Step 1: Go to in.goibibo.com...
Step 2: Click on 'Get started for free'.
Step 3: Enter your full name.
Step 4: Select from the drop down if you are a hotel/property or a channel manager.
Step 5: Enter your email address. This email address will be your username to manage your property.
Step 6: Create a password for your account and confirm.
Step 7: Click on ‘Register Now’.
Step 8: Check your email to find the link received from ‘hotelpartners@go-mmt.com’
Step 9: Click on the link to activate your account.
Step 10: Sign in to your account through user ID and the password generated in the previous steps.
Step 11: Select the type of property you want to register. For example- Hotel or a Homestay.
Step 12: Select the subcategory of your property.
Step 13: Fill the basic details of your property like property name, star category, contact details, etc.
Step 14: Fill the correct address of your property.
Step 15: Update 4 to 5 amenities offered at your property.
Step 16: Create categories of rooms. Creating minimum one category is mandatory.
Step 17: Upload a minimum of 4 to 5 ‘photos’ of your property and a minimum of 3 ‘photos’ of the room type that you have created. Please ensure that you are uploading photos in a landscape mode.
Step 18: Mention your property policies,house rules, check-in,and check-out timings, and cancellation policies. (Cancellation policy for the minimum duration of one month is mandatory).
Step 19: Fill in your bank details for us to transfer money for all the prepaid bookings.
Step 20: Upload your lease/registration document as a valid Govt. proof of your property.
Step 21: Fill in your GST details if you have a registered GST number for your property. If you aren’t GST registered, select No and put a tick mark into the last checkbox given in the end to confirm the details submitted by you are correct.
Step 21: Congratulations! You are now on board with us. You will now be redirected to your property page where you can start managing your property.

Video ke last me finance & legal process me mene bataya hua he ki kis tarah ke documents lagenge. Uss documents ke alawa aour kuchh bhi nahi lagenge. Kuchh alag se licence ya registration ki zarurat nahi he agar homestay he. Agar hotel he to comment kijiye?

Sir, maine apne hotel ka registration kiya aapki video ki madad se. Lekin 2 hafte ho gaye hain aur abhi tak quality check (jo next step hai) ke liye koi jankaari nahi mili hai mmt ki taraf se.. na hi koi customer support helpline prapt ho paa rahi hai mujhe jisse main iss bare mein jaankari le pau.. pls help.. much appreciated..
Sir. Gommt ki service bahoot jyada slow he. Jub mene khud apni property list ki thi to unka call 8 months ke baad aya tha. Aap wait krne ke alawa kuchh nahi kr sakte. Aap airbnb, booking.com, irctc hotel, trip.com, yatra.com inme bhi property list kr sakte he. Koi help lage to batayiyega.

ayush bhai agar aap entire homestay registered kr rahe he jisme aap one customer ko entire homestay provide kr rahe he to apko entire homestay ka area dalna chahiye.
aour agar aap private room registered kr rahe he jese ki hotel ka private room hota he to usme sirf uss ek private room ka area dalna he.

Ap directly site se gstn no update nahi kr sakenge. Apko apne business development manager( BDM) ko call krke inform krna hoga. Fir unke email par apko gstn cirtificate, pan card aour adhar card bhejna hoga. Tb bhi uske bad turant update nahi hoga. Apke BDM ki jub marzy hogi tb hi update hoga.
Iske liye apko lagatar apne bdm ko call krte rahna he.

Ap gommt me apki property list kr rahe he jis se apko booking ayegi. Par apko apni property ke liye license bhi lena padega. Agar apka lodge ya hotel he jisme 6 room ya isse jyada he to apko waha ke nagar nigam se licence lena padega jo ki bahoot zaroori he.

Aap deactivate kr dijiye listing ko. Rate plan remove kr dijiye. Inventory zero kr dijiye. Booking ana apko band ho jayegi. Baki property remove naa to aap kr sakte ho naa me kar sakta hu. Uske liye apko apne business development manager se request krna hoga.
