      Long or high jump krney se pehle achi tarah warm up,kro, workout k baad legs stretching kro, running krney k baad hi jump practice kro ,ek din legs ki iceing kro ya cold water mein legs dubokar rkho,or ek din garm Pani mein legs dubokar rkho only for 10 minutes

    Sir mera 9 ko punjab police ka trail hai...sb kuch sahi chl rha tha.....pta nahi running krte huye achanak meri left leg ke upper inner thigh ki nerves kich gyi hai jis se ab running nahi ho pa rahi....4 din se rest pe hu....kya kru....please help...medicine bhi le rahi hu

      Bro yeh running, Or jump aap ne abhi shuru kiya hai workout, muscles ko aadat nhi hoti is tra k workout ki, toh shin pain, knee ankle jaise pain honey lag jate h, jump vagera krne se pehle, warm up kiya kro achey se slow running or pre workout strethes, shoes thoda moti sole valey comfortable pehno, workout k bad post workout stretching jaroor kro, kuch din hoga thoda pain hoga, phir hat jata, jaise jaise workout kroge, road running or hard track pr running kam krna
