Adriene has became my quarantine yoga buddy! I literally tell her "hey" as soon as i step on the mat. I started out doing HOME yoga once a day, now i am on day 25 and i now practice with her up to 3 times a day. Ayooo.(:
i can’t believe i did this twice lol. when i see Adriene’s shortest videos come up on the calendar, I know it’s not going to be easy. it’s going to be an ab intensive practice, and I’m like breath, do your best, and have fun
For once, I feel that I could repeat a core workout even three times. This was a nice, gentle practice for one that works the core! It would be great to repeat it and get even more out of the day's practice, but I do not have time. Instead, I am grateful to have been here, and for a short and sweet practice that allowed me to connect to myself and my body.
I wanted to stop, but still wanted to continue some yoga, and then I saw the comments about people still doing it a second or third time, and they totally motivated me, so two times yay 🙌 have an amazing day, thank you everyone for being this inspiring
In the past I did not appreciate the phrase: "Inhale lots of love in, exhale lots of love out", the way I appreciate it now! As someone suffering undiagnossed cPTSD and being often missunderstood due to that. I came to store a lot of bitterness. So nowadays. Specially while angry or sad or hopeless thoughts come into my mind while practicing yoga, and wheneverI hear that phrase here, I am inmediately remembered of the fact that despite how people treat me. How bitter I might feel or how much my lack of trust issues strike. I can always communicate with love. I can always express my concerns, fears and dissapointments with love! Namaste! 🙏🌷
Reaching 13-minute practice and Adriene on all fours invites you to start the video and do it one or two more times (quote) She is great at giving us the freedom of choice, don't you agree? :)) So today I'm done for the day (quote again) and I feel AWESOME after my 1-hour morning walk and this core practice. Day 13 of Process check. Anybody following the July playlist thumbs up, please! And let's rock the day off the mat!
It's so comforting to hear Adriene say "a little goes a long way" when I feel a bit bad for not doing a longer exercise because I don't have time. Bless your soul Adriene 🥺🧡
Miss Adriene, I want to say thank you to you. I have recently been on quite the journey. Long story short, I’ve lost 40 lbs, and am trying to better my life. I work with kids, which can be both rewarding and frustrating. I have been following you (upon a recommendation from a friend at work) for about 2 weeks. I have done something with you each one of those days. Even when I haven’t felt like it, I’ve gotten down on my mat (dogs included) and done a session with you. I’ve already noticed changes in how I think, how I feel, and how my body even moves. I am so glad I found you. Your daily encouragement and kind words have made me more patient and I even find myself reminding the kiddos that we need to speak kindly to ourselves and others. I find myself repeating your words!! Thank you. So very, very much, thank you.
It has been a week in which I simply want to do shorter practices. So good timing for this, my favorite among the ab routines. Blossom day 15. 499 days in a row.
I remember last year when I did this one and was so glad it was short and marveled at the thought of enduring it multiple times. I remember wondering if I had really worked hard enough doing it only one time through and feeling later confirmation that yes indeed my muscles had worked hard and thoroughly. Today I was amazed that it was challenging but I definitely wanted a second run through. And I now believe I could even do a third if I was not out of time. Thank you Adriene. 😊
I am new to yoga. A typical over 60 man. In good shape but not as flexible as I should be. I had never done yoga until we traveled to Bali, stayed in a hotel where they have yoga three times a week. The covid virus gave me the perfect time to stay in shape while in isolation once we got back home. Adriene provides great instruction, great tips about the methodology especially for a beginner like me. Love the unabridged version where she sometimes stumbles with her words. Makes her more human as opposed to a greek goddess. Also love Benji
Blessed Beloved Beauties Spark Day-19 is intense. The shorter sessions are more challenging. It baffles me how different the experiences are when returning to a session. I did this practice for the first time 5 months ago and somehow it's more challenging today. Ironically, I did my calisthenics, weight training 💪🏾 and run 🏃🏿♀️ first whereas I did the session first the last time. Apparently, the experience is parallel to life off the mat. Five months ago I was in training for an at home job and I enjoyed it, yet when it ended I didn't miss it b/c it isn't aligned with my purpose. Today, I am pushing toward my purpose 100% and it doesn't come w/o it's challenges, yet the obstacles along the way strengthens me. This practice was challenging, however, I pushed through and I'm pushing through off the mat and excited about the outcome both with my body and purpose. Best wishes everyone! Namaste and Ase! 🦋♥️🦋
I didn't have much time this morning so this was just right! Stayed on my mat a few more minutes anyway for some positive affirmations :) I send love your way, Namaste ☀️
Doing this practice on my 20th birthday today hard to believe I’ve almost been doing your yoga practices for two years now thank you for everything you do Adriene 🥰
For the first time today I accepted Adriene's invitation to replay the video and repeat the workout twice. It made for a hard session, particularly having already been to the gym this morning, but I'm glad I did it!
Blossom Day 15! 🌸 Short but impactful practice today, I thought about repeating it but will tend to my achy lower back instead (listen to the body's cues!) I'm loving the feeling of a slightly sore belly, even off the mat- it reminds me that I'm getting stronger, more stable and healthy :)
Yey Adriene, for Day 10 of Build we return to one from my favourites core list. So kind and loving and safe for my back, senior yogis unite ! This time I repeated this sequence and second time around I refined it even more as we went to get full benefit. I used the neck hammock so I enjoyed it more without suffering with my neck. I love strengthening my core because it keeps me strong all over and sets me up for the day. See you tomorrow on the mat 💕 ..... 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏
I've been doing this practise once a day for the past months "or even more" and i can finally lift my legs and do all the moves without feeling tired❤NEVER GIVE UP

A great short practice before going out the door. I feel the pain after I do Abdominal Wall practice with Adriene. You mention you can repeat the practice again 2-3 times my heart says I don't think I am ready to do it again straight after the first practice. A little for me goes a long way, as long as I am doing a Yoga practice each day I am content. Thank you Adriene xx
Blessed Beloved Blossom 🌸 Yogis! This was a sweet practice. I am pumped and ready for meditation 🧘🏾♀️ and a run.🏃🏿♀️ Have an amazing day! Namaste & Ase! 🦋❤🦋
Again Adriene never fails to provide that one targeted yoga practice for the abdomen - I’ve been practicing this exercise 4 times a week for 2 years with excellent results - this an awesome practice that does the job - thank you Adriene xx
Good morning ,Fellow Travelers of the Mat , Thank you for your company on the start of a good day (if I have anything to say about it😀) Looking forward to joining you on the mat tomorrow🧘🏾♂️🖖🏾
Did this diddy twice, which is such an improvement from the last time I did it when once was all I could manage. One of the biggest physical changes I've noticed since doing Yoga with Adriene daily (day 134!) is the improved strength I feel in my core. And it is so much more than abs. I feel so much more stabile and strong and supported and best of all, I can feel the lift in my whole core which I think is amazing for our posture and for giving our organs more space. If you are just starting out and feeling like it'll take too long, or too much effort to see any results, keep going one day at a time! The results WILL come!
I'm on day 52 of almost daily practice, and I can attest that the core feels much more different. I can lift up my groceries easier and standing in boat is not as torturous. Way to go, Cecilia on your 134 days of yoga. I would like to look back one day and not remember on which day of yoga I am because I'd lose count by then. :)
🏋️♂️Process Day 13💪 I really really really enjoyed today’s practice this has to be one of my favorites abdominal wall/ab workouts! I will definitely be returning to this video on my own without the need of a prompt from the calendar! Sending love and light as always❤️💫 Namaste🙏
Hello YWA and Breath to Bridge family! How was your practice today? I was feeling tired at the start but felt pretty good afterwards. I only did one round despite having more time due to the start of the Lunar New Year holiday here. Hopefully, after I come back home later, I can do some more. I had some of the discomfort again in my upper left leg. Also, one of the pins from an old hernia mesh surgery kept making its presence known but otherwise this practice felt pretty good. I was surprised that my arms and shoulders had noticeably more flexibility today. Hope your day is great! For any one celebrating the Lunar New Year, I wish you much luck this year! For any Koreans in the community, Happy Seollal. Sae hae bok mani ba doo se yo! 💜🙏 Bridge day 11. Day 130 in a row with Adriene.
Hi William, I struggle a lot woth my hamstrings for the past year and Adriene's yoga help me so much. Hope your leg is feeling better too. Have a nice holiday! 🙏
@@astridlim5512 Yes, I deal with that as well some days, more often in the left leg. Today I had to laugh while I was out. My knees felt a little sore and I had some twinges in other areas. I took them as a hopeful omen that my hamstrings had improved, 😂🤪
Hi Wiliam, Practice was a little challenging today. My body is super sore from the combo of yoga and weight training with my husband. Yesterday I did an ab workout, so I was feeling that big time in my practice today. I also only did one round. It was all I felt my body could take at the moment.
Really love all these videos, particularly the short ones since sometimes one doesn't have too much free time. Appreciate all your videos, is it possible to make a short one for knee pain (recovering after an accident). Thank you

Day 13 process, I loved this abdominal core practice today, it was stimulating, energetic and brief! It's a kind of short practice can be done whenever we have short amount of time but need a vigrous practice to be awakened! ❤namaste❤
I have been practicing this for 3 times a week, and I can say after years of being ashamed of my belly now I am more comfortable with it. Not just because it is toned, but also because the balance my body has now and the awareness I have gained from this practice. Thank you Adriene! xx
So very 1st comment! today i struggled with a horrible panic attack, and i felt guilty for not being able to do my typical intense workout for the day. this yoga workout helped me so much in so many ways. i still felt the burn, but i also felt ok that i wasn’t pressured to push myself past my limits. this is amazing. thank you adriene🥺❤️
I started by forcing myself to do one yoga practice a day to help my anxiety and to increase my lung capacity. Now I can’t begin my day without doing a few different yoga sessions from Adrienne and I have much less anxiety! The difference I have seen in what my body is capable of now is so amazing...after a few weeks now I get through your videos with ease! Thank you so much!!!

I loved this! My Pilates class was rained out this morning (it's in the park) so I took the opportunity to do this one 3 times. I was shaky by the last round, but felt stronger too. Apparently I need a longer warm up and a longer cool down/stretch. Learn something new every day! Gonna hit a bedtime yoga sequence next (for that much-needed deep stretch) and then call it a night. i can’t believe i did this twice lol. when i see Adriene’s shortest videos come up on the calendar, I know it’s not going to be easy. it’s going to be an ab intensive practice, and I’m like breath, do your best, and have fun
Ok, Sara - you inspired ME to do this awesome practice twice as well! Thank you.
@@ellenp.4873 Oh my really ? You made my day, I'm so happy ! Continue to take good care of you Ellen !
You also inspired me!! Thank you! :D
Namaste 🙏🏼
I come back to your videos again and again and recommend you to everyone. You are amazing.
Wow this relaxed me and engaged my core. Thank you, I appreciate your voice helping me find mine.
combined with yesterday's runners yoga perfect 20 minutes. gratitude for this bridge after breath 🧘🏽♀️
I did this too! 💜
👌 namaste my fellow yogis 🤲🏼

yay me too!
same here. The title of this one scared me but I felt better than I feared. Namaste!
It has been a week in which I simply want to do shorter practices. So good timing for this, my favorite among the ab routines.
Blossom day 15. 499 days in a row.
Whoa, congratulations on the 500 days. This is such an inspiration! 💚

@@melaniebeswick7262 Wonderful!🤸♀️🥳
@@melaniebeswick7262 Still getting to the mat?
the only core practice that didn't hurt my neck. thank you so much
Really? That last move killed my neck. I must have done something wrong...
This was a healthy version of core practices. Thank you. Also in Sweden it's Mothers Day, so congratulations to all awesome mother and grandmothers.
Woah whee... good and different core flow yay! welcome to Nov - NOURISH! yahoo
Namaste to all practising
I didn't have much time this morning so this was just right! Stayed on my mat a few more minutes anyway for some positive affirmations :)
I send love your way, Namaste ☀️

For the first time today I accepted Adriene's invitation to replay the video and repeat the workout twice. It made for a hard session, particularly having already been to the gym this morning, but I'm glad I did it!
Blossom Day 15! 🌸
Short but impactful practice today, I thought about repeating it but will tend to my achy lower back instead (listen to the body's cues!)
I'm loving the feeling of a slightly sore belly, even off the mat- it reminds me that I'm getting stronger, more stable and healthy :)
reading the comments motivated me to do it twice in a row! thanks adriene, you are awesome! Namaste
I've been doing this practise once a day for the past months "or even more" and i can finally lift my legs and do all the moves without feeling tired❤NEVER GIVE UP
Awesome, so inspiring. My first day at this and I thought wow, everyone finds it so easy??? You've given me courage :)

I did this sequence twice today yehhheeey 😄
Thank you Adriene
See you tomorrow beautiful souls

Thank you, Adrienne! I love that phrase: "The highest in me recognizes the highest in you." I will take that with me today.
Good evening! Same here fellow traveler, c ya tomorrow! 👌🏾💓💓
Day 6 KISS yogis! This is actually one of my Adriene's favs, I keep coming back for more
🏋️♂️Process Day 13💪
I really really really enjoyed today’s practice this has to be one of my favorites abdominal wall/ab workouts!
Bridge day 11.
@@williamb7275 i peeked to tomorrow's practice and it looks good and cozy 😂 nice change for our legs!!

Thank you
Perhaps the most enjoyable of Adriene's ab routines. Have a marvelous day, or evening!

Thank you Adriene! xx

I didn’t feel like doing my yoga today. I just felt angry and sad. But I’m glad I showed up and I didn’t let my emotions get in the way of caring for myself. Thank you Adriene for this short practice, it was needed even if I didn’t feel it was in the beginning.
Blossom day 15 February ‘22! Invigorating practice. Loved it.
today i struggled with a horrible panic attack, and i felt guilty for not being able to do my typical intense workout for the day. this yoga workout helped me so much in so many ways. i still felt the burn, but i also felt ok that i wasn’t pressured to push myself past my limits. this is amazing. thank you adriene🥺❤️

I love it when Adriene says this is my favorite move, to describe a static pose. Not criticizing. From one shiny personality to another, it's so easy to love everything you say and do Adriene. Thanks for sharing your uniqueness and being transparent with your spunky quirkiness.
Sweet dreams global yogis! 🖤🖤🖤
