    My personal coach turned me on to this video to practice shaking for regulation. Thank you! I've followed along a few times now. It helps a bunch.

      @@adairfinucane4261 Hi, yeah happy to share! I'm currently working with the team at Autism Personal Coach. They're fantastic. Based in Ohio but they can work with remote clients.

    I tried it and didn't feel any different. I did everything you did in the video. like they say, doesn't work for everyone. kudos to you for making a video- better you than me; I'm too shy!

      Thanks for your comment, Kathleen - like you said, different approaches work for different people. If you felt like doing an experiment, I wonder whether if you did it 5x over 5 days, whether you could monitor for a response? Sometimes our responses are very subtle - just a little tingling here and there. Best wishes! -Adair

    Hi! This is awesome, I want to incorporate into my daily movement routine. Would you recommend starting with this or do this last? 🙏 (the rest of the things are joint freeing exercises and yoga)

    If shaking healed the nervous system i know so many of us shake uncontrollably all day and should he healed by now.

      Wouldn't that be amazing if it did work like that? There's no silver bullet (haven't found it yet, anyways), but many people including me find this super helpful...it doesn't fix everything but it helps me shift and stabilize.

    I do find shaking good....but like an animal does. Not planned and organized as in this video. I have yet to see an animal shake like this...lol

      I would be VERY impressed if they did! Lol...we get to do the deluxe version. :)
