Good afternoon, folks, and thank you so much for taking the time to prepare for your busy day. Join us in the virtual tour of 3495 Rossmere Road here in Port Charlotte, Florida. We find ourselves within the gorgeous community of Vizcaya Lakes, a fantastic two-bed, two-bath mobile home in our hands. Over $52,000 in structural upgrades have all been done within the past three years.
I'm talking about a new roof, an AC and a water heater. You have to wait until you see the kitchen and the master bathroom. They are gorgeous. No expense was spared here at 3495. Now, where we stand here in Port Charlotte, Florida, we're in a fantastic location; shopping and dining are just outside the community and medical facilities, and area beaches are just a short drive.
What we're going to do here is we're going to go and take a quick tour on the outside, jump in the inside, and meet up with our buddy Daniel, who's back in action here today on the video, and he will be able to walk us through everything about Vizcaya Lakes.

Beautiful place I've been watching a few of your videos and I think you do a great job 👍 i got a 60 year old couple living next door to me that have been talking about moving to Florida so I gave them your number cuz they're trying to move by winter and I showed them a couple of your videos and they said that's kinda what they're looking for so you should be getting a call from them soon so good luck and great job on your videos 👍 thank you

The 2 bathrooms are both considered 3/4 baths,not full baths, because there are no bathtubs.

Hey Neil, good to hear from you. It has been very dry so far this Spring/Early Summer. Usually the rainy season starts in April and we haven't had it yet so your guess is as good as mine!
Remember when you have another person speaking like Daniel they need to be near you. It was hard to hear Daniel.
