got back from Davao. I met her online, she is an online teacher. We lived together 8 months but her Narcissistic qualities forced me to leave, after I took her to a Psychologist and a Psychiatrist; both told me to leave. I am back in USA but would love to meet a mature, nice looking, with some education (I am a retired College Professor) Filipina so I can retire (again) in that beautiful country.
I really, REALLY don't have a facebook, never had, never wanted it, it goes for all social media> I see the effect on individuals, families and society - it's enough reason!
I put my Facebook profile on and in 1 hours I got 80 replied from Filipino girls it took me along time to sort out the good from the bad and I was only left with 2 sort I was message them both before I took pick the 1 I like the most
This video should show men that are looking for a serious woman its possible. Chrissy is nice, educated intelligent and shows theres definitely more than bar girls in those countries
Rob, when it came to money I think you mentioned giving money for small items like load. How quickly and how much did you send. It was at 2 weeks that Chrissy shared verification ID correct? I know all the Vloggers do the Red Flag vids, but this one was really insightful. Thanks to you both. Peace and Love, B Goat
I think a good potential business idea for the Philippines would be to print t-shirts for foreigners with the text "I am not your ATM, but we can be friends or partners anyway"!! I think it would sell very well. I think it is time for the Philippines and the Filipinas to grow up a little bit and be less backward in terms of religion, relationships, equlity, individual freedoms and the fact that the world has moved on a bit as well. This doesnt mean that one cannot have and follow good values. People e.g. who are not believing in some "God" or the like have great values as well. One doesnt have to be religious to be a good person. Great video I must say!
Following the teachings of the bible is 'backwards' to you?? Many Filipinas would want a partner with the same religious beliefs si that the children willnot be divided on what to follow or believe. For example, we put great value to the Christmas tradition and the whole family go all in in celebrating it together. So a partner with a different belief could potentially diminish this very imporrant tradition for a Filipina.. mind you, many of us look forward and make plans for Christmas and the new year in as early as August...
@@romeodeguzman9041 tradition we all have and they are nice as such but I would say anyone in their true sense know that the bible has been a tool put together throughout history by different men with their own reasons to do so and then used by the churches, especially the Chatolic church to suppres people and to justify wars and many other crimes. There is no scientific proof that there is a "God" (and there isnt) that why religion is called a "belief" and it should only be allowed as an individual thing not a societal and it should for sure be forbidden to push that down and manipulate as well as indoctrinate children. That is child abuse. Only when they are 18 it should be allowed. That doesnt mean one cant teach good values.
Great content Rob and Crissy !! I like the way you questioned Crissy with the things I want to know before coming there. I know I’ll probably still make mistakes but hopefully I won’t make as many mistakes because I’m learning from your videos. I like Chrissy’s candid answers and your questions were also questions I’ve wondered about. Thanks again to both of you for your informative content. Rob…I do have questions about banking there. How easy or difficult is it to get funds from the bank quickly? In the states I use a debit card and getting cash is easy but I’ve heard that in the Philippines cash is king and bank cards aren’t popular there. I don’t want to carry cash so I’m curious what is your opinion on this topic? I’ve heard that it takes about 30 days for a check to be deposited in bank accounts. Is that right ? Have you made a video on this topic already or do you want to discuss this topic ? Thanks again for the information both of you do to inform those of us coming there.

And NEVER give money to anyone. Especially in public. You become a target. It's the same as getting robbed. Beggar child asks for money. Then all of a sudden one or two beggars turns into 15 to 20 plus groping beggars. On the flip side, if You draw too much attention, You end up getting robbed. Either way, You're left with nothing. If any of You have ever been robbed, You know exactly what I AM talking about.
Rob any chance you can do a video about golf courses in the Phillipeans and where would be a good place to come and spend some time while being able to play golf.
Asking Filipina to show their diploma or transcript of records to prove that they are a university graduate will not all the time work. Because, you know what? We have what we call here in Philippines "Recto University". Where you can buy all sorts of things, like : transcript of records, diploma, university ID, driver's license, etc. Maybe some graduation pictures? If hey will not edit it. 😁
Requesting a cenomar is all good. But most of us, more than we want to admit, had no idea what a cenomar is prior to connecting on line with a filipina. Once the truth comes out it way too late to correct any thing. U either have to accept her mairrage status an try to move forward on very limitted options or walk away empty handed. Either way the man loses. Not exactly what leaving the USA dating scene was supposed to be ???
Thanks for watching our videos Tom and For engaging in a comment. I asked Chrissy her answer… Make sure that you’ve experienced a struggle as a couple and are able to overcome and the relationship prospers and often it’s can be too late if you found the right woman and you wait too long.
I have just watched your video and it was very interesting I am speaking to a Philippine lady for a month who I met on Christian Filipina site. So far it seems to be going well there are a couple of things that might have a red flag but may not be, it is very hard to understand if she's telling the truth or but you have to take it as the truth and then filter it yourself and see what conclusion you come up with. She hasn't asked for money or anything like that yet. She has not got a Facebook site she says she doesn't do social media much. I am hoping it's all true. 😊
Unfortunately it hasn't gone well. She started telling me her mum was in hospital and could I help with the treatment. That was a couple more things that was given me in red flags as well. Now she has told me I'm not a nice person. It's very difficult when you're just looking for somebody to love and look after and this happens. You just get hurt going in again.
I understand there's no changing the attitude, but what brings on this dislike of those who don't believe in a god? I've seen so many videos where the foreigner could practice a complete opposite religion - but that's ok. Most 'atheists', agnostics, and humanists do believe in things, like reason, logic, and humanity - they just don't necessarily attribute it to a higher power. Even Buddhists don't believe in an all powerful god but so many interviews say that's absolutely fine. Is it just a lack of exposure? Is it because they think they're bad people?
Slatenhaus- I am an atheist and my Filipina wife is a devout Catholic. It's about having respect for each other's faith. Some Filipinas won't be with an atheist, others will want to know more before deciding. Catholicism and Christianity are both quite strong in the Philippines.
Tell me, I'm Wiccan which is when Roman Catholic's take pagan religion and changed the names of the events. In America Wiccans seems to be when disillusioned Catholics and atheist get together and work it out. A Wiccan would be very interested in talking to an indigenous "witch doctor" because they have traditional understanding. And I have no understanding of how that will play out in the Phillippses. Can you tell me?
Honestly to me, a lady under 30-35 is FAR TOO YOUNG for a +60 yo guy. Even now, I have a filter that has minimujm age of 35yo. Is "funny" when a lady under 35 will send me message. All I can say is "Hi, you are so attractive but you are WAY TOO YOUNG. best of luck in your search"
I live in Bohol. I know a few beautiful Flipinas here. We are Pentecostal. Which means women never cut their hair, never wear pants only dresses or makeup or jewelry .Think the kindness of Flipina's x 10. Chrissy is rapidly becoming the main attraction. That said, you work together very well. Great channel!
Thanks Arizona for taking the time to comment and sharing your thoughts
I understand why you say that Arizona Camper. For me though it is the combination of two smart hardworking people who are most definitely in love. Chrissy's gestures, her singing, and her dancing are magic. Rob's thoughtful framing of ideas and issues, plus recommendations for action are spot on. Love the chemistry between them as well.
Obviously he knows she is an asset to the channel.
This was one of the shortest 47 minutes videos ever. Chrissy is *clearly* a Bingo prize and not just for you but for everyone who could get to her first. Very nice replies and reasoning.
Wow, thank you!
Godspeed to you also Robert I always appreciate your commenting and watching our videos and your continued support
You may have a point Eric
@@FlyMeToThePhilippines But for sure you have a lovely Filipina so it works all the power to you guys 🙏🙏

Thank You ShiroiTora. This is high praise and so well written.
Thanks Xavier
"Put a ring on it"!!! 😂😂😂 That was a funny answer. This was a long vid for me, but a very good one.

Awesome comment
Ensure your potential pinay partner is not married by requesting a CENOMAR. A person may say they’re separated from spouse but you can still be arrested because of Adultery laws in Philippines. There is no divorce in Philippines only annulment which is very hard to get. Protect yourself guys.
Thanks two-moonz for watching and sharing your comment
I spoke with a Filipina who stated her husband got their marriage annulled so he could marry another woman, which he did. However, she appeared to be making a case that she'd need a separate annulment if we were to get married. This makes zero sense to me, so I'm hoping someone will be able to confirm the correct answer?
@@davebarry4647true. One cannot be in a covenant by themselves.
Just put of curiosity, what is the penalty for having sex with a married woman? Is this a lengthy prison sentence?
@@davebarry4647 if the husband had an annulment that means she is already annuled

A great video on both of your parts. Lol. A special thanks for Rob not talking so much. This is one of the best tutorials for anyone thinking about a relationship with a Filipina. Thanks!
It wasn’t easy
Trust is something that is earned. Boots on ground is best. Nothing like seeing their eyes with your eyes in the flesh. Actions speak louder than words. When the gut bell goes off, pay attention! Ironclad prenuptial agreements are imperative. Good video. As others have mentioned, it is long, but worth it.
Thanks for watching and for providing the positive feedback I enjoyed reading your thoughts
I have listened to a divorce attorney discuss prenuptial agreements. He stated that it's essential to get a separate lawyer for each party instead of one lawyer for both since he believes it's easier to convince a judge that it's unfair when one lawyer helps both parties.

I just found your channel and the information being shared is INCREDIBLE
Welcome aboard Kieth
@@Learning.Naturally By your intelligent guidance, fate has been kind to you, Paul.

Rob hope you really appreciate Chrissy - Best regards from Denmark 😁
You know I do Bent. Hope you’re doing well in Denmark.
Yes, Chrissy is a human gem, a diamond.
Wow Xavier - an amazing comment - thank you for sharing
@@FlyMeToThePhilippines Thank you for Replying.
Thanks for watching and commenting

You did well, Rob! Chrissy looks like AI. In all seriousness there are a few beauties with pure hearts. So congrats! And, there are still a few of us that are honest, serious and moral. We’re not all looking for a party! Bible says don’t be unequally yoked.
Thanks Jeff for the feedback and for sharing your thoughts
I met my Filipina friend on Filipina Cupid in April 2023. We have maintained our relationship through regular video chats and texts, usually twice daily.
My Filipina is an OSW in Hong Kong to support her family. She has three kids: two in college and one still in high school.
At 62, I worry about the time it will take for me to visit her. However, I do my best to show my support by sending her money when and if she needs it. I have met her whole family through Facebook. Her significant other passed in 2015.
I wish you guys the best
You sound like me; same reasons, same problems with life in the U.S. Thanks for the rundown.
Paul My pleasure!
Good answer 🌷❤️👍🙏🙏🙏
Thanks Leslie

Great informative video, guys. Rob, you have found someone very special. I don't know if you are married yet or have any plans, but if you take this step, you will want to bring Chrissy back to the US for a total of 3 years or more (doesn't have to be continuous) so she will be eligible for your Social Security survival benefits when you're gone. This would be about what you yourself are getting now plus cola adjustments. Check into the details and fine print at SSA.
I am trying to get a definitive answer. I was told if we marry in ph after 9 months wife eligible for 50% survivor benefits no time in usa. ?
Lots of really good advice on your videos, in an enjoyable and interesting format. Thanks for sharing, I’m sure your channel will continue to grow.
I appreciate that! Traveling Man
Thank you for all the informations. I greatly appreciate it. The videos are done very professionally. I’m visiting CDO. Hopefully I bump into yall. You have a lot to do with why I’m coming there.
Leonard thanks for the feedback. Look forward to meeting. I will be at KL clubhouse Sunday April 14 midday for an Expat meetup
Thank you for the video. Great job!

Hi Rob & Chrissy, 😎😉👍🏼👋🏼,
Wow, another one, knocked out of the park, and into the parking lot, 😎😉👍🏼👏🏼⚾️!!!
You truly are,
“ The E.
Thanks, Pete we enjoy hearing from you and keep the suggestions coming
great vlog ty
Glad you enjoyed it
This Chrissy is intelligent and a real gem :-)
Thanks for watching and for the positive feedback
You’re truly blessed brother; your wife is very pretty and pleasant. The Philippines & SE Asia in general is one of the few places left for Western Men to meet & eventually marry an attractive conservative or traditional Lady.
🙏 Thank you
another great vid Rob. my experience talking to Filipinas is pretty much in line with everything Chrissy said. i video call Filipinas in whatsap when im at the gym, grocery store, Chinese carry-out place, meeting my sons for dinner, everywhere. Filipinas are so jealous, they think you are cheating on them when they cant see what you are doing. its kind of ridiculous really. why is that? do Filipino men cheat on them all over the place. im not sure i can handle a woman monitoring my every activity all the time, even if she is 25 years old and gorgeous😂 i like my space. i have been single for the past 15 years🤷♂️
Thanks for watching Glen and taking the time to comment it does take an adjustment gradually I’m getting used to it
Great video Crissy
Thanks George we appreciate your support

Hello, fantastic video, I would love to get to know a woman like you. You are a very lucky man, this video reveals an important amount of characteristics of personal value in her. I wish you a long life together, building the love of a couple.
Glad you enjoyed it
Great questions Rob 😊
Thanks
Myself im not getting on a dating site i much rather be there in person having the ladies screened in cebu i feel that in person is better and feel much more comfortable doing so should be the same for them its a overwhelming circumstance for both i want to know everything about them as well they should know everything about you
Good luck Chris
Hi Rob & Chrissy,
See, this is “EXACTLY”, what I’m talking about, 😉😎👍🏼!!!
This is why I, and every other American subscriber, should consider Chrissy, the
😉EF HUTTON😉, when she speaks about the Filipino culture, and what men should consider, before dating a Filipino.
Pete, it just so happens. I showed Chrissy Johnny Carson TH-cam this week. Thanks again for all your great commentary and support for the channel.
Good video!!! How do Filipina women feel about western men with tattoos?
Good question! RF … since you’re from another culture they’re open minded to it
It gave me some veluble info. thanks You two. I have thought of this lifestile for the last 10 years, and You two made me thought of it in another way. So where do we come if we need your assistance in doing it right the first time around ?

Thank you for doing this :) the one thing I can say to you is I just am not a fan of tattoos on women. I can handle them on the arms or legs but not on the main body at all in fact that's a deal-breaker for me.
Thanks onknight for watching the video and taking the time to share your thoughts. We really appreciate it. It helps our videos.
Patience and perseverance is what is needed. Congratulations on your initiative that you went and pursued your dream. Just don’t give up.
I really, REALLY don't have a facebook, never had, never wanted it, it goes for all social media> I see the effect on individuals, families and society - it's enough reason!
👍
I put my Facebook profile on and in 1 hours I got 80 replied from Filipino girls it took me along time to sort out the good from the bad and I was only left with 2 sort I was message them both before I took pick the 1 I like the most
Thanks for sharing Roger
Good advice I want a girl like you,
This video should show men that are looking for a serious woman its possible. Chrissy is nice, educated intelligent and shows theres definitely more than bar girls in those countries
Great comment
Rob, when it came to money I think you mentioned giving money for small items like load. How quickly and how much did you send. It was at 2 weeks that Chrissy shared verification ID correct? I know all the Vloggers do the Red Flag vids, but this one was really insightful. Thanks to you both. Peace and Love, B Goat
Chrissy never asked for load although she was using a coin machine in the province and she showed me her teacher ID probably the first week or two
I think a good potential business idea for the Philippines would be to print t-shirts for foreigners with the text "I am not your ATM, but we can be friends or partners anyway"!!
Yes, I agree
She’s a classy 10/10
🙏👍❤️
I am retired and thinking of visiting the Philippines...I have never been on a dating site, so is it easier to just come there and meet someone?

Get a Wise account before leaving and use it once, get a schwab account debit, get google voice, paypal, and get a cheap $6 Tello account plus burner phone and leave with relative so you can get codes from ssi and banks
I think you should wait to get to the philipenes before you start dating, there is just too many factors that go on while your in the states.
Thanks for watching our video Dan, and taking the time to share your comment
And NEVER give money to anyone. Especially in public. You become a target.
It's the same as getting robbed.
Beggar child asks for money. Then all of a sudden one or two beggars turns into 15 to 20 plus groping beggars.
On the flip side, if You draw too much attention, You end up getting robbed.
Either way, You're left with nothing.
If any of You have ever been robbed, You know exactly what I AM talking about.
Thanks Eric for sharing your thoughts

Asking Filipina to show their diploma or transcript of records to prove that they are a university graduate will not all the time work. Because, you know what? We have what we call here in Philippines "Recto University". Where you can buy all sorts of things, like : transcript of records, diploma, university ID, driver's license, etc. Maybe some graduation pictures? If hey will not edit it. 😁
Thanks for sharing that good information
Requesting a cenomar is all good. But most of us, more than we want to admit, had no idea what a cenomar is prior to connecting on line with a filipina. Once the truth comes out it way too late to correct any thing. U either have to accept her mairrage status an try to move forward on very limitted options or walk away empty handed. Either way the man loses. Not exactly what leaving the USA dating scene was supposed to be ???
Isaiah, thanks to you too. A lot of men are learning what a Cenomar is
No woman anywhere can fully love & be true to you if she doesn't love God first ! And that is the fact of life !
@FlyMeToThePhilippines Chrissy when should a man ask her to marry him? Is there a time thats too early? Too late?
Thanks for watching our videos Tom and For engaging in a comment. I asked Chrissy her answer… Make sure that you’ve experienced a struggle as a couple and are able to overcome and the relationship prospers and often it’s can be too late if you found the right woman and you wait too long.
@@FlyMeToThePhilippines thank Chrissy for her answer. I will keep you both updated
Good luck to you
Unfortunately it hasn't gone well. She started telling me her mum was in hospital and could I help with the treatment. That was a couple more things that was given me in red flags as well. Now she has told me I'm not a nice person. It's very difficult when you're just looking for somebody to love and look after and this happens. You just get hurt going in again.
@@edwardkrarup8816 persistence and patience is needed, start over
I'm not sure if I want to now it seems it's hard to find a genuine person in the Philippines. there is no need to do things like this to people.
You are a lucky man. This isn’t the norm
🙏❤️👍
I understand there's no changing the attitude, but what brings on this dislike of those who don't believe in a god? I've seen so many videos where the foreigner could practice a complete opposite religion - but that's ok. Most 'atheists', agnostics, and humanists do believe in things, like reason, logic, and humanity - they just don't necessarily attribute it to a higher power. Even Buddhists don't believe in an all powerful god but so many interviews say that's absolutely fine. Is it just a lack of exposure? Is it because they think they're bad people?
Not sure, I try not to be judgmental and only bring forward the realities of society
Slatenhaus- I am an atheist and my Filipina wife is a devout Catholic. It's about having respect for each other's faith. Some Filipinas won't be with an atheist, others will want to know more before deciding. Catholicism and Christianity are both quite strong in the Philippines.
I agree about the tattoos here in the US it says fun girl for good time not wife material...
gppd advose...that is my advice as well since the military and being there....trust but verify no verify is a non starter and no go.....
Thanks for watching, but I can’t add anything of value to your question
Honestly to me, a lady under 30-35 is FAR TOO YOUNG for a +60 yo guy. Even now, I have a filter that has minimujm age of 35yo. Is "funny" when a lady under 35 will send me message. All I can say is "Hi, you are so attractive but you are WAY TOO YOUNG. best of luck in your search"
