Just like Derek, you are the same in person as on camera and I really appreciated that. Grandma Lolly told us that your dad told you to be yourself and don't let the show change you. We've enjoyed all your projects and look forward to all the future projects. Keep up the good work!!!

My dad died in 2007, and it does not get any easier. Paul, I completely understand when you gotta take a minute while talking about all stuff “Dad”! My dad’s been gone for 17 years now, and I still get sweat in my eyes, and my voice shakes a little (actually a whole lot) when I have something to say about him! I’m tearing up just typing this!
You are just as fortunate as I am with having the fathers we had. I remember being out in the garage repairing vehicles with him until late, and hearing him raise his voice like, “I sure hope YOU can see what I’m doing!!” He would have me holding the light for him, and invariably I’d try to see what he was doing and he’d lose his light! 😅
No better education could be gotten by a curious little guy!! No question was a dumb question.

As soon as I seen Paul standing with his dads truck I knew it was coming❤ I’ve yet to lose someone I was that close to, and I know I will not be able to handle that pain and sadness the way he does. Paul, you truly are a strong man, I want you to know that at 23 years old(I’ve been watching since the Tacoma build) that you truly are a role model to me. The daughter I’ve stepped up to raising has benefited from all the lessons I’ve gotten from you, as my father was no where near as loving and kind as you are. I envied your children for the relationship you share with them, and I knew I wanted my kiddos to have that too. Watching you build cool stuff is a benefit too

You have earned that line up. Not saying you aren't lucky, but it's not solely luck.
It's work & motivation. And relatability
That's why we like the Fab Rats family

The Golden Nugget is what I think brought a lot of viewers to the channel, including me. I was surprised no honorable mention at lease.

Make the PACARD into a moonshine runner, dirt back road ripper . Instead of moonshine , have fuel for Matt when he runs out

Paul, we all know how much the towtruck means to you because it was your dads, but i just want you to know that every time i see it in a video, the first thing i think of is your father.
i know he is smiling down from heaven with a grin every time you fire it up!

Nice line up of vehicles but they are all for you. Michelle is a very big part of your success, you owe it to yourself and Michelle to put everything aside and get her Jeep done and listen to her and do it the way she wants it. Step up and get her done !

Better late than never! Question, I’ll be in Kanab and Zion National Park later in the week. Any suggestions for where to take my 9 yr old daughter? Or where to eat? I can’t wait!!

Activities I liked to do as a kid. Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park, Emerald Pools trail (Zion), Drive through the Mount Carmel Tunnel (Zion), Hike the Narrows (the river bed is the trail at the end of the paved portion. Might be too cold for that activity). Fab Rats put together a video of activities they like to do in the area.

Weeping Rock would be on the list but unfortunately it was impacted by a massive landslide a few years ago.

I am amazed it's been four years. I watched some of your videos before you started on the Golden Nugget build, that was when I subscribed, it seems a long time ago and been amazing to see your channel grow now to over 617 K, I loved the work you did on Hunters Truck, I love what you did for your brother Ben's Jeep that you got him after his trailer flipped. It was great to see the work you did with your Dad, and then to build Granpa Sherms truck again. It's been epic to see the fun you have had with Merlin and Hunter picking up the Yellow Submarine rebuilding it, tracking the people down, hearing their story of survival, and returning it to them. The day Matt delivered the Rat Shack and took out the wires. Hunter and Landon almost getting killed 4x4 in the dark and getting their truck suspended in mid air. So many great memories, I love you channel. I love watching it, through all the growth, sadness, struggles, laughter, and progress. It has been an amazing adventure you have taken us along. Thank you so much for the lessons, for being real, there is so much more, but I'm not writing a novel 🙂
