His video take away was; Earl Grey Black tea scented with Bergamot was the most potent when it comes to Angiogenesis, then Chinese tea (green tea) was second and Japanese tea (Matcha) was third BUT adding Chinese and Japanese tea together was very potent when it comes to control in Angiogenesis in starving cancer. 2-5 cups (depending on the disease)
thnx now i do not have to listen to this vid at 1.5 speed (its what i do not to lose attention and digest info better)
Going by all the comments. I just realised that one size doesn’t fit all. Just do what you like and can . We’ll never leave here alive.
lol agree..if this allowed me to live and extra 50 years past 100 I’d do it in heart beat but I’ll be lucky to live to 92
That’s your declaration. For you. I’m not in your “WE”. I will love and not die. God made us to be forever. Adam was eternal. God my old him he would SURELY die if he ate from the tree . meaning that he could not die before!!!! . Just have to get back to it. Also Enoch and Elisha didn’t die also. So it’s not impossible.
@@mikala172010From a spiritual aspect, no man will die. His flesh may die, but his spirit is alive for all eternity. now……where that spirit will live is totally up to you. My Mom drinks about 3 cups of green tea a day, she’ll be 93 this year and she’s never had cancer….

Well, to be fair, my father is 93 since February last, he almost never drank tea but did drink copious amounts of wine and smoked all his life. No cancer, nothing.

@@hc5327 There's also good reports on Hibiscus tea and rosehip tea, you can get them together too. They taste very much like a red berry tea. All things in moderation, I don't overdue any one kind of tea, variety.
Soursop Tea, Earl Grey, and Green Tea is my mixture.
Thanks! I just ordered some soursop tea! I had no idea it was available as a tea

I was gonna say I think people should start buying loose tea and not the Tetly or the main name brands because they spray lots of pesticides on their plants.

The only tea leaf farm in North America is in South Carolina. Its a great tour. You learn that tea is made from tea leaves. Black tea and green tea are the same leaves. They are oxidized for different times. Teas from anything else are called infusions. Dont mistakenly think that steeping orange peel rinds and cranberries is a tea. If you want the health beneifts discussed herein, you need to make sure there is tea leaves included.
Yes green tea is the young leaves. White tea is similar, also young and is low in caffeine.

Bergamot is a citrus fruit.
Bergamot is a type of citrus fruit that belongs to the Rutaceae family, which also includes oranges, lemons, and limes. It's primarily grown in southern Italy, particularly in the Calabria region, and is renowned for its distinctive fragrance and flavor.
The fruit is roughly the size of an orange but has a yellow or greenish color when ripe. Its peel is aromatic and is used to extract bergamot essential oil, which is widely used in perfumes, cosmetics, and aromatherapy due to its refreshing and uplifting scent.
Bergamot is also used in culinary applications, particularly in flavoring Earl Grey tea, as well as in some regional dishes. It adds a unique citrusy and floral flavor to foods and beverages.
Additionally, bergamot oil is known for its potential health benefits, including its use in traditional medicine for its antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. However, it's important to note that bergamot oil can be photosensitive, meaning it can increase sensitivity to sunlight, so caution should be exercised when using it topically.
Nobiletin is an interesting compound. I wonder if anyone has checked bergamot for Nobiletin?:
Nobiletin is a naturally occurring flavonoid found in citrus fruits, particularly in the peels of oranges and tangerines. It belongs to a class of compounds known as flavonoids, which are plant metabolites with antioxidant properties.
Research suggests that nobiletin may have several potential health benefits, including anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, and neuroprotective effects. Some studies have indicated that nobiletin may help reduce inflammation in the body, which could be beneficial for conditions such as arthritis and cardiovascular disease.
Additionally, nobiletin has been studied for its potential anticancer properties. Some research suggests that it may inhibit the growth of cancer cells and induce apoptosis, or programmed cell death, in certain types of cancer.
Furthermore, nobiletin has shown promise in preclinical studies as a neuroprotective agent, meaning it may help protect against neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's and Parkinson's
Great information. Thanks for sharing. I don’t like the perfume taste in my tea so I avoid Earl Grey. I do like French Earl Grey however and I heard it has some bergamot. I haven’t confirmed that but I hope it’s the case.

I see others have asked this question as well. Is Decaffeinated tea as beneficial? Or, does the decaffeination process destroy the EGCG? I can drink tea with caffeine before noon but after that my teas need to be caffein free. Thanks Doc!

Decaf is a chemical process. .. avoid it totally

I have read that wait 30 minutes or more to drink something after food
Wonderful presentation Dr. Li. I have found the same qualitative research in my practice. Yes, tea is truly food and it’s a way of getting society hydrated and it’s fun. The practice puts a great spin on “high tea” that has been practiced through the ages because Green tea, particularly Matcha has been known to create higher euphoric feelings.

tannins... tannins and oxalates in tea may inhibit iron absorption, especially non-heme iron found in plant-based foods.
Plant based is far worse than non.
Plant nased has been pushed since the 60's and took off in the early 90''s, and since then people are 70+% more unhealthy, 85%+ overweight etc. Its all because of plants. Plants dont have more than 30-40% of our needed nutriants and viatmins. 7th day advents vilified meat in the 50's and thus pushed agriculture and the plant future began. I gave up 90% of plants after many yrs no energy, brain fog, arthritus etc.Meat protein gave me my life back. No more grains, bread, potatoes seed oils, no sugar < its in 70% of stuff and also ends with "ose" or tose as in dextrose, fructose etc, etc.

Depends on what kind of coffee you are drinking and what size you are using .
We didn't have all the chemical in coffee we grew up with as they do now.
And us aged folks didn't have coffee mugs.
We had what we call a coffee cup, much smaller cups, which was just about a little more than a half cup.
