I have been taking magnesium for 6 months and I feel better. No more headaches. I am energized and not getting sick around a lot of elementary kids as a Special Education teacher! I am gluten and white sugar free which helps as well!
Thank you for being there for the children .❤
@@thesonhaslifeThis one's for the children, the children of the world. May God keep them in His throne
Such a wonderful word! Thank you ❤
I take a little in the mid morning or early afternoon
& then 30 minutes before bed.
❤🌠
Please share links to studies that prove this.
I ❣️ magnesium.
400mg magnesium biglysinate at bedtime. Sleep like a baby.
Same...I sleep through the night after years of not being able to. Magnesium glycinate has been nothing short of a miracle in my life!!
How much mineral , should take daily, or low doses.

Will you pls do a video on causes of lipidema butt arms etc...Are there natural things that one can do to to stop/reverse it please
Try tai chi and arm swings. This helps me tremendously. Lohan patting is truly a miracle. I can’t think k if the channel off hand but just search these in TH-cam. Best of luck to you!
Magnesium, M = morning
Thanks 👍
How much magnesium bisglycinate should be taken daily for leptin and insulin resistance, and what time of the day?
I take 6g ( level scoop) at night and sometimes in the morning if I feel I need it. I'll also take extra through the day if I'm doing heavy work. In MagZorb there's 1,000mg of magnesium glycinate, giving 200 mg of total magnesium. Higher doses don't cause diarrhoea like other forms.

How much Mg we need a day?
To be honest i didn't understand what the doctor said English is not my native language especially for such deep medical explanations but thank you very much for the info, i will take much magnesium because i have pre diabetes 🙏🤗
Recently you recommended magnesium glycinate. Now biglycinate. What is the difference?
According to google: " Magnesium bisglycinate is the accurate chemical name, whereas magnesium glycinate is the common name. In terms of chemical structure and uses, magnesium glycinate and magnesium bisglycinate are identical."
magnesium glycinate has only one glycine and magnesium bis-glycinate has two glycines! - Team Dr. Janine
How much do you take for diabetes
Ive ordered magnesium forte ( strong dosis) from lucovital doesn't cost much 8 euros and is strong enough for my pre diabetes
What's the best dosage to ensure you're not taking too much?
If you poop your pants ,you are taking too much 😂
@@mariopavkovich4363 That's why I was asking. LOL
Dr.Berg recommend 420mg for men and310mg. for women.

Please tell us the best magnesium!
She likes the magnesium bisglycinate best.
In another video we are not to take calcium and magnesium together. I take mag in morning and calcium at night. Is this going to somehow manage the calcium from flowing into blood stream.
I do not think individual minerals being used to treat a symptomatic imbalance coming from insulin action is the solution. Best to find the source of that problem which would lay in the diet. Magnesium would not be the solution as a true correction when diet is not corrected. Ionised minerals and broad diet with the carbs and starches in moderation can resolve the problem.
Agree. I’ve now put my husband on magnesium AND he has lowered his carbs and sugars. His numbers are coming down slowly.
Low sugars
Have you tried it though??? It's true. Food has minerals. Dud you hear what she Said
@@user-dq5su2hh8u foods are very low in essential minerals because the soil is low in mineral. This is because of the agricultural industry practices of the last 200 years, which has not only reduced natural minerals in the soil but the microorganisms living in the soil are destroyed, preventing a balanced environment for healthy plants and animals.
@warrenrose9448 True. You have to find a balance. You know your body. I started to take magnesium. Because I felt nervous, I never felt like that in my life. And i spent months trying to fix myself. Magnesium helps. I've been exercising and drank a lot of water still trying. Eat only black beans and salmon. Do you have any suggestions? Any help would be grateful. ?? Thanks
All the years I have been watching videos on health and nutrition because of metabolic syndrome and IR and I don't recall ever hearing any expert say LEPTIN resistance, I find that bizarre ?
I have been aware of leptin for many years as a hormone controlling weight. It's a precursor to diabetes when it is not performing well. Just looked it up!
I also take D3 and K2MK7 and found that it really gobbles up a lot of MG. I was getting frustrated because my leg cramps seemed to out of control and then it struck me that they started increasing about the time I increased D3 & K2, the next day I cut out the D3 & K2 and leg cramps almost disappeared right away. I think I will take this summer off D3/K2 and maybe add it back a bit in the winter again
Low potassium can cause leg cramps. I was working in the yard the other day and suddenly couldn't straighten my legs out. I had drank plenty of fluids that day. On a whim I ate a banana and leg pain eased off then I had some milk afterwards so even more potassium containing food and my legs quit hurting.
Dr Berg includes magnesium and zinc with his D3/K2 supplement.
What magnesium is a good quality to buy?????

'Modern farming methods' keep billions of people alive. I have a degree in Agricultural Science and food is food. Modern farming methods use fertilizer and micronutrients to ensure plants produce as much as possible yield per acre. Modern food, meat and dairy is safe and healthy, if it wasn't the plant or animal would not survive or grow properly.
That's exactly it. Without all the synthetic fertilizer that gets pumped and harmful pesticides the plant would never live on its own. HEALTHY crops don't need pesticides they produce they're own and also there's in nature an ecosystem that works together with what's growing with other insects and birds and plants that repelle insects so that everything is in balanced. Yes it feed billions of people, however, how do you even have the audacity to say that it's healthy??
If we have healthy microbes in the soil we won't need these harmful chemicals that are explosive and RUIN ecosystems and are ending up in our water?! Why do you act like just because you have a degree you can tell us what's wrong and right? Be humble. Maybe go search and see what she means by what she said instead of flaunting your incompetence in the comments.
