30 yrs ago rates were bad out of florida but never heard a 1.00
Yeah they are awful right now. Reefer/dry van loads are basically $0.90-$1.30/mile out of Florida on the boards.
try alabama...
Just as bad. It’s opposite of flatbed. West to east for reefer is good while east to west is bad. Flatbed is the opposite
