Good spotting, and yep got it sorted, mildly considered removing it from the system entirely but in the end I thought it might be nice. I still have to refab the brake lines so they sit in a tidy way but got the system working again with the old ones. Cheers for the recommendation!
It can be a battle eh, rewarding when you can get out and enjoy it. I’d love to do a crazy build one day that just sorts a few of the niggly things out without changing the nature of the beast too much.
@@foldinthemap it was catching going into second gear, one of the 3 detent flat springs broke and came out in the oil,, so I took the chance to have it rebuilt, might stop a few of the oil leaks..... Or slow them back a bit. Loving the videos of your Landrover Series adventures, some amazing landscape and of course the lovely Series 2

@foldinthemap yeah I found my old 109 with vh44 had a delay in brake release which didn't excite me. My current 2a I'm going to add s3 booster
There is all ways something crops up with an old Landrover, how many days out ive missed due to unscheduled work on the Series 3

@@foldinthemap my series 3 is having the gearbox rebuilt at this week so back on the road next week.
