I so happy! Where did you find out the news of all previous early testers and stress testers will, I thought it was content creators, Alpha testers, and people who signed up a long time ago that we’re getting an invite. Thank you so much for sharing the news
I've been doing as much poking around and looking as I can, and I haven't been able to find a public source to back up what I said. I might have misheard. The page about the beta says "starting with some early Alpha testers" but it's unclear if that means *some* testers with be invited at the beginning with more rolled in, or *some* alpha testers will be invited, period.

5:38 definitely looks like the Switch trailer could be from a different version. While the lighting is dfiferent and stuff, so are the snaps and design on the character's clothes. I don't think differences in graphics processing renders different outfit choices! 😂 ...unless 😳🤔😹

Do you happen to know if our data carries over from the stress test? That was the only time I was invited to test out Palia...yesterday.
Not from the stress test, there will be one more wipe before Closed Beta starts and then no more wipes from then on.

Palia is the game I did not know I wanted. I don't even like this type of game but I've spent more time in this game than Baldur's Gate 3 that I paid for...
It's bizarre how it sucks you in. There's so much I want added, but I've gotten a ton of enjoyment for a long time out of the simple gameplay loops.

They haven't said yet. I'm assuming so, since it will be on Switch, but we don't have any official word that I know of. Of course, we'll find out as soon as the NDA is lifted.
I've been invited to the stress test. Only thing that may turn people off is the 25 people per server so calling it an Mmo is a bit of a stretch.

Yep! They seem to have changed her look a little bit in-game from the older art. I personally like it.

I really hope i get an invite at the start of closed beta, ive only done July stress tests though so probably not, idk
Also the last stress test I actually managed to play probably 5.5hrs so that was awesome

I don’t like how there are no like white skin tones. I feel like it was done on purpose. My hunches tend to be correct.
There is white skin tones. You're just bothered that for once there's more dark skin tones than light, when the norm is the other way around.
Do we know what monetization is planned for this?

It's a cozy mmo, so no combat. There's hunting, but those are things that don't fight back.
Oh damn I thought it would be something like My Time At Sandrock with a skill tree system for every weapon type. Btw, thanks for the reply man! U got +1 sub! :D
I really can not understand why there is no combat or pve in this game...not even a decent hunting...so curious to understand what people are gonna do exept decor a house....
I dont understand why every game has to have fighting mechanics. This is a COZY life sim game, there are plenty of other games that have what you are looking for.
@@aphrospice cuz time ago they presented as a mmo, open world, survival game...stardew valley is cozy but have a bit of combat too....why cozyness and action can not coexist? i really hope the exploring will be rewarding because if all you have to do is farm to decor a house im afraid the people will be bored soon...and when a game is dying devs often stop to update and i would not this to happen.
I love combat, but games without combat have been successful before. Animal Crossing, The Sims, all of those many chat games like Habbo, Second Life, IMVU, and there's just so many more of those. Those games all had their moments of insane popularity, Animal Crossing and the Sims are both still really popular. None of them have in-depth combat.
