@@kangchenjunga591 I wasn't ever tortured to practice. I've been playing since I was 5 and was at a similar level at her age, I really enjoyed playing and sight read a lot of pieces. I never saw it as practice just fun.
Honestly Joy, it can't be that much longer for you. Yuja Wang was, (I think) playing Mozart K545 at around age 10 or 11? And Opus 36, Opus 55 and 20 etc. while reading the music. But this performance is ridiculous! I mean from memory and so perfectly at 10 years old??? WOW!!! (Work on charisma ... subtle charisma, stage presence and audience communication. Just slowly, without trying, just to be aware of it and let it come! No need for you to respond to me. Your teacher of course, is incredible. Breathing techniques. Are you having singing lessons?) Go for it!
