    If you want to further reduce the impact of cancellations on your business, we offer a range of optional features that may suit your property.
    Can I set specific guest requirements to decide who can book my property?
    In order to make sure you receive genuine bookings, we require guests to provide a valid email address, credit card info, and also have a good track record for their previous stays.
    For more control over who can book your property, you can also set additional guest requirements* in your Extranet. Just follow these steps:
    1. Click the Property tab, then Policies.
    2. Scroll down to Guest Requirements.
    3. Click Edit. Here you can set booking requirements, making sure guests:
    provide a verified phone number
    provide their address
    4. Click Save to finalize your changes.

    Agar customer ne book kiya hai per property not available ho to kya kare, fake image of rooms etc.

      Property available nahi he to apko inventory pahle hi update kr dena he taaki double booking se aap bach jaye.

    Please help in verifying address location of my property .
    I have uploaded videos several times but not working and their letter code is not coming to my address and every time i call them regarding this they are unable to help .......plz suggest any better way to verify my property address

    Is this option still available of verified phone number? Your video shows it as a beta feature. I recently listed my property and can not see this feature.

      Sir this feature will not be visible in all properties. This feature will be activated by Booking.com itself only then you can take advantage of it.

      Dekhiye ye option aaj kal sabhi property par show nahi ho raha he. Par me bahoot hi jaldi ek accha video lane wala hu jis se ki aapki fake booking kuchh hadd tak kum ho sakti he khatam nahi ho sakti.

      Isme apki marzy he. Wese to as per booking.com ye legal nahi he. Fir bhi aap ke no show jyada hi ho rahe ho to ap apne hisab se apni risk par aisa kr sakte ho

      Ji sir leni padti he. Aap pahle 15 to 20 days chala ke dekhiye... agar apko lagta he ki apki location homestay ke liye acchi he aap ko booking aati he ya aap chala paate he. To apko gujrat tourism me contact krke registration krne ki zarurat he.

      3) in property tab go to policies
      3) one new window will open, you need to scroll down.
      there you will see in section "Guest Requarement"
      if you didn't get you may call.

    Hello Sir
    We are facing a problem on our booking.com page like, if someone try to booked a room in our hotel for 2 adult and 1 kids, guest can't booked 1 room they have to booked any twin room whenever 1 room is enough for them. What should I do now to solve this issue? Could you please help me?🙏

    Guest requirment beta is not available i check today for my hotel
    In guest information
    I find the option
    Guest address details
    Guest phone number
    But not find guest verify number option
