Looking forward to reuniting with you and our problem child Humvee! Thank you for all of your help 🙏
I'am looking forward to watch GrindHard and FabRats do something fun together! 😀
Dangerous when the 2 of you colab . Im ready
Next time we will rent a larger unit 😂
Can’t Wait
Ganna need a new door😂
Wow you figured out our jumping sequence fast!
Hey Fab, rats… Huge fan dot
You should go back and check your video of picking up the hummer… The door for the driver side was on the roof the whole time.
Keep up the good work and keep having fun❤
@@TheHusabergerI can tell you haven't watched the whole video yet.
@@bripslag i think you should check 8:37 in the video and around there im an old army mechanic myself and i can safely say that is the door on the roof random guy on the street told no lies
@@bripslag AND YOU DID NOT WATCH THE WHOLE VIDEO
@@TheHusabergerwhat Husaberg do/did you have? Mine is an ‘06 650. Fabulous bike, great in the Baja 1000.
Yep, driver's door was sitting on the roof.....when y'all pulled out, I was yelling at the screen...."get the door off the roof!!!!" I blame hunter! LOL
Me too, Hunter should have seen it both times.
I saw it too and was thinking the same thing
Ditto.
The TCM works on 12VDC. Everything else is 24VDC. Verify 12V side is charging, behind passengers seat is a red reset button for the 12V TCM circuit also when you removethe seat there are fuse holders mounted to the cross brace should be 15Amp blue fuses.. That should get the transmission out of limp mode. If I had to guess voltage regulator for 12V is bad.( box on top of Alternator) . Once rear battery dropped below 10.5V or spikes over 15V the circuit breaker trips and TCM goes into limp mode. No power to TCM would cause the no crank as well.
That is some good intel right there!
My guess is "Thank You For Your Service! Welcome Home!"
Sir, you win the internet today.
Clutch
Make sure the 4 portal hubs have clean lube in them those thing are a pain to replace and are very expensive
I am glad y'all typed this out.
Came here to say this. Lol.
That kid on the slide reference to tire in storage was absolute gold 🤣
Reminds me of my grandson sliding down.
@@vancollins7965 thanks for sharing ..
I probably laughed to hard at that
Came here to agree that was perfectly done 👌
i laughed so hard on that lol
Driver side door was in the roof 😂😂😂
Shawn with the win 😂
Fab Rats + Grind Hard Plumbing = 1 amazing collaboration. Can't wait to see that!!!!
Dang it I was going to say that lol But it's going to be cool!
Finally. A colab that makes you actually want to watch both videos. Nice.
Fab Hard ... Grind Rats ya
The driver side door Saga just made my morning thank you
🤣
Yep everyone else nailed it. The driver door was on the roof when you opened the storage unit door you can see it.
Thats eithans fault , if it were in the bed you would of seen it ! Ohh well its just a door .
9:42
@@davestevens4263 yeah, the instructions were about THE door. Let the dude have 2nd one in exchange xD
The drivers door was on the roof of the Hum V when you picked it up. I was yelling "IT'S ON THE ROOF" but you didn't hear me lol. Gone when you got home
I was racing one of my grandsons in a go-cart. He was 12-13, I was about 67. He was in the lead and I was closing in on him very slowly. I had the accelerator pegged to the bottom and only touching the brakes going into turns. He was about 1/3 of my weight. About the 3rd lap, he went into a hairpin turn ahead of me and for a moment, I lost sight of him. When I rounded the turn, he was sitting sideways in the lane and I t-boned right into him at nearly full speed. The look on his face was priceless. I had no time to brake, I'm not even sure that I even let off the gas. Great times.
As soon as you pulled out I said to myself. I don’t think he realized the drivers door was on the roof and that’s why it was hitting you in the head. 😅
"You need some intervention, is what you need."
Grandma Lolly on point.
Finally fabrats and Grindhardp. Two amazing fabricators
They collabed kinda at KOH like 2 years ago too. Them doing a build together would break the internet though.
@@flintlock_glockTJR ........... O H Y ! That could be epic, or a complete uncomfortably awkward situation! LOL Either way, entertaining!
. That was a cool episode 👍
@inmyopinion6836 always epic.
At 17:40 Paul's head comes peeking around the tire and I'm thinking, "Firecracker in 3, 2,...😆
That is an old Marine Corps Humvee, you can tell because of the tall snorkel and exhaust. Wearing ear protective while riding in it is a must!
The final race...TRICYCLES😊
Hahahaha hahahaha!!!! Love it when you guys replay the video showing door on top and Paul mad at top hanging so low!!!! Hahaha!!!!
If Ethan comes down to pick it up, make sure you guys feel around the exhaust and just a lil patchwork can make a big difference, and the doors and roof would be good to get duct taped up, or something figured out because thats a thousand miles.
That rig definitely needs a duramax. As much as I'm not a Duramax guy I do think it deserves a good stout Duramax
The brakes run on power steering pressure not vacuum so make sure that’s good. And you can bypass the “computer” by pulling the big cannon plug and jumping pins a, e, and i
The baby on the slide edit @ 2:50 got me! I'm gonna have to attend both services Sunday morning to come back from my level of laughter.😇😂
i have quickly become a huge fan of your channel. humble, straight forward and clean. just love it. nicely done paul....nicely done.
That is some complement from a man and woman who exemplify those qualities.👍
So stoked to see @GrindHardPlumbingCo joining in the fun, dude is insane talented , his monster motorcycle is bananas!
I lost it when that kid went down the slide.🤣🤣🤣
Paul's face when he heard the door was on the roof, hahaha.
I can relate, I forgot to lock the latches on my UTV roof last Memorial Day when I towed it down to the off-road park. The next morning I realized my mistake when there wasn't a roof on top anymore. RIP. Took my nice light bar with it too.
You did lose a door!😂 Great video. A few flashbacks, awesome 👌 Thank you for sharing!😊
That is definitely (GRIND) HARD PLUMBING vehicle! With all that grinding of the gears!
The slide edit deserves more credit!!!
See there Paul! That door not killing someone was *your lucky number,* some things just work out! 👍😎✊
I drove many of these, it’s like entering the atmosphere in the space shuttle doing 65 on the highway.
Hunter said "I gotta live on the top while I can" 😂😂😂 I like the way he thinks😂😂
I have worked on hmmwv's for 20+ years. You should get glow plugs might fix hard start issue. Also make sure all the air is blead out of steering system before you change pump. If the brakes feel spongy it's probably still got air in power steering system.
I like how the one guy who didn't trash talk ends up beating both the trash talkers. Good job Sean.
Good people helping each other I appreciate that. You guys having to much fun.
Man that clip of the Tacoma brought back good times. You need to bring old faithful back out.
Drivers door was definitely on the roof. I saw it when you were backing out of the storage unit.
I'm glad the one we have at work is in top shape. Fires right up. It is loud. I usually will wear earmuffs
This really doesn’t settle anything now. All three of you are 1 to 1 to 1! Championship round!!
23:35 The old Tacoma in the background seems to be missing some of those round thingies underneath it.
Either that or Doc Brown had a fancy hover-conversion performed on it all the way in 2015. 😄
The door was laying flat on the top of the cab. Look at the videoat 8:41 when you are backing out. You can see the bottom seal of the door on the cab.
Paul you owe him a door. You definitely lost it.
At 2:00ish you can see something on the driver side roof ✓
Dont you say Sherlock.
At 9:16 you don't see anything on the roof . Hunter is sitting in the bed of the Hummer . He would have seen a door right
28:08 🤣👌
Paul's face.
Good on Hunter for backing off. You know which side your bread is buttered.
"What is this stuff? It's hitting my head" comment, made me lol
The door was on the roof!
27:05 is probably the missing door.
I love that TH-cam car guys all help each other out. In such a big country it’s amazing that people are willing to travel many hours to help each other . I go to borrow a few sockets from a friend 7miles away and it takes 2days and many excuses🤣
Going to be fun seeing you enjoying this piece of America’s military might 👍
I could swear you can see something (door maybe) laying on the top when it was in the storage unit. Check out 7:19 there looks to be something on the roof over the drivers side.
.4 seconds on a K1 Speed-sized track is huge Paul. This is from experience doing endurance racing on those tracks and a 12h go-kart race using similar karts.
A trick we used to do is hold a flat piece of plastic over the exhaust and turn it over. Not sure why it always worked but you hold tight for about 5-8 seconds and release the pressure fast and she would pop off.
I love it that Sean whipped both of you at go carts!
2:48 the slide kid lmao 😂
USMC comm guy here. Idk if this is common knowledge; I've only had to do this on cold starts on winter days, but covering the exhaust with a wood board or somethin' usually helps it start a lil faster. Also, the amount of times we've had to push these things is awful especially when the armored one's get stuck in ditches. Our unit always got the shitty one's the other units didn't want. It made it seem impossible that these survived the heat of the middle east, let alone the North Carolina heat. We became real good friends with the mechanics, to say the least.
Every viewer saw the door right from the begining. I think your minds were on Go Carts.
Seriously watched in succession, well done by both parties, also great timing/editing
The door you lost was sitting on top of the cab 🤣ya goofs!
love the tire bounce/kid on slide. I actually laughed out loud.
There was something laying on top of the humvee when you loaded it. Possibly the driver side door. I didn't see it when you guys were at the go cart track. That may have been whet was lost.
That's my thinking too. The door was on top of the roof, and fell off.
I commented before I had finished the video. It was a door on top they lost.
@@TheBigcatrider rgeular little Hercule Poirot aren't you?
They claim they didn't go in that side and they checked it but that's a bold face lie because it wasn't mounted it was sitting on the roof like you said

I was thinking just before yall got on the podium “what if sean is racing with em and he wins? Now its a P-1, H-1 and now Sean-1. Still tied!! Lol
Love you guys
(ALL OF THE FAB RATS TEAM!)
This is really cool of you guys, but in all honesty I wouldn't think nothing different of Fab Rats you guys are awesome and always ready to help anyone. God Bless you guys and your families, stay safe on your travels 🙏🏼. I think I can speak for all your following families, we love you guys 💪😊👍
Always a riot runnin with Grindhard !!!
Yup, they need some real help on that one 😅 fabrats to the rescue. Can't wait to see the collaboration, more so the wheeling lol. Awesome fellas thanks for the share
Pretty sure the driver's door was on top of the Cab when the Hummer was inside the storage container. You can see the metal frame of the door when you mentioned the ceiling falling when you were backing it out...
Love seeing my 2 favorite channels working together 🎉🎉🎉
Y'all are Amazing, Yes without any questions. 👁️🙏👁️
Fab Rats & Grind Hard, what a great collaboration
I’m so glad to see everyone working together making content. I’m enjoying the crap out of this series.
When I was watching them try to drive home, I was hoping they called Fab Rats to collaborate. I love it.
Man, i wasnt sure about Sean at first but Sean is the kind of guy every business owner is looking for. What a great guy, humble, knows a ton, stays in his lane, puts his head down and grinds but when he does cut up its hilarious. Great addition to the team.
This is gonna be a fun Colab!! I cannot wait to see both channels working on this together. Paul and Ethan are both hilarious so it's gonna be good!!
Paul the video with your little boy Grayson was awesome your mini me acts just like dad for sure good kids you have and from a dad that's years of love and work
A Grind Hard Fab Rats colab would be epic. Hope he brings the new Monster Bike with him. Oooo, let’s see if the Chang Lee really can go where nobody can walk in Utah Will!
Ethan new the right person for the job, Paul immediately figured out how to start the thing without knowing he had to crawl under it he did it anyway
Grandma Lolli is amazing.
BTW Paul the glowplugs are thankful for you letting them do their thing. All the yahoo's jump in then right straight to cranking without giving them a chance to warm up. Leads to screwed up glowplugs that swell up / seize and or break off when replacing them. A off and on experience with them from 87 to 10.
Someone posted that the drivers door was on the roof. Yup, @ 9:40, there it is. That'll cost a couple hundred +.
The cross bow above the seats should be straight with a slight bow upward in the center. The two aluminum square tubes are the end piece to the standard military cot.
That's a Marine Humvee, you can tell by the exhaust stack on the side.
Oh man, would I ever like to see you guys build one of these for your selves...A tow truck or rock crawler would be awsome. Please get one. If anyone else thinks Fab rats should have one let it be known guys?
I'm looking forward to you guys working on it! Catch you on the next. ✌️ 😊
Thank you Paul and crew for the adventure and loads of laughs ! Looking forward to the collaboration between the 2 channels !
9:40 i think he mean that door on the roof top.
Plumbing and rats always go hand in hand 😂 my two absolutely favorite channels besides cars and cameras good to see people helping people 🇺🇸
The driver side door was on the top…I saw it. You will too when you reviewed the footage
When I watched their original video I was thinking they were gonna need some help with the beast. I absolutely love that this thing made it's way to the FabRats team for some much needed love 😂👌
As a former army tanker
You notice the headliner was bow inward. It was used as a sleeping area
Driver side door was up top to 😂
Thank You For Your Service to Our Country Mr. @Jimimackjr1
used by a rookie you mean. anyone who knows anything knows that you use a folding litter placed across the wooden supports in the cargo area.
bonus, you have room for your ruck underneath.
edited to add: those aluminum bars holding up the front tarp are from a folding cot.
As a former tanker myself, we slept on the back deck of the Abrams.
@@boudroux1 wasn’t always on tanks. Was part of HQ tanks. I had to help supply once in a while when top was doing other things
You guys are awesome helping out.Grindhard plumbingco I love to see TH-cam is working together even just mechanics working together.Awesome job brothers!
Grindhard guys are awesome builders!😊
thank you for being the right guy for the job.
The door was on the roof when Paul opened the storage unit. I’m here saying the door the door the door on the rooftop.!!!!
I think Paul owes the good Samaritan an apology about the door...😅😅😅😅
Yeah, how is a rando suppose to know their Hummer has only one door, I too would assume they lost one
M1121. Still newer than the HMMWV that I drove in Iraq on 2004. I had a 1985 M998 35 top speed when they armored it up.
A collaboration with Grind Hard should be GREAT! What a dichotomy that will be. I hope Ethan brings the crew. Great teaser episode.
They met out at King of the Hammers and each basically fell in love with what the other team made
I hope Ethan doesn't bring the crew. He's the only one I like from that channel. The only one that seems to know how to do anything useful too.
@@Ryan_Tidwell Hence , the dichotomy! They will play to each other and learn stuff!
Hey awesome adventure fabrats. Can’t wait to see the next.
So, you actually did lose a door. I think you should go back to Vegas and find it.
I saw the door on the roof from the start and thought that they wouldn't notice it. After they loaded up the Hummer I could still see it on the roof. I was hoping they wouldn't miss it, but they did. 🫤
Havnt been keeping up with FabRats much lately my mother passing and stuff but think ill watch this one tonsee what theyve got in store for the troubled Humvee
Tell hunter to lift the bench seat and the 2 side panels behind the 2 seats open up as storage compartment to rear back seats
Thanks for the collaboration! -Gindhard fan.
9:43 is a better shot of the missing door!
28:10 is even better.
The fellowship you three have is very awesome and important. Thanx for sharing. 🇺🇸 👍🏼
I can tear one of those apart and put it back together again in my sleep! I miss and hate working on those things from my time in the Army
🇺🇸
U should probably go help them 😂
Or at least send them a few emails on the problem areas. I was going to try posting a few.
@DB-yj3qc i think Paul is plenty capable of figuring that out on his own, not like these are super complicated or difficult to work on.
I know alot of folks got tired of the rail vids but they were so much fun lol
