    Did I hear this right? Hostaway clients , you can set it up for them? We are new hosts, and are with Hostaway but COMPLETELY lost on how everything is suppose to work. Is there a way to have hostaway get on a call with us to ensure we are connected and setup properly for everything?

    No snow should be charged if they cancel the day of arrival. But booking did not charge them. What can i do?

      Have you recently changed your cancellation policy? Hostaway will export your original settings upon connection, but changes afterwords need to be updated on booking.com. Feel free to contact our support team for more help!

    Hi, under the Finance Tab, i do not have any Payments by Booking option. I do not want to accept Cash at my property as these are usually fake reservations. I want a Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Account transfer option. I am from Fiji. Please advise.

      No advise at all. Why cant they be like airbnb?? The payment comes directly to your bank account.

    What are the eligibility requirements for a host to get Payments by Booking.

    • @Hostawaycom
      @Hostawaycom  ปีที่แล้ว

      This depends on your location, type of properties, history with Booking.com and revenues. Please see this page: partner.booking.com/en-us/help/policies-payments/payment-products/understanding-payments-bookingcom or contact Booking.com to ask about this option!

      Good luck getting a straight answer. I've been waiting for a property to be approved for 4 months now.

      @Hostawaycom doesnt make sense since they will be receiving their commission anyway. Why cannot they operate like airbnb and vrbo who provide banking options from the beginning.

    Is the online payment available in the uk?

    • @Hostawaycom
      @Hostawaycom  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The short answer should be yes, but if you specifically mean through Payments by Booking, where Booking.com takes care of charging the guest and sending directly the money to the Host, please check following the instructions here: partner.booking.com/en-us/help/policies-payments/payment-products/understanding-payments-bookingcom.
      However, if you mean through Hostaway using Stripe (for instance), absolutely, either we'll receive the guest CC details and send them to a connected payment processor (Stripe) or Booking.com will send us the VCC for the exact amount that needs to be charged. Both options will work in a very similar way!
      Hope this helps.
