    Maintaining good contact with guests before, during, and after their stay can not only help you plan more effectively, but provide them with a better stay. Here you can learn how to set the right expectations, share vital info, and provide consistently great experiences.
    If you can’t get in touch with a guest, let our Customer Service Team know and we’ll help you resolve any issues.
    Tips for contacting guests
    It’s comforting for guests to know that partners are always available to answer questions or provide info. Here’s how to get the most out of contact with your guests
    Reach out before their stay A welcoming message isn’t just a friendly gesture, it also reassures guests that they chose the right place to spend their time away from home. Try providing details like check-in hours, directions, and parking info.
    Reply to messages quickly A swift reply goes a long way to creating a great experience. Save yourself time by setting up automatic replies to answer the most commonly asked questions. Your guests will receive an email, and you can also include message templates to provide any additional info.
    Create message templates The majority of communication concerns the same topics - for example, parking costs, luggage storage, or how to reach the property. Respond to queries in a few seconds with message templates. To make things even easier, you can add placeholders for your guest’s name, check-in time, and property name.
    Keep track of your Reply Score We display a Reply Score in the Reservation messages section of the Extranet Inbox. The sooner you reply to messages, the better your score will be. Partners with high scores tend to have lower cancellation rates and better reviews.
    Contacting guests via the Extranet
    Here’s how to reach out to guests on the Extranet:
    Log in to the Extranet
    Go to the Reservations tab
    Click on the name or reservation number you want to contact and write a message under Conversation with guest
    Click Send
    If you receive a message or question from a guest, you can also contact them through your inbox:
    Log in to the Extranet
    Click Inbox
    Click Reservation messages
    Type your response to their message. You can also send pre-written message templates or attach images
    Click Send
    Contacting guests via Pulse
    You can contact guests anytime using our Pulse app. Follow these steps to write a message to a guest from your mobile device:
    Open the Pulse app
    Tap Bookings
    Tap the name of the guest you want to contact
    Respond under the Messages tab
    Type your message or select a pre-written template
    Press Send
    It’s also possible to share images or locations using the Pulse app:
    Open the Pulse app
    Tap Messages and select the guest you’d like to communicate with
    Tap the plus icon (+)
    Choose from the options to add an image or share a location
    Press Send

    Okay so I have been searching this on google and TH-cam but I’ll ask u
    I have been trying to add prepayment method when guests books my homestay they need to pay in advance a certain amount but I don’t accept credit card
    What should I do ?
    And my second CONFUSING question is
    My policy is if guest doesn’t show up they need to pay full amount
    So how they gonna pay me ?
    When I’m accepting payment on check in
    (At the moment)

      1) sabse pahli baat aap ye jaan lijiye ki payment sirf aap hi guest se lenge, aour koi bhi dusara jese ki booking.com ya koi 3rd party payment nahi lega sirf aap hi lenge.
      2) apko payment check-in ke time hi lena he.
      3) agar booking.com se kuchh acchi property ko ye prepaid ka option ata bhi he to bhi booking.com sirf website me ye display kr sakti he ki prepayment needed but tub bhi bina kisi amount ke booking ho jayegi . Yaha par bhi apko hi guest se payment lena he.
      4) aksar ye dekha gaya he ki agar aap guest se pahle se payment mangate ho to guest pese bhi nahi deta apki property me nahi aata aour apka room khali chala jata he. Isliye booking.com ke guest ko aap jitni jyada chhoot doge utba hi aane ki sambhawna he.
      5) jyada jankari ke liye aap mujhe whatsapp kr sakte ho mera no apko issi channel ke naam se google map me mil jayega.
      6) apka question accha laga iss topic me mai bahoot jaldi video le ke aunga.

      Agar apka guest de de to. Jyadatar aisa hota he ki guest se agar hum apni safety ke liye pese mangne lagte he to guest booking hi cancel kr deta he. 😃😃

      Generally dekha gaya he ki hum jub bhi guest se advance lete he wo booking cancel kr deta he. But its up to u ki agar aap advance le paye to zaroor lijiye.

    Hi sir ...good morning..agar kal ka check in tha time 10 pm n check out 11 am to hotelier ko after check out kya select karna hota hai pulse aap par like kuch marked no show or waived no show kuch option ata hai ..pls suggest kijiye .. procedure exact kya hota hai ...n payment stay pe hi Leni hoti haina .. because no creadit card only cash accept... booking without payment confirm ho jati hai

    Please guide me. My pulse app do not show guest contact number when they book, and even I have set in policies that guests must provide the address and contact numbers. It does not show even then. It was shown before I updated the latest version of the pulse app. Please help.

      Bilkul chinta mut kariye... aisa bahoot se logo ke sath ho raha he. Aap ko apki property ke extranet me jaa kr confirm property location me click krna he. Waha upload video me click krke exterior video interior video rooms ke video sab apko bana ke upload kr dena he. Kum size me hi video ban jana chahiye.

      2nd ye ki customer ne booking kr diya...par check in ke time customer nahi aya... subah se raat ho gayee par customer nahi aya... to uske liye ye video dekhiye taki apka commission naa kate.

      1) customer se baat krne se 80% hame samajh me aa jata he ki customer ayega ya nahi.
      2) pulse app me messaging me "message templates", "automatic replies", "template scheduler" ye bana ke rakhiye isse bhi customer ko turant message mil jata he jis se ye pata chalega ki customer apki property me aane wala he ya nahi... ye kese banate he iska bhi video jaldi hi aa jayega.
      3) ye risk to apko lena hi padega... haa aap last minute deal activate kr sakte he jisse ki apka left room jaldi sold out ho jayega...
      Pramotions kese dalna he iska video bhi jaldi aa jayega.

      Agr aap booking.com wale customer ke liye airbnb aour mmt wala block nahi krenge to bhi double nuksan hoga jese ki double booking aa sakti he. Proper way yahi hoga ki aap customer se contact kariye. Baat krne se clear ho jayega ki customer aa raha he ya nahi aa raha.

      Wrong nahi he. Wo number kabhi lag jata he to kabhi nahi lagta. Aap monday to friday dopahar ke wakt try kijiye. Aour naa lage to kisi aour din dobara se try kijiye. Kabhi naa kabhi lag hi jayega. Par maximum time lag jata he.
