@@hernehaugen6878Yeah, they meant to say cats. House cats definitely play with their food and sometimes just don’t even bother to eat it. I’m just happy my cats are mostly too stupid to hunt, the only one successful fails to kill it and just brings it home to play with it alive
@@hernehaugen6878tbf it's not technically playing but killer whales will find seals on ice floats where they swim under it at the last second to wash water over and knock the seal off. 0:48 Randtron developed a form of wireless electricity transfer in ~2014. I was an impromptu guest during a successful test. I have always wondered why they didn’t create that technology for consumers or the military.
Technically that technology existed for a long time with the Tesla coil able to induce electric currents from a distance without wires connecting them
Ever seen or used a wireless phone charger, or an induction cooktop? Same thing, different application and wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy lower power levels. Your AM radio? Same thing. Wifi? Same thing. 1:30 my sisters friend who is an electricle engineer worked on this tech for a while, its actually pretty simple and has existed for like 100 years but only recentaly did it become effichent enough to be practicle. its basically converting electricity into light (typically higher energy than radio but lower energy than visable) then sending it in a laser of a form of that light then a reciver has a photovoltaic but specially from IR/ microwave lasers and converts it back into electricity. Very cool tech and can also send information through laser encoding.
