Thank you and your family for all of you who served and sacrificed. May God Bless and keep you always! Love & Light. Let us not forget the sacrifices of the families and loved ones of our Veterans. They deserved to be acknowledged for their service and sacrifice as well.
Ive been the boy at the fence and the soldier on the other side. Thank you for the support and gratitude. Thank you for being an American worth fighting for!
Thank you so much for doing this reaction video. Toby has quite a few songs like this that always get me in the heart. Never be ashamed for not serving…you have served in a different way ☺️. Thank you to all of the men and women (and their families) for your sacrifice for this great country.
Your reaction grabbed my heart. I LOVE Toby Keith. His story telling is second to none. Do your self a favor and peek down this rabbit hole. You wont be disappointed. Start with The Angry American ( written as a tribute to Sept 11th and originally only to be performed for the troops over in Baghdad)... Then Follow up with a few SILLY songs.... How Do You Like Me Now... As Good As I Once Was.... Trailerhood..... and of course the ultimate party song Red Solo Cup (where he said, "this is the stupidest song that Ive ever heard. Lets do it" )
Never feel ashamed to be proud of your country's military. Never feel ashamed of not serving yourself; it's enough that vets have a place in your heart. It was an honor to serve for you.

Watching this four months later. I have seen this video a hundred times and I am crying with you. Always brings tears to my eyes. RIP to patriot Toby Keith
This song is so beautiful, even more meaningful when your family member is one that didn't come home. I have a love/hate relationship with this song. I appreciate your commentsabout our military!.
My daughter who is 26 is a Staff Sergeant in the Army. I can’t explain the pride I have in her. She joined when she was 18, I was heartbroken but I couldn’t be more proud of her. She’s amazing young lady. I just look at her in awe at the woman she has become.
Don’t be ashamed of country music. A great song is a great song no matter what genre it is. There is country that is amazing. The stories , and talent is great. Dolly, Kenny Rodgers, Garth brooks , Reba macentire , Tobey Keith, randy Travis, there are great great songs and stories. Many samples for rand b and pop music come from great country music songs. Also I grew up in va beach. A military town and my dad was on a submarine and would be gone for 6 months at a time. And every time he would come home from a big tour like that it was such a great day. But my mom was a single mom every time he deployed so the strength of a soldier and his family and all the sacrifices and things they give up for their country is amazing to me.
I loved Toby Keith !!! Took me I do not how months before I could watch a video of him with crying and with this one it still gets me too !! This is another banger, ( Courtesy Of The Red, White And Blue (The Angry American) (Official Music Video)
Such a beautiful reaction. It is a very emotional song. It's okay that you didn't serve. Just honoring our flag and loving our country is very important. And prayers. Courtesy of the Red White and Blue is a fantastic song also.
Toby was such a GREAT patriot! He was a treasure! Now, look at these young men & women coming up. They have been softened and dumbed down. This country is in BIG trouble in about 5-10 more years. We're already in trouble now! 🥺🇺🇸 This was a beautifully touching reaction! Much love 🙏🏼❣️
Thanks for not hiding your tears and if it makes you feel any better.....I cried too. I'm 72 and an Army veteran with a son who retired from the Army after 21 years of service. God bless our departed soldiers and their families.
Don't be ashamed for not serving, there is no shame in that. Not everyone is called to served, you were called to do other things and things I'm sure you are proud of today! Those that do not serve, can serve by supporting those that do and being there for them when they get back. I had a sticker on the back of my truck that said "If you do not want to stand behind our troops, then please....feel free to stand in front of them" WE can do our part by supporting them, and thanking them. My Brother served in the Army and he said the best payment, was just hearing a thank you from someone, not that he expected it, but was nice to hear.
Toby Keith and his official video, Courtesy of the Red White and Blue (The Angry American) is another great one. Toby was a great patriot and strong supporter of our military. Rest easy Toby.
I get that way too when I hear this song and I've heard it a hundred times! My husband served 35 years. I've been the woman at the fence more than one time. Thank GOD he always returned home to me and now 47 years of marriage he's still beside me every night!!!
Toby Keith has many song you might like, and they all Won't make you cry, some will make you laugh!! He will be well missed!! Please, listen to his music!!😢❤😢❤

It is so very gratifying so see someone who didn't serve show so much appreciation; that means a ton to us. Would love to see you react to Courtesy of the Red, White, and Blue (the Angry American) also by Toby. I'm subscribing so that i don't miss it if you do. Thanks for this reaction - it really does mean a lot.
I feel you. Im 66 yr old female, and I too feel like I let my country down and myself. I shoukd have joined, it was right after Viet Nam. Wasnt thing to do. I regret that. My husband served 4 yrs USArmy. I am so proud of him.
My husband served 26 years in the military and died of cancer just a few months before he could get his retirement benefits. Fortunately, it was his goal to live long enough so I have his benefits for life. I miss him so much.
Wow, I was so touched by your reaction I watched this several times. I come from a family of Vets. I joined the Navy at 17, was a Navy Corpsman, my brother was career Navy (desert storm/desert shield), my father career Army (WWII) and many uncles in the service. I currently have 2 grandsons serving, 1 Army and 1 Air Force. Thank you for showing your tears it really touched my heart. Thank you for talking about the families who hold everything together while their loved one is away serving our country, they are hero's too. I am grateful I got to see this.
It was almost like watching myself as I used to be that kid standing at the fence crying, not understanding that my dad wasn't choosing that day to leave, the military chose it for them. As an adult with sons who have served and a grandson presently serving, my words can never say thank you loud enough or PROUD enough for all who do choose the path of the military and service to this GREAT nation to feel. I am only sorry that I never got to tell my dad. There is no such thing as a HAPPY Memorial Day, just a thank you Memorial Day to America 🇺🇸 ❤and Americans who sacrifice for us. 🇺🇸 🇺🇲 🇺🇸 ❤
I used to scoff at Country music and then I was transferred to Oklahoma City and was 'full on' emersed in it. (This was about the time when country music became a lot cooler.) I grew to love it once I realized it was less about a "dancing beat" and more about someone telling you a story. It could be humorous, melancholy, inspirational, or emotional, but it felt like you were glimpsing at a true piece of their life, one to which I could often relate. I've since moved back east and have taken a lot of ribbing over my love for the genre. But I used to tell folks that it's one of the few types of music that I could play in the car when driving my niece and nephews, where I didn't have to worry about what type of 'age inappropriate' words or scenarios were going to pop out of some singers mouth. (And, I can understand all the words, too... LOL!)
You do battle everyday. Your weapon is your channel, your music, your kind words and wisdom. You're in God's Army......the greatest and strongest of all. patti
Courtesy of the Red White and Blue is a must. Toby Keith was a true patriot. He’s done more shows for the troops overseas than anyone I believe. I know he went over 11 times. His father was veteran and he wanted to serve but couldn’t due to an injury. Courtesy of the Red White and Blue was inspired by the 911 attacks and Toby’s father passing away. When Toby died a lot of military bases flew their flags at half staff because he meant so much to our service men and women. I highly recommend you check out this song as well!! It has a more uplifting vibe to it. It rallied our nation together in a very dark time.
Toby was a great performer cared for our troops so much, Let's remember and honor Toby Keith, who received the Spirit of the USO Award for his passionate support of our military. Toby performed for our deployed men and women serving overseas on 18 USO tours performing for over 250,000 service members. also you should hear his song "red white and blue" he wrote after the 911 attacks. thanks for what you do Larry
This is a very powerful song! Toby Keith’s father served & he grew up with a heartfelt appreciation for those that serve. Sadly that is a value that has been lost over time & is not a concept that our younger generations understand. Thank you for this reaction
I feel you brother, my biggest regret in life was not joing the military. I was in high school during 9/11 and watched alot of my classmates enlist. I feel like I owe it to my country to serve, but like you said i was young and stupid.
I understand the feelings that you had, after 9-11 i tried all 4 branches. But because of my history none would accept me. Still a Patriot, bring the fight here and i will do whatever is needed
There’s no shame in recognizing that the military path may not have been right for you, but loving and respecting those who were born to serve that way is how we honor those who do what many can not. I never served directly, but as a daughter of the military who got to travel and live at many of the bases, I love and respect everything my family did for me and our country through the generations. But I knew the life was not for me. Also, you talked about the families…you should check out Come Home Soon by SheDaisy. It’s beautiful.
This is an iconic song like Lee Greenwoods tribute to America that will last us all a lifetime. True patriotism. Makes America stand up and notice. I’m right there with you Chris… not a country music fan. Especially whiney, twangy women of country. Fingernails on chalkboard to me. Has to suck it up for the opening act last July for Jesse’s concert.
Awesome reaction, don't ever apologize for get emotional when it comes yo our military! You shoukd do a reaction to Toby's song The Angry American, its awesome.
@larryshair I wasn’t sure how I was going to feel about this reaction since you seemed to dislike country so much. But, I enjoyed it because you gave it a chance and realized you liked it. You know country is really good (it just depends on if you’re listening to the right artist). Toby is a Legend. He passed away in February 2024 after battling stomach cancer. He has some serious & some hilarious songs. “Good as I Once Was” is hilarious. He’s missed deeply. Chris Stapleton is another one you should react to. He labeled country but he’s soul,R&B, and Outlaw Country all in one amazing voice. Like Toby, Chris writes his own songs. “2021 CMA Awards “Cold” performance is amazing. He won Grammys,CMA’s,etc., for it.
I hear what he is saying, how many Christmases i missed with my family, and grandparents i cant get back, as a nurse. Im Canadian but it doesnt matter where we r from life has a path for us. U r here for a reason Larryshair. xoxo
Don't regret not serving. We can't go back & relive our lives. However, we can do something positive for our community, which is a service to your country, as well. Be a good citizen & a kind neighbor. Look at Toby. He did not serve technically however, this song & his song that he wrote after 9/11 area gift to all Americans. You must find the official video for 'Courtesy of the red, white & blue, the angry American'. You will see how he served his country. You will love it, I promise. And for the record, Toby also has some of the most hilarious songs/videos you have ever seen. Example, 'As good as I once was'. Definitely need the video always with Toby.
Beautiful reaction! I know you say country isn't your thing, but another suggestion for Memorial Day is Arlington by Trace Adkins. As well as his other song, Til' The Last Shots Fired. Both songs bring out many emotions as it should when mentioning a topic such as this. To those men and women who laid their life down on the line for our freedom, may they rest in eternal peace🙏💝
You are missing out on a lot of GREAT country music my friend. Give it a chance. You can’t go wrong with Toby Keith, George Strait, Tim McGraw, Blake Shelton, Brad Paisley…. Damn the list goes on.
Hi Cutie War is so dumb. This is 2024. We just had a global pandemi killing millions. We should be able to disagree without starting a war. We should respekt eacvother more. I hate wars. But I love your reaction 😊 I love how country makes people feel. This was a good one. Stay safe my friend 🩵
Ok... DAD... Please don't beat yourself for as you said... immature decision. You maybe didn't serve to your country back then but you're serving the whole world now through your channel. I said it once already... it's not a "reaction channel"... you're giving people all over the world hope and support they need. Your wisdom and story-times about your past saved MANY people. You literally saved a life of a messed up dude from the other side of the globe without even carrying a rifle. I'll never stop thanking you for that. You're my HERO and I'm sure I'm not the only one here in this community who's still breathing thanks to you. I know couple guys who went to Polish army lately but I assure you... none of them is even half as brave as you are. Thank you for your service DAD! 🫡❤️
And I'm sorry for calling you "Dad" in public again... but I want everyone to know how important you are to me. I wouldn't be here without your support. I LOVE YOU so freaking much! Thank you! ❤️🤗

lol, yea, technical difficulties. I noticed tow of my recording devices were both recording out of phase. I can't start it over or it wouldn't be a reaction, so oh well lol!
With your reaction and your response to some of the comments It seems like you do like country but are depriving yourself because of the emotional reactions.Good country is storytelling of lifes events Its known as being 3 chords and the truth.Allowing yourself to partake in the emotions that a song invokes is a tribute to the artist and songwriter too

I know how you feel. I too wish I had served. I will regret that until the end of my days.
Dear friend.....you serve us every single day. Love you so much❤
💯% true! 😊
Very well said Patti🥰 I hope you are ok sending love to you x
Thanks so much Patti. It just feels different it all.
I don't even know what to say. God Bless those who have served and rest in peace Toby Keith.
Thankyou for such a beautiful reaction❤️
Thanks so much for this!
Best reaction to this song I've seen
Thanks so much for your kindness!
Wonderful, authentic reaction! ❤
Thanks so much Amanda!
Courtesy of the Red White and Blue is a must also should listen to Tim McGraw If You're Reading This. Makes me cry every time
I hear what he is saying, how many Christmases i missed with my family, and grandparents i cant get back, as a nurse. Im Canadian but it doesnt matter where we r from life has a path for us. U r here for a reason Larryshair. xoxo
Thanks so much!
There's no shame in not serving, just be sure to respect those who have (which you obviously do).
I suggest ---- Trace Adkins, "Till the Last Shot's Fired" - or - Tim McGraw's, "If You're Reading This" OO-Rah & Semper Fi!
Trace Adkins- Arlington, you may also like that video
Listen to The Angry American Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue!!!

Need to go back to Sydney Christmas :-) my way :-)
You should also check out Toby’s courtesy of the red white and blue
Thank you Cathy!
I really hope you react to "En livstid i krig", the live version. Probably the only song makes me tear up everytine
A good song if you want to feel emotions is -" how do i say goodbye"
Beautiful reaction! I know you say country isn't your thing, but another suggestion for Memorial Day is Arlington by Trace Adkins. As well as his other song, Til' The Last Shots Fired. Both songs bring out many emotions as it should when mentioning a topic such as this. To those men and women who laid their life down on the line for our freedom, may they rest in eternal peace🙏💝
If you're reading this by tim mcgraw is a good song as well. Citizen soldier by 3 doors down is not country, but i think it's a powerful song.
You are missing out on a lot of GREAT country music my friend. Give it a chance. You can’t go wrong with Toby Keith, George Strait, Tim McGraw, Blake Shelton, Brad Paisley…. Damn the list goes on.
You should do there goes my life by Kenny chesney!
Time for another reaction: Sydnie Christmas blows Judges away singing 'My Way' | Semi-Finals | BGT 2024
Suggestion for you
Elastic Heart by Sia
I'd love to see your insights about this
I was a military wife for 21 years
Thanks so much for his service!
Serving isn’t for everyone you do your part by supporting us that do or did serve
You should react to 8 mile song its straight fire 🔥 and he basically describes the 8 mile movie +really underrated song
Hi Cutie
War is so dumb. This is 2024. We just had a global pandemi killing millions. We should be able to disagree without starting a war. We should respekt eacvother more. I hate wars.
But I love your reaction 😊
I love how country makes people feel. This was a good one.
Stay safe my friend 🩵
👋🤗
❤️
Ok...
Thank you! ❤️🤗
🤗🤗
@@Sandy_justme how are you doing my friend? 🤗🤗
@@that_averagetyp I’m feeling really sad at the moment, tbh. It’s been a rough week with my parents, (stuff I’m not comfortable putting here for everyone to see) and I’m so tired. BUT tomorrow is a new day!!!🎉
I’m actually debating going to the drs cos I can’t seem to stop crying atm and I’m driving myself bonkers😖 I’ll think about it anyway.
More importantly How’re YOU doing? Are you happy to be out of the rehabilitation place? 😊🤗
@@Sandy_justmeprayers.....❤❤❤
Chris, Em dropped the new song/video...."Houdini". Get on it. Sooooo funny.
I would really want to watch you react to some Juice WRLD. I got some of my favorite pics that i can recommend you. Wishing Well, Fighting Demons, Rightous and Face 2 Face
Eminem - Houdini NEW NEW NEW NEW NEW SONG SONG SONG
Hey bud! 👋
Am I tripping or your mic broke? 🤔 You sound like a freaking RoboCop 🤭
Yes he did sound like a robot in this one 😊
Ohh, just saw the description... nevermind the RoboCop effects, lol
lol, yea, technical difficulties. I noticed tow of my recording devices were both recording out of phase. I can't start it over or it wouldn't be a reaction, so oh well lol!
With your reaction and your response to some of the comments It seems like you do like country but are depriving yourself because of the emotional reactions.Good country is storytelling of lifes events Its known as being 3 chords and the truth.Allowing yourself to partake in the emotions that a song invokes is a tribute to the artist and songwriter too
I'm a closet CMA fan lol
@@larryshair step into the light. If you did a separate series, additional playlist, and put the work in I bet you'd have your 100k plaque before you know it
Very fishy 🤔
