  • How to mark no-shows on Pulse
    You can report no-shows on Pulse, just take a look at the steps below:
    Select the Bookings tab on Pulse.Find the reservation you would like to mark as a no-show. You can use the search bar at the top of the screen, or select the arrival date on the calendar and locate the reservation in the list below it.Select the appropriate reservation.Scroll to the bottom of the screen.Select the Mark as a no-show button.Select Yes from the pop-up options.

      Nahi guest ko koi fees nahi deni hogi. Agar apne kahi booking ki he aap waha nahi gay to wo hotlier apki booking ko cancel kr dega jisme naa to hotlier ko koi fees lagegi aour naa hi apko. Bhawishya me bhi koi bhi fees nahi lagegi.

      agar apka 18% commission slab he aour room ka rate 2000 rs he. to apka 2000 rs ka 18% mtlb 360rs katega. 360 ka 18% (Income par gst) ye bhi katega mtlb hua apka 65 rs. aour issi 360 rs ka 5% ya 1% processing charges katenge. jese 360×1%= 4 rs. total 360+65+4=429 hua. 2000-429= 1571 rs ke as pas apko milega. koi iska perfect calculation nahi he par calculation aisa hi he to make my trip ke dwara bataya gaya he.

      Dekho bhai aap charge as no show kroge to bhi customer se pese apko hi lene padenge. Aour sath hi sath booking.com ko commission bhi apko hi dene padenge. Isse behtar ye he ki agar apne guest se payment nahi liya he to mark no show as charging mut kijiyega. Comments ke liye apko dhanyawad.

      1) booking.com customer se kabhi koi pese nahi legi... pese apko hi lena hoga customer se. Maan lijiye aap "charge the no show krte he" to month end me booking.com ko apko uss customer ka commission dena hoga.
      Agar customer apki property par aya hi nahi he to iska mtlb ye he ki apka customer se koi bhi communication hi nahi hua. Agar hua hota to ap apke property ki inventory increase krke apne uss room ko bookable bana sakte ho.
      Me apko ek video link share krta hu wo aap follow kijiye... customer ke aane ke pahle hi unko call kijiye... apko "No Show" ki problem se 80% tak chhutkara mil jayega.

    Main ek Studnet hu Maine ek hotel book kiya tha booking. Com se (mera exam center dusre sahar me para tha isliye)
    Sir train chut jane ke karan main waha pahuch nahi paya
    Maine pahle se koi payment nahi kiya tha
    Lekin hotel policy me likha hai ki agar 1 din pahle hotel cancel karege to paisa refund nahi hoga
    Kya sir hotel wala mere ko call karke paisa mang sakta hai??

      Sir hotel wala agar apko call krta he to aap unko bata do ki aap ki yatra cancel ho chuki he. Wo apse kuchh bhi nahi mangega. Aour bhawishya me bhi aap kabhi bhi booking.com se koi bhi booking karte ho to bhi apse ye booking ka paisa ya kisi bhi prakar ka fine nahi manga jayega.
      Aap chahe to aour bhi sawal poochh sakte he.

      Booking.com hamesha yahi samjhega ki "guest is god" guest jo bol raha he wo sahi bol raha he. Fir bhi agar hum sahi he to hame customer care par inform krna he. Iss beech apko invoice bhi ayegi wo apko pay bhi krna he. Par customer care ke contact me rahna he. Cuustomer care walo ke pas kafi sare tools hote he ki jis se wo pata laga paye ki guest jhooth bol raha he ya hotlier sach. Jyadatar case me yahi hota he ki hotlier jhoot bol raha he aour isliye pahli bar me booking.com guest ko hi sach man ke chalti he. Ye process apko sahna padega iska aour koi solution nahi he.

      Due date se pahle nahi kiye to koi mtlb nahi payment krne ka. Agar fir bhi delay hua he...to pahle payment clear kijiye fir 48 hours ke andar agar payment clear nahi hota he to apko customer care me contact krna chahiye.
      Apke question ka direct answer :- agar ap payment nahi krenge to apki property close ho jayegi aour fir kabhi dobara se list nahi hogi chahe aap payment bhi kr do.

      Doing no show is a process by which we inform booking.com that the customer has not come to us.

      If you charge the no show fee, then it means Booking.com will understand that you have taken cancelation charges from your customer.
      So then booking.com will send you the invoice and that too will take its commission.

      In 2018-19, Booking.com started the system of advance payment, which was closed after a few months. There is no use of adding bank account now.
      But still you can take prepayment from the customer, I am sharing a video with you and watch it.

    I'm unable to re open rooms from calendar for the dates the guest booked for, It seems force closed, guest did not show up even after 24 hours his arrival date (the next day) so I reported no show in timely manner to booking.com (48 hours limit), but i think as you described, booking.com sends a confirmation mail to guest to which he has to respond if he was able to show up at the property or not, what happens if a guest ignores or doesn't respond to the confirmation mail sent by booking.com, my listing stays force closed for the dates until guest responds? My listing can only use 'cash on arrival' so I also cannot charge cancellation/no show fee for the listing.

      1st answer: apko jis wakt bhi mslum pad jaye ki customer apki property me nahi aane wala he uss wakt hi aap apne room ki inventory increase kr sakte he. Iske liye aaj hi mai ek video bana ke upload kr dunga aour link apko bhi share kr dunga. Aapke sath sath sour bhi logo ko help ho jayegi.

      Apko 3 days ke andar no show krna chahiye tha. Agar aap no show nahi kr paye to apko payment krna padega. In case agar aap ye matter escalate krna hi chahte he to booking.com customer care me kijiye. Aap ko customer care ka no mere ek video me mil jayega. Uss video me land line phone ki photo bani hui he, wahi video dekhiye.

Par mera apko suggestion he, ki aap over due date se pahle hi apka payment kr do. Aour jo pese apke gay he wo aage ki bookings me cover kro. Isse bhar ke cleR kr do. Delay mut kro.
