I agree with a lot of your points tbh but I’ll give you the honest truth mate, 80% of this squad is not suited for this system to compete at the top of European football consistently year in, year out. I’m not the biggest fan of Martinez he’s literally HALF the size of what a PL CB should be (seriously not even joking) and he’s not good at covering wide areas which is essential in this system. Maybe he could work as a DM in a double pivot but I don’t trust him he’s prone to showing his bozo gene way too often for my liking. I’d get rid of him and buy a proper back 3 profile CB like Murillo. Garnacho is awful mate. He should be playing in league 1. I’ve been watching him since his academy breakthrough but his game as not improved. He seems to have lost a yard of pace but has gained no football IQ and decision making is poor. Pulls an odd worldie here and there admittedly but that’s not good enough to be a Man United player sorry. Amorim has played him in the inside10 a couple times but he’s not the profile to be playing back to goal in the half space. He’s not got the decision making and defensive ability to be playing wing back either and he most definitely is not a 9. He needs to go. Rashy is on his last opportunity to prove he is capable of adapting his game and also prove he wants this. If not he’s gone in the summer. We should go for Delap. Dalot is a tough one I admire his mentality and work rate however we do not have a position for him in this squad. There are rumours Real Madrid are keen on signing him so more than happy to sell and get in Ait-Nouri/ Marmoush. If you’re still reading this by now you’re probably thinking wtf am I even a United fan lol but yes I am and we do have some genuine diamonds caught up with the mud. Players like Amad, Mainoo, Mazaroui, Yoro, Zirkzee, Hojlund we can definitely develop around with as they are a cut above some of the other players in the team. some youngsters still ready to come through i.e Sekou Kone and Chido Obi-Martins who I’m personally extremely excited to see being developed into the 1st team as I’ve been watching their reserve and academy performances and you can just tell they shouldn’t be playing there but with the 1st team. Keep and eye out for those two names specifically Loz. Kone and Obi-Martins. Overall mate we have a lot of work to do in the upcoming windows to truly make this squad ready to compete at the highest level consistently, year in year out. Our squad depth and the technical ability for a lot of our players just isn’t there. But I have hope in Amorim in 3 games I’ve seen 4 goals and 70% possession something I’ve not seen in years mate. I also trust INEOS to back this manager no matter what. The days of players calling the shots in the dressing room is over and that is the most important thing. Not the money, the transfers, players, wages etc. it all begins with the mentality in the dressing room and dugout. Because if that’s not at the required level then it doesn’t matter how many players you buy. You will never succeed. Sorry for the essay mate but if you want to read a genuine take about this club from a real fan, you’ve got it. Keep up the content mate I’m loving it 👍
We need a Midfielder and LWB more than any other position imo. Eriksen and casemiro out. Somebody like Wharton, Palacios who have good defensive numbers but great on the ball in terms of passing. And probably somebody to either take ugartes place or be his backup. Id like to try Ait Nouri at LWB.
The players that will go are Rashford, Garnacho and Dalot. 2 academy wingers that don't have the workrate to play as wing backs, don't have the skillset to play as 10s and both generally hold good value. Dalot will go because he's fine as a traditional RB that is more attacking. But he doesn't have that lockdown defender in him to shift centrally and he's not good enough going forward. Should bring the club at least 175m for the 3 and it's all profit because of how long they've been around the club. Don't want either Rashford or Garnacho to go. But they're square pegs in round holes unless they can turn a corner between now and May.
Arsenal will be a good test for them, but I think there’s still too many gaps to fill out in that team in important areas for them to be able to stand up to Arsenal for a full game. It’ll be a fun game though.
Onana was a liability when he joined..showed no understanding of even the basics of goalkeeping. This season he has turned it around and demonstrated that he can be a very good keeper..for me i'm growing in confidence but need more time to be totally convined by Onana.
I think Dalot is a player who is surplus to requirements but would be good elsewhere. Bruno maybe too, depending on if he can adapt to a deeper role ala Paul Scholes. Also think if you get a good goal scoring season from Rashford under Amorim you should move him on as soon as there is a market for him. But honestly the priority should be lwb, more cbs, and two new midfielders with genuine athleticism.

Dalot is too good a squad player. Can play both lwb and rwb (likely his best position if Amad is rested) and will probably end up doing some time as a wide cb too. Hopefully we can get a straight upgrade on Eriksen and Casa over the next couple windows, although I wonder if Kone can make the jump in that time too. His profile lines up well, same as Collyer who has been injured for a while.
You are out of your mind. So the best player in that team (Bruno) is a surplus. And the other one, who like others have said is versatile and will play where you put him and has always been professional is a surplus. I dread to think who you think are the essential players in that squad.

Despite the hype from some after a win against hapless Everton, very few players fit his system. Rashford certainly doesn’t when you compare him to the 10s he had at Sporting. Very different profile.

I think Dalot is not good enough going forward to play wide and not good enough as a defender in a back three. Can sell him as a conventional right back for good money. Also would take 40mil for rashford to loose the wages and get a harder working upgrade, casemiro to suadi if possible. Shaw needs to go as too broken and huge wages tied up but who knows how you get rid of him short of a massive pay off.
We need to play Hoijlund to keep the arsenal defenders busy - if zirkzee plays Saliba will b roaming up the centre of the pitch. Its a great shame we r missing licha and mainoo, two of our best players - naive of Amorim not to bring them off at 3-0 to Everton before they were carded. Very early days for United. Remember it took around 8 transfer windows for Klopp to win the league after he took over.
