I love the tupperware waterproof box on the flitch panel... Great idea.
13:20 waterproofing by Sistema! G'day from Oz!
Thanks for watching sorry I messed up the start hopefully I can fix it.
@Kingmarz This is incredible work for such an old vehicle which that many kilometres. If you haven't already mentioned, how did you remove the EGR system? Could I do that on a 2005 NP model also? I just watched your other videos, looks like fun. Maybe you should do more videos, no editing just info on your mods? Thanks again mate.
Enjoyed watching
those rims are pretty sweet

very Nice and clean modification, I hope to do the same to my Pajero 2001
Thanks for watching and commenting.
You wouldn’t be disappointed with these modifications and will do acceleration video when not so busy
@@kingmarz3635 when you get time, can you list the parts you have put on your engine ?

Just put a 2bar spring in the billet wastegate last weekend and now currently running 29psi of boost.
@@kingmarz3635 thanks you bro, i will check your next video and check all the parts that you listed one by one.
Peace bro
@@MrGoupilfabrice hi where do you find silicon tubes?
Amazing!!!!😃👌
Loved your mods!.. I would like to know how did you connect the 4 bar MAP sensor? Did you use the same wires that connect to the stock MAP? greetings from Costa Rica!
Just used stock wiring which I re-pinned into new plug
Good video
Very nice 👍
MORE VIDEOS MAN ..PLEASE....🙂🙂
Will try in next couple of weeks maybe an update or some turbo flutter noises or skids?
@@kingmarz3635 I have 2 ..3.2 did M.41 ..and 1 ...Pajero 4 ...3.2 ..common rail ..200 hp
Greetings from Thailand, great Pajero mate, mines got a piggy back tuning box from Bangkok ECU Shop one, run great for 6 years but lately have an over boost situation and drops in limp home mode, plugged in and it did say MAP sensor so I replaced it with a Genuine standard one (is this enough bar? I see 22+psi sometimes) , still over boosting so I removed the turbo etc armature moves very freely no play in turbo etc etc, I have ordered a new actuator for the TF035HL hope it's that, any suggestions if that doesn't work? I want to mod mine to twin Turbo so need to get it up and running properly first thanks
You need a fuel cut defender (boost cut) to stop it going into limp mode. Mine was going into limp at 21psi when totally stock but fixed it with a Synergy 4b Ron Box which has a fuel cut defender built in. When I started to turn it up I would get a limp mode again at 26psi because MAP sensor was out of spec so replaced it with a 4bar one and all has been well since.
thank you for replying I will look into this, I am thinking of doing a twin turbo setup next :-)
I don't understand why it has started doing this it has run great for 6 years I am waiting for a n turbo actuator to come possibly other diaphragm split causing the over boosting?

Bro loves gasket maker haha
Yes
Looks great mate. Where did you buy the 4bar MAP sensor
It’s a Link brand one and I just bought it of the local marketplace
Any 4 bar map sensor with three wires should work weather bought from eBay, alliexpress or amazon
I'd love one of these but the fear of pump failure scares me
Buy one that has just had the pump done like I did
Or just buy one and rebuild the pump as its under half the price to rebuild when it goes
@@kingmarz3635 I own a 3.2 did and the pump failing scares me to death! I know I can’t rebuild it and I know replacement is a pain, I love my bus tho, mines on 15’s with m/t bf Goodrich km3, with some eBay black arches. Can’t wait to get further into modifying it, yours is awesome nice work 👍🏻.
Buy the common rail newer one as your good for well over 600,000 kms
@@JGibzy
Hi, can you give me the map sensor reference please? I remap my pajero but ii need to change the map sensor , thanks
@Kingmarz
What do you mean by reference?
Question, plaining on putting a Kinugawa 15T on mine, if i was to pair that with a bluespark pro+ boost, and run roughly 20psi would i need to have a fuel controller aswell? or would the chip account for this?
Well that would be a great combination. Most people go for intercooler and exhaust first but they make hardly any difference maybe only 2-5% gain but your combination would see an extra 25-30% in power and drivability will improve.
When ordering Kinugawa 15T make sure you get the one with a billet wheel with extended tips.
Hey, greetings from Brazil. Where did you got the piggyback ecu? Can't find it anywhere!
I got it from a local outfit on market place.
Try eBay
@@kingmarz3635 can you tell me wich manufacturer it's from?
@@guilhermekroeff5670
My piggy back one has no branding on it and my tunable one under the bonnet is from synergy in the UK
Awesome Pajero, but you lost me with those wheels, totally impractical for a 4WD
I think you would be surprised where I’ve been with them wheels, so not totally impractical. For hardcore off-roading I swap them to factory ones
How much power does this setup give? Have you dyno’d it?
Haven’t dyno’d it but believe power around 200-250hp
Stock injectors? So running heaps of boost and a rail chip essentially? Get a dyno tune, your injectors will thankyou for it.
I need a fuel pump tuning like yours how do i get it?
Try getting a Synergy B4 (or 4B?) Ron box from Diesel Tuning UK I recommend it
You can turn the fuel up and only $300
Thanks mate but i did try to contact with them but no response from the website or in facebook.. do u know any other way to contact them?
Try this link
www.tuning-diesels.com/synergy-4
Map senzor modele/serial pls?
I used a Link 4bar but any 4bar with three wires will work
Hey does your Pajero have Monoque body?
Yes it does and IRS
@@kingmarz3635 does it still have the frame?
Frame?
@@kingmarz3635 I've heard on some Pajero forums that the Pajero still have chassis but not seperated from the body
@@stevenwilliams2056Last to have a chassis was Gen 2 with live rear axle - Gen 3 and up mono body Independent rear some with rear locker others with MATT traction control.
Hope this helps and no diesels in USA.
YOU DONT NO WHY LOL BYE
I don’t know what exactly?
