Great little place! But really only for one person and no pet? I’d want a little dog. For companionship AND to let me know if someone is being nosey at night 😡. I mean really??? No pets??? For seniors?? Never heard of that unless it’s in rented places but IF I OWN IT…I’m getting a dog. PLUS, I swore I’d never in my life let an HOA tell me how to live on my own property. I’d end up in jail 😂

Is 895 a normal lot rent price? My parents home in FT Myers was destroyed and they are thinking about selling or renting the lot out.
Normal lot rent in our area is about $1,000 - $1,400. This park will be less at $895. Sorry about your parents home… If you’re parents sell, it will be up to the park to say what the lot rent is.
That's more then twice what lot rent is up in Minnesota. 785 mortgage, 325 lot rent, 700 HOA fees. In central Minnesota north of twin cities.

Built in 1966 = uninsurable. Jalousie windows in doors are energy hogs and are easy to break into. Nice remodel. Best for seasonal snowbird.

You have to be very careful. Have an inspection! When working with a law firm for hurricane victims, many of these trailers had issues with assistance due to mold and mildew issues.
