Great Tina. It can be less strenuous to keep the knees down in upward facing dog pose and it causes less of an arch in the lower back so we can stay for a little longer and focus on our technique. Likewise it's helpful with the knee down in the lunge as well. 👏🙏

I like the knee down in lunge position and for upward facing dog. 🙏
