$1,100 a month lot fee? That is not ownership, that is renting a property with none of the advantages of renting. It's basically renting without having a landlord taking care of the maintenance and upkeep. And you have to pay $35K on top of that.

1968 is pre- building code for mobile homes. Most homes back then were shoddy construction and fire traps due to aluminum wiring that would overheat and catch fire. Never buy a home built before 1977. Well constructed mobile homes didn't show up until the 1990's. Before then, very few builders built good homes.

With the crazy Lot Rents, they are forcing the Seniors out. For sure regular / normal Social Security people can not afford this any more. Social security received a raise of 3.2% after 40 year high inflation under biden regime. Bring in the Yuppies I guess. Florida isn't the same anymore. Too money hungry.

The house seems nice and the price is great…BUT..$ 13, 080.00 per year for lot rent, without lawn care…NO THANKS! Cheaper to buy a small house!

When Creedy Land Owners learn they cannot strong-arm people to pay a leg and arm for lot rent and homeowners realize they cannot get rid of their homes it will be a great day.

AWWW... Absolutely cute and charming! Worth every dollar. I truly like these older, smaller places much more than the newer, more expensive, luxury homes! Also, these older homes almost always have quite a bit more character too! Cheers everyone.

What they don't tell you is that the land it sits on is not included. You will end up paying more for the Lot than what your mortgage was, and for as long as you own the house.
