Mere sath hua .. Agoda se booking Kiya for paid full amount 2000.. when I reached the hotel they said I need to pay an additional amount of 2000 because hotel cannot give such discount.. no contact centre.. luckily found chat support and after very tiring follow-up cancelled booking and than got refund after many days ..never book in India using Agoda they give illegal discount which hotels cannot afford

I have had the worst experience with oyo booking in Delhi.
to be honest oyo company itself is a scam trust me guys.
I request you to please share this on all social networking sites and even put a case on them bhai.
I suspect this might be a scam by the hotel owner. I initially booked an individual home on Agoda for 6000 Rs, and I diligently monitored the price daily. To my surprise, the very next day, the same home appeared on the listing, but now at a higher price of 8000 Rs. I'm concerned that if someone books it at this increased rate, my existing reservation could be canceled. In my attempt to address this issue, I contacted Agoda, and they provided me with the property owner's contact details. Unfortunately, my calls and emails to the owner have gone unanswered.
Same happens here in assam via oyo, they will show prices from 500-800 per night but when you reach the hotel they say theres an issue with oyo and we need to pay 1000 to 1600 and when you dont have any option since its night ,its a big issue
Worst experience with online booking specially via call lost 4.5K
Highly recommended to not book any hotel which ask call to get hotel details and payment to book hotel.
Lot of scammers are in north India like Mathura, Ayodhya.
I am from North itself so don't judge me wrong.
Best to have offline booking I know its a pain that we will get stay or not

Aur Agoda ki bat kare guest ka payment 40 days bad aata hai hamare pass wo bhi koi technical problem create na ho to aur same like oyo ye log booking ke time discount de dete hai aur Hume email msg, bhi nahi karte🙄, hume to guest rat ke 2-3 baje aake uthate hai jab ki humne checking time 12pm ka rakha hai , phir guest morning ko check out bhi nahi karte aur next day booking may problem AA jati hai
Payment ke liye Oyo Agoda ko bohot followup karana padata hai iss liye hum booking off kar dete hai most of the time seson may

I booked Whoopers Hostel Anjuna beach from Agoda last year in November. And I got confirmation from Agoda for particular date But when I reached hotel i found that my booking date is different. And i have to go different hotel and paid the double price. In few days i got refund but we can't rely on Agoda 😢

The worst experience from my room booking in nellore . I have ordered double room and with an extra cot for third guest and agoda allow me to book this and charged money for that , but after going to hotel , they said from the Information they got its only single room for 2 guest and they charged extra bucks to book another room for third guest. Please don't spoil your reputation from advertising for this kind of fraud companies
Sir, maine Goa me hotel book karaya agoda melagbhak 1 month pahle wo bhi paid, or jis din main pahuchne wala tha to hotel se phone aaya ki booking cancel kar diya, bakli apps me booking confirmed bata raha tha, main hotel gaya wo mana kar diya. Family k saath raat 12 baje Tak baitha raha Agoda se baat hua to waha se koye positive response nhi mila 1 hour baad mera paisa refund kiya, but mera question ye hain ki agar Paisa paid hone k baad aap ko last moment me Paisa wapas kar Raha hain to advance booking ka kya matlab

In line had a very bad experience yesterday ( 21st August). Online hotel booking is total fraud . They quote inflated rates ( my room price was quoted at Rs9999/- per night (which only star category hotels can quote) ,and then they said they will provide70-80% discount, once you book and then reach the hotel you will find that the rates cannot be more than rs1000 per night- i paid Rs2200 per night....pictures and desciptions are deliberatly misleading

Agoda വഴി റൂം ബുക്ക് ചെയ്തു പക്ഷേ ഞങ്ങൾക്കു പോകാൻ പറ്റാത്ത സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ ബുക്ക് ചെയ്ത റൂം cancel ചെയ്തു, പക്ഷെ രണ്ടു മാസമായി അവർ cash refund ചെയ്തില്ല

Oyo does a lot of frauds, scams with hotel owners and customers and involved in many of unfair business practices. Checkin denial, property unlisted hai phir b nhi hatate, last minute cancellation, fake advance payment is a big mistake, no refunds, no customer satisfaction and many more.
Ya, this also running from Oyo, but this is ture things which was faced by me.
